House Rules:

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Half a block off 30A, Sixty seconds to the beach access, one block to Seaside, two blocks to the Seaside Market. You can literally walk to everything or bike if you prefer. Steps to the famous 30A paved biking / walking path stretching all the way to Rosemary Beach if you like.
