Situé dans le quartier East End Gallery District de Provincetown, cette unité cachée est l'escapade parfaite et à quelques pas de la ville. Rénové en 2007, les espaces sont lumineux et colorés. Les sols carrelés et les puits de lumière télécommandés et les ventilateurs de plafond maintiennent l'endroit léger, aéré et frais. Off d'un salon ouvert, salle à manger et cuisine est une chambre avec lit queen et des portes coulissantes à une petite terrasse privée, une salle de bain avec grande douche à l'italienne, et une tanière avec canapé-lit et nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec intégré Lecteur de DVD. Il y a un parking pour une voiture (espaces de stationnement visiteur disponibles), des machines à laver à pièces communes, et jusqu'à l'escalier de la colline est la nouvelle piscine chauffée du complexe de condo. Il y a de belles plages à quelques minutes en vélo ou en voiture, mais il est un luxe rare à Provincetown de disposer d'une piscine pour se baigner le matin ou le soir, ou de se détendre toute la journée si vous n'êtes pas du type à la plage.

Close to everything and a swimming pool, too!

Overall, a very good value and great location! Perfect for a couple and maybe an additional guest. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and abundance of extra towels and bedding. Great walk-in bedroom closet, too. Just a couple of suggestions to give the property a five-star rating: queen mattress needs replacing and patio table and chairs would be nice for outside dining.

Great location, beautiful pool

This place was perfect for us. Its small but well appointed and had everything we needed, even a washing machine. The pool was lovely and very welcome given that sharks that are currently in the Cape Cod waters! It was also great to have a parking space, which can be quite difficult otherwise. And, I loved the location with a market and coffee right next door and lots of galleries around the corner.

Cozy, quiet apartment close to town

This apartment was great! Comfortable with plenty of space for 2 people. Just a short walk to commercial street. Would definitely stay here again!

Really comfortable apartment in a quiet setting, just a block from the bay. The pool & friendly neighbors were our favorite part. Easy communication with Carlos. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We have stayed many times over the years. It's truly a great spot. If you want to be away from the noise of commercial street, this is a perfect spot, but it is still close enough to commercial to enjoy all the restaurants and fun!

Great location - perfect for just a few people

This place is in a quiet neighborhood but only about 1/4 mile from the shops, galleries and restaurants, and about 1/2 mile or so from the center of P-Town, so very walkable. Several restaurants are within walking distance and there’s an excellent little market (East End Market) just steps from the door. Public beach access (via walking) is minimal but Race Point, and Herring Cove beaches (both excellent) are only a few minutes drive as are several other places to visit (cape code light, Truro Vineyards etc.) I had no real interest in the pool but it was a convenient spot to relax when we had a couple hours to kill. My only complaint is it was not as clean as I would expect (probably due to the severe shortage of help throughout the cape this summer) however, the important stuff (clean linens and towels) were fine. I would definitely go back.

The condo was clean and cozy. Very nicely decorated. We were also pleased to find little extras like sugar for our coffee and tea light candles!

It was really a nice place to rent if you need a gateaway. It’s about 15-20 minutes to walk into the center of Provincetown.

Fantastic Find

My stay at Carlos’ condo was great: good location, great space, quiet area away from all the buzz, and a pool! Ptown is a high turn around rental market with lots of wear and tear, but Carlos’ condo stands out as a well maintained, modernized, and spacious rental in comparison.

Lovely Accomodation

Wonderful, perfect space for us celebrating our 20th anniversary. Many small details made our stay so pleasurable. Excellent ceiling fans with the sky lights cooled the rooms despite the heat. Close enough to everything yet not too close to the noise. Loved the pool.

Great Getaway

Very nice property for those seeking to getaway. The location was ideal, being just far enough out of town to be quiet and yet close enough to walk right into town. A very short drive to the main beach. The unit has a very well appointed kitchen (pots, utensils, etc.) and the bathroom has a great shower. Ceiling fans keep the place cool..

Nice sized one bedroom in a great East End location. Pros: great communication with owner, easy check in process, fabulous market nearby, beautiful swimming pool, fully stocked kitchen, quiet surroundings, plenty of space for a one bedroom, large walk-in closet, nice skylights, good dimmable mood lighting. Cons: threadbare bath towels, cheap bed linens, rock-hard mattress, generally uncomfortable cheap furniture, no AC so it felt swampy even with the windows open & fans running, extremely musty/smelly tv room: had to keep the sliding door closed to it at all times to keep most of the smell out & burn a candle non-stop when home. Never used that room as a result. Overall: I mainly chose this spot for the pool & that was worth it! I knew it was priced at a value compared to every other place I’ve stayed in town before and it came with some compromises as a result.

Great working with Carlos

Overall I had an excellent time. It should be noted there is no A/C in the condo. While that may not have been needed in years past, but given global warming and the increased temps, it was difficult to sleep in the bedroom because I need cool temps to sleep. The fans and the vents were very helpful and kept the air circulating on the porch which is where I ended up sleeping! Carlos was very helpful when I couldn't find the property instructions (someone had walked off with them from a previous visit) and was able to guide me to ensure the unit stayed cool during my stay. I rode my bike everywhere and walked all over as well. I enjoyed being out of the hub bub in a quieter neighborhood! The pool was awesome and a change of pace from the beach! Thanks Carlos for a great time!

As described...

Property was well maintained and location was convenient, yet quiet. On the other hand, there was only one roll of toilet paper for a long weekend with no evidence of extra rolls anywhere. I also found it strange that the owner wanted a separate security deposit mailed to him that was not through the VRBO site. It made an extra step in the whole process I haven't ever encountered with other short term rentals over the years.
