Come stay at Pelicans Perch!The ultimate beach house. 3 minute walk to beach !

Perfectly located two and half blocks from the beach in the highly desirable Crystal Beach area of Destin. 4 bedroom/2.5 baths plus loft. All bedrooms/loft have blackout blinds and smart TVs. Large living room with leather sofas and smart TV. The kitchen has stainless gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all amenities. The dining room has a table to seat eight people comfortably. Beautiful wrap around deck with screened in porch. The backyard includes a fenced in pool, outdoor dining table, gas grill and outdoor shower. Plenty of beach amenities including a wagon, cooler, chairs, umbrella and toys. Two child booster seats for dining table, baby gate and two Pack N Plays available upon request.

The property was close to everything and was very clean. Enjoyed the private pool especially when we couldn’t get in the water at the beach the one day. The property owner was set up for children and families. The amenities exceeded our expectations. We will stay here again.

House was a very short walk to the beach. Had an issue with the AC when we got there but Rory took care of it quick. I recommend this house, especially for a family.

This beach house was beautiful! We enjoyed all this home had to offer our family within our week stay! Tons of beach accessories to make getting to the beach and having fun at the beach easier, AND let’s not forget the bikes! We had the best time staying here and swimming in the pool in the evenings! Hope we get the chance to return next year!

Family Vacation

great home for a larger family vacation. It has a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds, and then the "perch" with two twin beds. A full bath on the floor with the queen bedrooms and a half bath on the main level. The kitchen had everything you needed for a stay. There is a gas grill, but we didn't want to purchase propane for one meal. There is a large dining room table with 6 chairs and an attached screened in porch with a table right off the dining room.There is a small pool in the back as well.An added bonus is the extras that you have available to use.. wagons for the beach, beach and pool toys, beach towels, etc.A short walk to thebeach was very convenient. There were 3 access points within 10 mins to walk to. If you need a ramp and bathrooms, use the Hutchinson access.Local shopping and restaurants are also close by.Pictures of the nearest beachWe were blessed to have all 4 of our kids, their significant others, and our granddaughters join us. It was the perfect house for us, and Rory was an excellent host.

Excellent Vacation Home

We enjoyed this vacation house. It had everything we needed from high chair to a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The pool was enjoyable every day, and we were able to drive down to the beach and drop off family easily.

Perfect family-friendly spot!

10/10 stay! We traveled with our grandparents, parents, and our two children aged 1 and 3. The house was well stocked with wagons, beach umbrella, chairs. toys, baby gates, pack n play, high chair, etc. The pool was great and the beach was 3 min walking distance from the house. Shopping and groceries are a short 10 walk (if that) and bike ride away. We loved this quiet, luxurious neighborhood. We loved the big dining table for dinners together and hanging out in the sunroom. Crystal Beach is gorgeous, crystal clear water with soft, white sand. Very family friendly and relaxed! Rory this host was very responsive and helpful the few times I reached out. We highly recommend this house and would love to visit again. Thank you!

This property is a great place to stay. Very well stocked. Floors were a little uneven but didn't affect our stay. Location was good. Kids loved the pool. We would stay here again.

Family meets luxury

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The moment we walked in the door, this house was beautiful. A lot bigger then pictures let on as well. Rory was extremely accommodating and had everything we needed as a family with toddlers and a baby. The back yard space is great, loved that the pool had a seperate gate made me feel at ease with the toddlers. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need. I would stay here again every year!

Great location close to the beach.

The house was great! We enjoyed out stay in this quiet community feel with a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have the amenities of a home while away from home by the beach.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the property met all of our needs. The home is well stocked with everything you need and is a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Our only concern is all the cameras outside of the home, it felt a bit invasive while using the outdoor porches.

Wonderful Getaway

Nice Family Vacation stay close to Everything

We had a group of 8 -9 and everyone had a great time. It was a nice house with plenty of room for all of us with everything close by. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with. Great place for Family vacation.
