Ce spacieux condo de l'East End a été un super hit depuis plusieurs saisons! Situé dans le mode Art Gallery District de la ville, à quelques pas de la rue commerciale est cette unité de deux étages très spacieux. Il dispose d'une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils, une superbe terrasse patio privé, parking pour une voiture, TV, DVD, WiFi, laveuse et sécheuse, et tout ce que vous faites avoir besoin pour un grand moment de détente ou de plaisir dans les P-Town! Le condo a été partiellement mis à jour chaque année et a de nouveaux draps, serviettes, draperies et mises à niveau, y compris un système de climatisation à quatre zones. Petits animaux pas de problème. Parquet ou de carrelage partout. Faites le nous savoir. Ceci est une unité non-fumeurs et n'a pas de moquette pour les personnes allergiques, sauf dans les chambres. Beaucoup de lumière pour apporter l'extérieur. Situé dans une rue calme, jardin de fleurs. Voir les commentaires de locataires dernières!

Adorable cottage near the center of town.

Just past the main strip on the east end of commercial, this was a perfectly cozy and charming house for our week. Stanley was lovely to deal with and accommodated a unique check in process for us. We hope to stay at this property again in the near future!

A great property that is centrally located. A relaxing outdoor space that is minutes from all that Ptown has to offer. We all had a great time. Communication with the property manager was great!

Authentic Ptown

This was our second stay at Lovett Court, and it was delightful. It has authentic Provincetown charm, quiet, and privacy, and all the amenities you need. Stan is a very responsive and friendly host. Tucked away from the bustle of Commercial Street, yet ventrally located, it’s highly recommended.

Sweet property

Very enjoyable stay at this property. The house works for one or two couples. Even though only one full bathroom, the half bath, along with sinks in each room made it all very workable. Loved the outside deck with 4 Adirondack chairs and beautiful gardens. Stan was very responsive with all questions.

Lovett? Love it.

A charming experience. We felt like we were staying in an artist or writer’s cottage rather than a generic beach rental. Beautiful garden/patio and delightful sea breeze. Great, private location that is truly walkable to galleries, shopping, and dining. Quintessential Provincetown.

Great location with private outdoor space

Nice vacation spot for a week with two couples and our labs. Good location on Commercial Street across from the town beach and within walking distance to any Commwrcial Street spot, yet off the street enough to be quiet. Plenty of outdoor areas with two balconies and a large patio with a gas grill. An outdoor shower and a bath and a half easily accommodated the four of us. The large living area upstairs would be a cozy spot on a cool or rainy day. For our stay, it was bright and sunny the whole week, so the outdoor areasgot lots of use. Stan was very accommodating and kind.

Peaceful Bungalow

A beautiful beach house nestled in a stunning garden. A quieter part of town with a nice peaceful walk to the heart of Commercial Street. Amenities (laundry, dishwasher, patio) were in great shape. Very close to beautiful galleries and some excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Of note, while the listing says “2 double beds” in reality there is one queen bed and one double bed. The property would be better suited to sleep 3 rather than 4. There is a pull out couch but the owners expressed clearly they don’t want it to be used. Additionally the property is listed as having 3 bathrooms when in reality there is 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, 1 outdoor shower, and a sink in each bedroom.

Tucked Away & Peaceful

Adorably quaint rental. Looked just like the photos. Great outside patio & deck areas. Large kitchen & dinning room and the bedrooms each had sinks/mirrors which was very convenient. Property is on Commercial but just enough away from the chaos to make it extremely peaceful to retreat to once you've been out for the day/evening. Stan who manages the property is the NICEST guy. A pleasure to have as your contact throughout your stay.

East End Secret Garden!

Secluded property with extensive landscaping and layered privacy across three outside spaces: large patio with pergola and grill, small balcony and a deck looking to Commercial street with some seating. Parking onsite for a small SUV was also very convenient, note that a large SUV may not fit under the mature trees. Well maintained interior space; kitchen had mostly new appliances and full-size front load laundry. Half bath on first floor was also very convenient. Main living space upstairs was bright with skylights and featured a fireplace and many board games to pass time. Bedrooms were split across the hall for from each other, both had a sink and counter area and spacious closet/ clothes storage areas. Look forward to staying here again!

PTown in the Garden

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean and the beds were very comfortable. Every place should invest in a topper. We especially loved the patio in the morning for coffee. Stan was incredibly helpful . I can't wait to return. Thank you!

Paradise in the middle of Commercial St.

From the moment we arrived we were graciously welcomed with open arms. Stan was a wonderful host. The accommodations were like a home away from home. The surrounding gardens make this location pleasant, peaceful and completely insulated from the noise of Commercial St. We have definitely found our new favorite Ptown lodgings.

The Most Comfortable Provincetown Stay

This is our third year staying at this home for a week. Every time the house has been immaculate when we arrive. It's also spacious, very well maintained and in a perfect East End location, just minutes walking to the heart of downtown. The house is situated back from Commericial Street so you don't hear a sound from anyone who may be passing by. It also offers a splendid, spacious outdoor garden for drinks, as well as two upstairs balconies for enjoying a cup of joe in the morning sunshine!

Fantastic place

This place is great, we’ll located and with excellent outdoor space. Right on Commercial Street but at a quiet remove. Owners/managers are responsive. Mattresses are soft. keep that in mind if that’s not your thing or if you have back issues. I’d definitely stay here again , it’s a special spot in a special town.
