The cabin was in awesome condition. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy. Only negative was all the beds were noisy when you turned, rolled over. Pool, Hot tub, game room etc. we enjoyed out stay and would book again.

Great place

Great place to for all ages. It’s closet to a lot of activities. Cabin was nice but it could have been a little more cleaner.

Great Cabin

The cabin was very nice and fun. The only complaint the beds and bedding were uncomfortable, my body hurt every morning I woke up.

July vacation

There was a bad review on the website after I had already made the first installment on the cabin so I was a little worried but I am so glad I stuck with it. The cabin was very nice, beautiful views, clean, and we loved the pool and theatre. We all had such a wonderful time and would definitely go back. It was a very easy process and we made a ton of great memories.

Dirty but was great size

The cabin needs to be cleaned better..cob webs, not vacuumed, broken kitchen faucet, dryer didn’t work, pool the water was low we had to fill it ourselves, not enough toilet paper, for the price was disappointed on the cleanliness mainly..

Family Vacation

We were unable to use the pool most of the trip due to it had a scum on top of water. Pump come to find out was not working. Cabin was very dirty.

Love the house, just whoever was there before or stay did not clean the waffle markers it was put up dirty. But other than that it was beautiful

Murky pool and clogged sinks!!!

The cabin itself was pretty much what the description says. It is not far from the main road which is nice. The pool size is nice. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ask for (crockpot, flat skillet, tons of pans, blender, etc…The only complaints I have is the bathroom sinks in two of the rooms were super clogged and the pool on day five became really murky after the pool team came out. I notified customer care, sent the pictures they requested and didn’t hear anything back. We specifically picked this cabin for the indoor pool because my daughter in law who is 8 months pregnant and doesn’t do well in the sun could enjoy the pool so that was super disappointing two days we couldn’t use the pool.

Uncomfortable and not what is advertised.

We are not ones to usually complain. We enjoy staying in nice cabins when we’re on vacation, so we expected for this cabin to be very nice, considering we paid nearly $12,000 for 6 nights. It should have been top notch. It was anything, but nice. We travel 3-4 times per year and we’ve never stayed anywhere this bad and paid that much money. We’ve never paid more than $6,000 for a very nice place and those places blew this place out of the water. Since, we paid double that, we figured this place was going to live up to what was advertised and be super special. We felt like we were at a staged house for sale - like everything had lipstick and rouge but didn’t work….like a big nice tv - but it’s broken - nice theatre room - but nothing works - nice hot tub but it stinks and has bugs. The beds felt like cardboard baby beds, with plastic wrapped around them. They were noisy and uncomfortable. The sheets were so thin and cheap - they didn’t even fit them. We couldn’t get the sheets wrapped around the edges and when we’d sit on the bed - the sheets would pop up from all 4 corners. I asked management for more sheets to fit the beds. They brought more and they were exactly the same ones. There were 6 of us, plus a baby and no one slept well the entire trip. Only 3 of the 6 televisions worked. One of the TVs that didn’t work was the home theatre room, so that entire room was useless. The living room tv did not work either. The remotes were taped together and old. The living room furniture, along with the theatre furniture was old, worn down and uncomfortable. The theatre chairs were duct taped together. None of the furniture was very nice. The kitchen pans were so filthy, we had to completely wash everything, but there were no dish towels or rags, so we had to go buy our own. There was an old broom to sweep with and a really dirty mop, but no vacuum. There was only one roll (per bathroom) of the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels that you can find. The showers had no water pressure, so it was hard to wash hair or anything for that matter. The hot tub jets didn’t work and it had a foul smell, plus bugs in it. I hope this helps others to not spend this much money on a place like this and to be sure to read reviews. This place only had 1 review when we booked it and all that it said was that the waffle maker was dirty. We wanted to give it a try, but we learned a lesson. Never again!
