Our stay at The Baby Blue Cottage was exceptional! The communication from Jackie was outstanding before, during, and after our stay. The Cottage was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, as well as being close to Magnolia and downtown. Our stay couldnât have been better!
My girlfriend and our families enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage, not far from the Silos! Staying in this official Jo and Chip fixer-upper made the experience extra special. The property manager constantly stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and even helped us get an item returned after we left! Definitely recommend the stay.
This house is very clean, cute and functional. The hosts are great communicators and itâs centrally located so itâs easy to get just about anywhere in Waco. We had a very enjoyable weekend and would absolutely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Baby Blue Cottage! The location is super convenient and the owner is very friendly and great with communication. Highly recommend and hope to come back and stay again!
This house was perfect for our family. Close to the Silos district, easy to find, and the hosts are amazing. We went to Magnolia for my daughter's birthday and the host went above and beyond decorating the home for her arrival! It was so kind of them. We didn't need them while we were there, but they were just a text away if we did! Highly recommend this place!
We came in for the weekend to attend the Baylor vs. Kansas game. The house was absolutely perfect! Great location, very clean and we couldnât have asked for better communication with the host(s). 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely be back!
Where do I begin. Our stay was wonderful! The host was communicative and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. I had inquired about a slow cooker on the property, and although there was not one at the time of my inquiry...voila!...upon our arrival there was not just any slow cooker, there was a 10 in 1 cooking pot that matched the cute decor of the kitchen! So thoughtful!!The home is darling, spacious, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would love to come back!
The property was very cute, clean and centrally located. It was a neat experience getting to stay at one of the properties from Fixer-Upper and exploring all things Magnolia. Would definitely recommend.
This house was a perfect meeting point between DFW and Austin and was so cute on the inside! We greatly appreciated the binder with food and activity recommendations.
The house was immaculate clean, and cute decor but the house is alittle run down. The neighborhood is older and houses across the street looked well taken care of but, the neighbors on both sides of this house need some attention. One looked abandoned and the other is lived in but not taken care of. Bed was cumfy but we didnât sleep either night,We could hear loud traffic during both nights and a neighbor had a barking dog. The master shades do not fit the windows well and had sheer curtains.
We really enjoyed this house! It was very cool to stay in a fixer upper house, the decor was spot on too! The host allowed us to use the house past our check out time since our flight didnât leave till later in the evening. Great communication, lovely people. Highly recommended!
Property was prefect for us to visit our 2 kids at Baylor. After dinner a bunch of Bears and a few parents stopped by to enjoy the fire ring. We'll book again!
We recently stayed at The Baby Blue Cottage - Fixer Upper, Season 3 in Waco, Texas, and it exceeded our expectations. The cottage is tidy, well-furnished, and much more spacious than we anticipated, with a lovely open kitchen area. We found the cottage to be peaceful and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
Its location is ideal, just a short distance from downtown, where we enjoyed dinner each night of our trip. The owner, Jackie, couldnât have been more helpful and welcoming. Our interaction with her was flawless, making our stay even more enjoyable.
If youâre looking for a place to stay in Waco, I highly recommend The Baby Blue Cottage. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We were in town celebrating my Mother in law's 70th birthday. This house was very convenient for visiting Magnolia and all that Waco has to offer. It was fun to stay in a fixer upper house, we ended up watching the episode of this house while staying there one night. The owner has worked hard to make the interior resemble the finished product of the show. The only "surprise" was that the bathrooms were not as updated as I was anticipating, but they were clean and functional.
My wife and I traveled down to Waco to see our daughter compete at Baylor and it just so happens my wife is a huge Fixer Upper fan as well. What better way to get the whole Magnolia vibe than to stay in an actual house from the show. It was pretty cool to see all the details we remember from the renovation that Chip and Joanna did. The house is well taken care of, clean, and has all the amenities you can think of while staying away from home. Itâs also a quick drive to the Silos and the university Jackie and Anwar were amazing with their communication before, during, and at check out and all of the instructions were clear and concise. This all made our stay very easy and relaxing. If weâre ever back in the area weâd definitely stay here again.
