Condo 2/2 non-fumeurs très confortable et bien équipé - 3 minutes à pied de la belle plage avec jetée de pêche, centre-ville, restaurants, boutiques et divertissements. 2 minutes à pied du supermarché Publix.
Unité de l'extrémité est au deuxième étage d'un immeuble de 8 étages bien entretenu de 8 étages. 2 chambres de maître king (1 ensuite). Les deux chambres ont des balcons privés. 6 couchages (4 adultes, 2 enfants de moins de 12 ans).
Wifi gratuit.
Tous les appareils de cuisine, y compris le lave-vaisselle. Collecte régulière des déchets.
Près de tout, y compris l'aéroport de Fort Lauderdale, le port maritime, le boulevard Las Olas, les centres commerciaux et diverses installations sportives. Également à proximité des installations médicales.

The condo was exceptional! Bedrooms were extremely large and the king size beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and 2 patios made the place that much larger. Will ABSOLUTELY stay in this place again if our travels take us to Lauderdale on the Sea ever.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean and absolutely full of anything long or short term renters could need (including a magnifying mirror for some of us who need!). The pool was clean and warm with plenty of lounge chairs. Our favorites were probably the welcome upon arrival from the host, the well stocked kitchen, the large tv, all the comfortable furniture and lovely decor, comfortable king beds, the spaciousness of the apartment, the not one but 2 balconies, the 1 block to Publix, CVS, etc., the short walk to beach and restaurants! Thank you to the host and I only hope I can come again!

The condo was very nice. We were in town for the boat show. Four of us stayed, and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ate out most of the time, but we made a couple of meals at the condo. The kitchen was very well appointed. One morning we sat on the balcony and had coffee. Nice and relaxing. Location was amazing! There is a Publix in walking distance. The Publix center has a couple restaurants, shops, a CVS, etc. Very convenient. Additionally, if you download the Ride Circuit app, the service will pick you up and take you anywhere in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for 2. It was a pleasant surprise. No tv in one bedroom, if that is important to you.

Everything was perfect and exactly as pictured. The apartment is cozy and clean. Jane has all the accessories your beach trip could need. The grocery store and beach are walking distance, so it's easy to stock up on food essentials and head straight to the water. We couldn't have asked for a better location.Jane was also so accommodating and easy to communicate with! I would also like to mention that this is an extremely safe neighborhood. I accidentally left my trunk open, and everything was there, in tact! Everyone in the neighborhood was also very friendly. Overall, we had a memorable and happy stay, and would absolutely recommend this VRBO for your next vacation.

Great location - walking distance to beach and town and nice patios off the bedrooms.

Overall the property was great for the price. The kitchen was difficult because the cabinets are about 7 ft in the air so my husband was the only one out of four of us that could reach dishes and glasses. They should provide a stool at least. Also, could be supplied with basic toiletries like a bar of soap and toilet paper. There was one roll per bathroom for a 9 night stay! Luckily I brought our own soap. But overall we enjoyed the stay.

Thank you for staying at our condo. We are so sorry you did not find the step stool which is essential and located in the alcove next to the television. Our property manager is always only a phone call away to all of our guests and would have gladly assisted you. We are surprised that you did not find adequate toiletries to get you started and will follow up immediately with the person responsible. This is very unusual! Once again we apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your stay.

We had a great stay and it was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and spacious. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms, which made our stay much more comfortable.The building was quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The location was also convenient, with the beach only about 3-5 minutes away and grocery stores and restaurants just a short walking or driving distance.The only confusing part was that the apartment had two entrance doors, but only one of them could be unlocked. We weren’t sure which door to use when we first arrived, but after that everything went smoothly.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

This condo was very clean and big and in a great location. A few minutes walk to Publix and other shopping and restaurants. CVS nearby as well. A little longer walk to beach and restaurants by ocean. Parking is limited around the area and you don’t need to have a car in this location. We rented one and free onsite parking at the condo. The pool is great. We appreciated the beach toys and chairs and towels too. We took a gondola boat ride which is highly recommended!

It was perfect!

Everything about this property was perfect. Place was spotless. Apartment came with many extras. Assorted beach equipment for example. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Close walk to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Could not have been better.

My family has been visiting and enjoying this area for many years. It is near to everything. Through the efforts of the residents of the area it has remained a low rise, safe & quaint oasis.

The property is centrally located near to all comforts and amenities.
* 2 minute walk to the Village Shopping Center in Sea Ranch Lakes which includes Publix supermarket & deli, Baskin Robbins ice-cream, Dunkin Donuts, CVS Pharmacy, a liquor store, a dollar store and a diner.
* The Pelican Hopper Shuttle is free to residents and tourists from Publix at the Village Shopping Center in Sea Ranch Lakes. The daily shuttle takes about 45 minutes to make a complete run from Publix Supermarket down to Galt Ocean Mile before heading north to Terra Mar Island and then returning to Publix, the start of the Pelican Hopper’s daily route.
* 4 minute walk to beautiful beach with excellent sea bathing and fishing.
* 7 minute walk to the Town Center with many excellent restaurants & outdoor dining, including Arubas, BurgerFi, Billy Jack's Shack just to name few; beach shops, ice-cream shops, chocolatiers and many bars: Walgreens Pharmacy and liquors.
* Also within minutes drive to US1/Federal Highway there is shopping, numerous banks and a number of medical facilities - doctors & dentists. MD Now Urgent Care, Holy Cross and Baptist Hospitals being the nearest.
* Water Taxi tours nearby. The best way to learn what makes Water Taxi unique is to take a ride and find out for yourself.
