Craig House à Bradenton sur un petit lac privé près de tout.

Situé à 18 kilomètres de la plage de Bradenton, à 30 minutes (15,5 milles) de l'île Anna Maria et à 12 minutes de l'IMG Academy. Notre maison est sur un petit lac privé. Près des magasins et des restaurants. La place sera pour vous tous.

L'espace
De hauts plafonds, avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Nous passons la plupart de notre temps dans la salle Florida à regarder les canards ou au bord de la piscine. Baignoire jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale. Nous gardons notre maison d'une propreté impeccable pour nos clients. La maison est entièrement électrique et ne nécessite pas de détecteur de CO.

Toute la maison est disponible sauf le garage et le bureau. Lorsque vous arrivez et pour entrer, appuyez sur votre main sur le clavier noirci et appuyez sur les 2 chiffres qui apparaissent. Entrez ensuite votre code de porte. La porte se verrouille automatiquement après 30 secondes.

Close to many great BEACHES!

Our families enjoyed staying at your home and we loved the pool and view of pond to relax after going to a different beach every day! House was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The location eas perfect to visit so many gulf coast beautiful beaches! Thank you Cliff and Sue! Would book again for sure

Had a great stay! The house was central to everything we wanted, beaches, shopping and restaurants!House was very comfortable. All amenities provided that you could need! Very responsive host when we had a question and really enjoyed the ‘beach room’ off of the lanai and pool.

Perfect Florida Getaway!

We loved staying at this nice little house, and especially loved the private pool next to the lake! The house and the property were very clean and well maintained! Nice neighborhood and only about a 30-minute drive to the beach.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a very enjoyable stay while on vacation. We had fun in the pool but wished it could have been a little bigger. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would rent this house again in the future.

The property was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and lake right behind the house. There were 2 big cranes that walked right up to us (after luring them with bird seed, lol)

Loved having the pool

Besides the convenience of having a pool right there, we felt we were in a safe neighborhood. We traveled quite a bit around the area--from Bradenton, to the outer islands (Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Lido Key and Siesta Key), to Myakka State Park and to Sarasota, and in particular, the Ringling Museum. Lots to do and see in this area, from nature to shopping to dining to beautiful beaches.

Perfect home for a winter getaway

Spent a long weekend at Craig House in March 2023. Perfect for the 2 of us- well equipped and nicely comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Small splash pool was perfect to cool off and relax. Neighborhood convenient to almost any store you might be looking for. Would definitely recommend this place - especially to seniors!!

Relaxation lives up to the hype

This is house was a winner from the moment we walked in the door. Clean, fresh, and bright describe our first impression. The pool was perfect for the well-needed relaxing and the decor was super nice. You can tell the owners put thought into details; from having a few incidentals for our use, including the plush bath towels, and beach things, to the comfortable beds are just a some of the things we enjoyed. We would recommend this house and host to others!

Home Away From Home

Property was clean and well maintained. We didn’t have a car but we’re within walking distance to Walmart. Other excursions we used Uber. Pool was a great retreat after a hot day. Pantry was well stocked and recommend before going grocery shopping that you check what the pantry and fridge is stocked with. Overall we were very happy.

Great Place! Wonderful Florida Vacation Spot!

The house was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped - especially convenient was all the beach gear! So nice not to have to bring all of that - especially when guests are coming from a non-beachy area. We loved the heated pool and the pretty view of the pond! So relaxing! The house is in a perfect location for lots of adventures. Coquina Beach was our favorite beach - Just beautiful! We also enjoyed the downtown Bradenton market on Saturday - lots of great vendors! Hosts couldn't be nicer! Thank you Clifford!

Clean, convenient, and cozy!

Enjoyed our stay @ The Craig. Would recommend for adults or families. The house was stocked with all the things we needed for day-to-day living, and was even supplied with items for going to the beach. We were within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Loved our stay. The only disappointment: the pool was not actually warm (the owner explained the pool is heated by solar panels and is dependent on sunny weather for “heated” water), and we had a lot of cloud cover and cooler days. Overall, the house was fantastic. Clean, convenient, and cozy!

Great home in a quiet setting

This home is close enough to everything, yet far enough away that you don’t have the noise of traffic or the city. The home is impeccable and we loved staying here. My kids were greatful for the pool toys and sand toys because we couldn’t travel with our own beach gear or pool toys. Having it all there made their week! We didn’t have any needs but the owner was responsive throughout the stay with helpful information. We really appreciated having access to such a nice home for our vacation. Thank You!

Lovely place to stay in Bradenton

We spent just under 4 weeks at Craig House. It is a very comfortable and spacious place to stay. It is very well equipped and had everything that we needed. We were particularly grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella and as we had a nine month old with us for some of the time the hosts very kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which were very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and the views to the rear over the lake are wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a very minor issue which needed fixing on a Sunday evening and it was attended to without delay. We would recommend this property as a lovely place to stay in Bradenton.

the stay was good. Did not have enough blankets, the pool water was not 87 as I was told, you can't use a pool thermometer that is only two inches down in the water. that does not give the accurate temp of water. Other than the stay was good. Also all the Emails that was sent with Info about house was sent to late to my Email had no way to retrieve them from my computer, did not see them until we got back.

Much-needed break in Sarasota

This was my boys’ and I first vacation since losing my husband. We went down to catch some Orioles Spring Training games and needed a nice, quiet place to stay. I can’t say enough nice things to say about this property. The owners were very quick to answer any question. The house itself is lovely, VERY clean and full of amenities. The private pool was amazing but our favorite spot was the sunroom off the back of the house which was perfect for game nights and eating meals. I already hate the thought of not spending my mornings out there overlooking the pond. They also have everything you could need if you’re planning a beach day during your trip. Location is 12 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport and is centralized to popular areas. Only 30 mins from Siesta Keys and Cortez Beach. Very close to many stadiums if you’re there for Spring Training. Close to lots is shopping and restaurants. I have nothing bad to say. If we return to the area (and I hope we do), this would be my first choice.

Wonderful stay

The Craig House was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. It contained everything we needed, even bottles of water left in the fridge. The house was big enough to spread out and every bed was comfortable. There were smart TV's in every room so we could stay caught up with our shows. The pool in the screened in lanai was a lovely treat to relax in at the end of a busy day. It became a magic oasis as the sun started to set and all the solar lanterns came on. It is close to all the stores you could possibly needs as well as restaurants. 1. Employees do not have any pay "issues". Rates increased, according to the CBA and Addendum, on March 1, 2023. Pay Period for the pay date March 24, 2023 is from February 24th to March 9th so both sets of pay rates are used in that pay period. There were beach chairs and towels so we could make the best of the best beaches in Florida which were just minutes away by car. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice View with a Pool

While the decor is a little off kilter, that is the only negative that I can think of this place. They have stocked the place with plenty of supplies, and there is plenty of room for a large family. The pool is a little smaller than it seems online, but it was the perfect size for us. It rained one day that we were there and it was so relaxing to sit on the porch and enjoy the breeze, the pretty view, and the sound of the rain, This place is also centrally located to the beach, Sarasota shopping, many restaurants, and the Bradenton boardwalk. It’s not upscale, but it’s definitely comfortable and good enough for everything you need.

Perfect stay

I loved this property. It had everything I needed and more. There were spices, a few dry goods, and condiments in the fridge. The pool was perfect for lounging on a floaty and a perfect temp. The house was close to a few different grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. It's also a quick 15 minute drive from the airport. I will definitely be back!!
