We enjoy North Litchfield and this house was a nice location. The house had good spaces for gathering both inside and out. All four bedrooms were nice size with plenty of closet space and all had en suite bathrooms. There was even a bath with shower in the garage for use at the pool. We will definitely consider this house again when visiting this area.
This beautifully renovated home was a great spot for a getaway. Location is near great dining and activities. The home looks like it has recently been renovated and is beautiful. We had a few things that werenât perfect but we had a great time. The city was redoing the water lines and we had construction in our driveway most of the time and a 24/7 pump running right off our front deck. Of course, the house canât control a city project but it would have been nice to be told this instead of arriving and finding out driveway a construction site. A lighting fixture over one of the showers was hanging down by two wires. We reported and it was checked immediately and fixed in a few days. The pool light didnât work but we purchased solar lights and made our own ambiance. It looked like the trail had just been bulldozed and was very wet and rutted and not ready for walking. All in all, a great spot and we enjoyed our time there.
This property was just a short walk from the beach and ideal for our family of four and Grandmother. Tons of space, the pool was great. Great location at Litchfield Beach. Weâd absolutely stay in this house again. Only consâno coffee maker and not enough silverware so plan accordingly.
Our group really enjoyed our time in the Josephine. Plenty of space for three couples. We spent most afternoons at the beach and then hung out by the pool at the house. It's close to Murrells Inlet restaurants and other great places to eat in Pawley's.
