Bird of Paradise est une maison de deux chambres et deux salles de bains récemment rénovée, située au nord de l'avenue des Pins dans la ville d'Anna Maria. Profitez de la vie facile de l'île entourée d'un paysage tropical. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
Le plan d'étage ouvert rationalise le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger. Il y a beaucoup de sièges dans le grand salon avec sa grande télévision à écran plat pour votre plus grand plaisir.
La belle cuisine haut de gamme convient à tous les niveaux de chefs. Il est rempli de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un déjeuner léger ou pour préparer vos prises du jour! Il y a un îlot de cuisine et une table de salle à manger pour 6 personnes.
Amenez votre famille et profitez de toutes les commodités que Bird of Paradise a à vous offrir pour passer du temps bien passé ensemble! Wonderful Home for Family Vaca

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the location and layout of the home. The pool and outdoor areas were fantastic for our kids to hangout with friends and family dinners.

Location of the home is perfect for walking to the bay side. Only .5mi from the point. The home was renovated to be up to date. Worked for our needs as a couple with pups. Love love love pool area. The screened in porch was perfect to sit. There’s only 2 issues we had that we feel would have made it more worth our dollars spent. HVAC. The home is older & it appears the system was not updated to accommodate the new size of the home. The unit outside can’t keep up with the heat. The room created by the kitchen may not have been insulated correctly during construction so it stays warmer than the rest of the home even with the door open. I would have opted for a mini split for that room. The fan in the living room has 1 working speed & it was slow so it was useless to help circulate air. It’s suggested for the home to be on 74 during the day as to not freeze up the unit. The home stayed pretty warm. Day time highs were 87-89. Maintenance brought a stand alone AC unit for the living room/kitchen space & it helped that area for the remainder of our stay, but that was it. The other suggestion is the tv. The entire time we were there the tv had connection issues with the internet, which leads me to think it may be the age of tv since my laptop was working with no issues. It was EXTREMELY difficult to watch any kind tv. Apps not loading, programs stopping, tv turning off.I own a rental property. We pay for live tv for guest. It’s worth the expense so guests don’t have issues.

The owners added an extra bedroom just before the storms - and then did a full renovation following the same. The whole house is fully insulated and we have not had any other guest mention a problem with the HVAC. The owners will of course have it all checked out as well as the TV which has never had an issue before either (brand new in 2024). We are very sorry that it gave you trouble and I see that we came out a few different times for fixes. We would love to welcome you and your pups again! Backyard is perfection!

Communication was great and house was extremely neat. It really has everything and more especially in the kitchen and with household supplies. The backyard and location can’t be beat- walking distance to Pine and the beach. The pool has a hot tub, in pool table with umbrella, sun shelf with umbrella and plenty of room to relax! I would stay here every time I come to AMI

Wonderful retreat

Pleasant cottage that is laid out very well with plenty of gathering places to relax, play games or watch a movie. The backyard is a wonderful oasis with a pool and fireplace that we used often. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms make it easy for all guests to get ready for the days adventures. Close walking distance to everything Pine Street has to offer and the trolley stops if you don’t want to walk. Lovely place that was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

Great kitchen; living room and dinning room and a large screened porch all updated and comfortable. The beds were OK, they could use and upgrade. The bathrooms need a total remodeling...original to the house, the shower worked but was dark and uncomfortable. With those updates I would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation home

The home is just as listed. Furniture was very comfortable along with the beds. Towels were great and we were impressed at how clean the house was. The kitchen is well appointed. Be sure to bring laundry and dish soap, dish cloth or scrubber and cleaning supplies for sinks, mirrored tables, etc. The beach chairs were a great surprise along with the beach towels and beach cart. The screened in porch was so nice to sit in on VERY nice furniture. There is also a lovely back yard....too bad there wasn't a pool there but we survived on the beach! I highly recommend it!

Adorable cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria. The cottage is very comfortable and well decorated. Besides its proximity to Bayfront Park at the end of the street, the best parts of the cottage include the wonderful, comfortable screened porch and the beautifully landscaped garden. It's also within easy walking distance to many of Anna Maria Islands best restaurants and shops as well as the Gulf-side beaches. It wouldn't hurt if the owner would upgrade the tiny bathrooms and put a king sized bed in the master bedroom. but these were minor inconveniences compared to the upsides already mentioned. Please don't replace the garden with a pool!

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. One fan on the lanai didn't work which was a bummer as I was really excited about the lanai and it was super hot out there. Luckily there were two portable fans that I used out there to keep cool. Kitchen not well stocked in terms of baking / casserole dishes. I ran one load of laundry and the washing machine didn't drain so no more laundry was done the remainder of the week. Never received an update about the status, but it still had standing water in it when we left.

We have been waiting for a replacement. Good to hear that you stayed comfortable with the portable fans. We will share with the owner that more baking/casserole dishes would be appreciated.. We are tremendously sorry that we didn't reach out to you regarding the washer. We cannot find any message from you - do you remember who you spoke to? We absolutely want to improve our system and are worried that we didn't get your message from our answering service. Our Director of Maintenance checked out the washer on Saturday after we saw your review and what happened is the cycle was set in between 2 cycles and once moved to one cycle it drained immediately. Bird of Paradise Review

This house is great! Looks and feels exactly as the pictures show. The local property manager was awesome as well. Very responsive to our needs and issues. Nothing major though. A loose door knob and a coffee maker issue. Both resolved in under an hour. 2 min walk to the bay, 10-15 min walk to the Gulf. The only suggestions are to have some small tools available (screw drivers, adjustable wrench, and some allen keys for loose knows, etc. And a dust buster or vacuum would be nice as well. We will definitely be staying in this house again!

Love the location!

We really liked the location of this property and took advantage of the great cooking space and eating area. We had a small issue that Duncan addressed immediately; we were impressed by how accessible they are.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues that Duncan resolved for us in a timely manner. The house was clean, nice furniture, newly remodeled. The location was great: close to Bayfront Park and a nice walk to the Beach on the gulf side.
