Vous trouverez un accès facile à la plage et aux commodités du complexe à partir de ce condo et avec un balcon privé, ne serez jamais loin d'un aperçu du sable blanc et des eaux émeraude. Le plan d'étage ouvert est parfait pour rassembler tout le monde et avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, vous pourrez préparer des repas de toutes tailles. Host was very responsive and welcoming! Addressed a concern that we had as soon as we let them know. The location was awesome, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay here! Loved the tiki bar next to the beach with drinks and order food. My real favorite part is the resort had enough carts available to unload and load your car! Little things in life!

The overall stay was great. Great view. Great location. The pool was a nice for the kids when they were tired of the ocean. Close walk to the ocean and the tiki bar was a great plus. Will stay again

Great stay

We had a great time. This is our fourth year to visit Destin and we stayed at Pelican Beach each time. This was our favorite room. All of the rooms have been very nice but we really enjoyed this unit and its location. It over looks the front pool and ocean.

Great beach spot!

This condo was very clean and had all the basic necessities The location was great, over looking the pool, hot tub and beach. The few things that could be better would be the bunk bed and pull out mattresses upgraded and maybe update the furniture. All in all though a great vacation!.

Awesome family beach vacation

We had a great week at Pelican Beach resort. Overall condo # 203 provided all we needed for the week. We Could’ve used more pillows. We had an issue with the drain in the shower but the manager took care of it right away I having a maintenance worker come up to fix it. The location of the resort is fantastic. Being so close to the white sandy beach was awesome. We loved the amenities of the resort especially the hot tub, pools and tiki bar. We highly recommend this resort when going to Destin.

July vacation

We had a great time here. Condo was nice and spacious. The only things I would suggest is a washer and dryer. I spent a lot to be there for a week, I had to do laundry every day and pay extra for that. And maybe the check out time later. But other than that, we truly had a great vacation! Condo was decorated and had a very welcome feeling

Umbrella beach

The condo we stayed in was very clean and comfortable..however the condo was not our reason for coming here. Our reason for coming to Destin wast the beach. I say to anyone who wants a great beach experience do not come here. The entire beach in front of the property is riddled with endless rented chairs and umbrellas which causes the beach to be extremely hot and overly crowded. Had a great honeymoon because I love my husband but will never return to this property.

Pelican Beach Resort

The place was overpriced. The apartment Is old with old furniture ( it’s not like the picture) We couldn’t use the drawers because they smell bad. One of the towel rods kept falling down , there were only 4 pillows when it said it’s for six people. The queen sofa bed didn’t have the top bed sheet. And one of the bathroom didn’t have a cabinet or a shelf . The beach and the sea are incredible.

Property was “So So”

We come to Destin regularly and enjoy the various properties. This property was not clean when we arrived. Old/ used towels still hung from the shower door, food left in freezer, etc. The master bedroom tv was very dated and did not work. The property management service said they would address these issues but never did. Disappointing.

Nice location

The condo was as it appeared in the pictures, except the rug in the living room was dirty and the bedroom carpet was filthy. Both easy fixes for the landlord. The kitchen was well-stocked with nice dishes and many small appliances. The towels were very nice and the bed and linens comfortable. I liked the laundry basket in the closet. The light in the living room was broken and the light in the kitchen was cracked. Loved the view from the balcony. There is easy beach access with mikes to walk. The beach was beautifully white fine-sanded. There are many places to walk to and the town of Destin is delightful. I would rent this unit again. I have pictures if you want.

Ideal family getaway

We loved our time at Pelican Beach! It fit our family of 3 perfectly. It was convenient when it was busy to only have to walk down one flight of stairs. If the poolside restrooms had lines a mile long, we just went up the stairs to the room. We rented beach chairs everyday that comes with a server for all your food and drink needs. It’s perfect for when you are having fun in the water but need to eat. We spent many days at the pools and many nights throwing the football around on the beach. We enjoyed seeing a pod of dolphins every morning off the balcony. There IS a washer dryer less than 50ft from the room. A detail I would’ve loved to know ahead of our trip. Overall, if you have a smaller family this is the best condo option at Pelican Beach Resort and I hope we’ll return soon!

Amazing Resort But Condo Needs TLC

The Pelican Beach Resort is an amazing place in itself! You have immediate access to several pools, hot tubs, and you are steps from the beach. That being said, the condo for this listing needs some work. You will have the bare essentials. We had to request a dustpan just to sweep up sands that gets tracked in. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. We had to request some clean pillows because one was stained. Two of the pillows didn’t even have pillowcases available. There is a good amount of mildew in the shower. All of the linens and towels had to be changed because we kept finding long hairs in them. They weren’t from us! Be aware that the bedroom is right by the hallway and stairwell, so you will get a lot of outside noise from those areas. But I know that’s nothing that the owner can do anything about. The views from the balcony are amazing! All in all, it was a great area to stay, but just expect less from this particular unit.
