“Près de la 5ème avenue bien connue et de belles plages”

Vous entrez dans cette maison de piscine privée par son entrée à double porte dans un salon spacieux avec de grandes portes coulissantes en verre donnant sur une terrasse de piscine fermée élargie et un magnifique lac.

Le salon possède des plafonds voûtés et un mobilier élégant et décontracté, une télévision à grand écran, une connexion Wi-Fi dans toute la maison et chaque chambre possède sa propre télévision.
À côté du salon se trouve une belle cuisine à aire ouverte donnant sur la salle à manger et le reste du salon. La cuisine a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et est très bien équipée.

La buanderie est équipée de w / d pleine taille et d'un évier utilitaire. Il y a un accès direct au garage depuis la buanderie.

Vous entrez dans la suite principale par de doubles portes françaises avec un lit king size, une télévision et un accès à la piscine. La salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire et d'une douche à l'italienne. Il y a aussi un grand dressing.

Les deux chambres d'hôtes sont situées de l'autre côté de la maison. Chacun avec deux lits jumeaux partageant une salle de bain complète.
La deuxième chambre à coucher dans le couloir a un lit queen size confortable avec sa propre salle de bain complète privée.

La piscine chauffée est équipée d'une table à manger pour 6 personnes. Il y a un canapé extérieur avec table et un gril à gaz.
Cette maison est très sereine et tranquille - parfaite pour se détendre et se divertir.

Briarwood est une communauté fermée qui se trouve à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Naples, des plages et des commerces. Les installations comprennent un club-house, des courts de tennis, deux piscines - l'une étant une piscine pour la nage en longueur avec de nombreux sièges autour des piscines. Il y a trois acres luxuriantes de parc communautaire dont les résidents pourront profiter. Briarwood est situé à quelques minutes de la 5e Avenue Sud avec un accès facile à la I-75

Great House for Friends and Family

We really enjoyed our stay - house was large enough for friends and family. The pool was very clean and we couldn’t keep our grandsons out of it. Anne and Alex are great hosts - very responsive to text messages to help us through the gatehouse process.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time! The house is clean and contains all necessary amenities – very well stocked! Hosts are very accommodating, answering any question that we had promptly and followed up with us to make sure all was fine. We enjoyed watching all of the turtles, ducks and darters in the pond. Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas blessing

We certainly enjoyed our stay in Anne and Alex's Naples home in the beautiful Briarwood neighborhood. This family outing consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids and we were very comfortable in this exceptionally clean 4 bedroom home. It's conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, etc... If you like the beach (Loudermilk) it is less than 15 min away. The pool is awesome and was kept at a nice, warm temperature especially during the cooler weather we experienced on our visit. Anne and Alex were great at answering any question we might have. The house was stocked as well as any place we've ever stayed and we been coming to Naples for the past 16+ years. Thanks Anne and Alex for helping to create wonderful family memories during our time in your home. Jim and Anita

Well appointed

When we arrived, we were greeted with a complementary bottle of wine and some snacks, which were quite welcome after a long day traveling. The house is bright and airy. We found everything we needed to just begin our vacation. We found the owners to be kind and attentive. We love the location. The only disappointment is that it wasn’t available for us in 2024 but we went ahead and rented it for 2025. That’s how good it is. The pool and lanai area are spectacular. We swam every day. The teenagers got plenty of sun! Great house! We highly recommend it!

Exceptional home with lake view

This home is updated, clean and very well equipped in every way. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels and linens for all guests. The pool is heated with no additional charge. Central location. The lake view is an added bonus. Anne our host was very attentive to all our needs. Would definitely return.

Winter Escape

Anne and Alex were fabulous hosts for our stay in their home in Briarwood. The accommodations were perfect - extremely clean, spacious, and the lanai and pool area were great with plenty of seating for guests. Our hosts were very personable and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again if we travel to Naples in the future.

Unusable pool

Unfortunately the pool heater was not functioning and the pool was too cold to use. This problem greatly took away from our relaxation and enjoyment of our vacation. We contacted the owners on the second day and they took until the tenth day of our eleven day stay to fix the problem. We requested money back since we had paid extra for this property to have a heated pool. We could not agree on an acceptable amount for the non functioning heater. 10/11 days to fix the problem was unfair. One toilet ran constantly (we avoided using it) one shower did not drain well. This was a nice location, a nice neighborhood however this home is in need of some tlc/maintenance. For the amount charged for this home, The owners would benefit to occasionally check for non-functioning/faulty items prior to renting. The home was well stocked with towels, dishes, and extras. I could have supplied many of those items myself, but I could not supply heat for the pool.

Well appointed and comfortable

This house is in a nice gated neighborhood about 15 minutes drive from Naples pier. The house is well appointed with everything you’d need to prepare meals, which we enjoyed while sitting by the pool. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and coolers which we used for our beach days. The owners were very nice, responsive to questions and made the check in and check out process very easy. I would recommend this rental.

Excellent Find in Naples

We were here (7 of us) for the Pickleball US Open being held in Naples. Very spacious for all 7 of us. This home was beautiful, clean and the owners replied to us in a timely manner if we had any questions. There were all the amenities that you don't find in other VRBO homes (shampoo, snacks, etc.). We enjoyed the heated pool, some of the games left for us and made many memories. We will be back!!!!

Fabulous

We stayed here with our adult kids and their two toddlers. Everything was wonderful. Plenty of room and privacy for 3 families. The property was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of spices, dishes, pots and pans. Towels and linens for 8 and them some. The pool and deck are clean and heated to the perfect temperature. Toys and games for young and old, as well as beach equipment that looks fairly new. A lovely, quiet neighborhood, with lots of sidewalks for a morning or evening stroll. The owners are fantastic. Alex and Anne are very caring and very concerned that you have a fabulous experience. They checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking! Awesome people.

Beautiful home in Briarwood Community

This was a beautiful and spacious home that was perfect for my 3 teens and parents who accompanied my husband and I. The home is just as described with a lovely pool and outdoor space. It was very clean and well kept and stocked with many amenities which made it extremely convenient. The location was good and felt very safe. You could easily get to Lowdermilk or Vanderbilt beaches within a 10 min ride. The hosts, Anne and Alex, were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation home!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Anne was extremely responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We had several members of our family working remotely and Anne upgraded the WiFi, so that there would be sufficient capacity and speed for everyone working online. The pool and lanai were lovely. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A Beautiful Stay in a Great Naples, Florida House

This house was perfect for our family for the month of February 2021. The house was spacious, decorated well and provided many amenities that we also have at home. The pool was a perfect temperature for everyone and although not controlled by the owners, the best weather ever for February! The open floor plan, beautiful neighborhood and location in Naples were all wonderful characteristics.

The accommodations were excellent. Everything we needed was provided. The property was well maintained, conveniently located, and spacious for 5 people. It was obvious that the property owners wanted their renters to enjoy their stay.

Family Christmas

We had a fabulous time & the home was perfect! I am familiar with this neighborhood as we lived here years ago so I knew the area was peaceful & the location was just what we wanted. The home was exactly as described, very well equipped, a great layout and extremely comfortable. Response from the owner was quick & helpful. I would highly recommend and will book again the next time we are in Naples! Thank you Anne for everything - your home made Christmas with our adult children very memorable!

A Delightful Option

The house is accurately described in the listing. It's spacious, well-appointed and well-maintained. The gated neighborhood is very pleasant and ideal for strolls with my dog. Although located in a suburban area, it was an easy drive to downtown, the shore and other attractions.

Great vacation- beautiful home!!

We had a great week at the house!! It was perfect for family! The pool, which was really clean and well-maintained, had a lovely lake view (and a blow up shamu which my kids loved!). The furnishings were tasteful and well laid out. We like to stay in and cook a lot with my large family- and the kitchen was perfect for us- well stocked with lots of counter space. We also loved the high ceilings and excellent floor plan- 2 masters and 2 additional bedrooms. It was a perfect for our family and we definitely plan to return next year.
