Le confort moderne rencontre le style classique de cette maison de plage traditionnelle. Si vous cherchez une maison qui a l'apparence de la maison de plage de vos souvenirs d'enfance, ne cherchez pas plus loin. La maison a subi une rénovation complète pour lui redonner sa beauté d'origine.

La maison offre 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain à seulement trois rangées de la plage. La rénovation de la maison a englobé l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Le nouvel extérieur présente un stuc à revêtement dur de style tabby bas pays au premier ��tage. La terrasse arrière surélevée surplombe la piscine et est partiellement ombragée par un beau chêne vivant, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et regarder les activités dans la piscine.

Profitez des bruits et des brises de l'océan tout en vous relaxant sur le porche grillagé. C'est un endroit idéal pour une boisson fraîche, un jeu en famille et un dîner en plein air. L'étage supérieur comprend une cuisine et un coin salon récemment rénovés et spacieux. De nouveaux sols en travertin et des comptoirs en granit accentuent l'espace. De beaux planchers de bois franc grattés à la main ont été installés dans les chambres supérieures. Toutes les salles de bains ont également été entièrement rénovées. Il y a deux chambres avec lits queen size, une avec 2 lits jumeaux et 3 salles de bain complètes. La salle à manger peut accueillir huit personnes confortablement et la barre du petit-déjeuner peut en accueillir 3. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le premier étage comprend un salon et une buanderie au premier étage, parfait pour faire face aux vêtements de sable humides de la plage. Le premier étage comprend également deux chambres et une salle de bains. Les chambres ont un roi et deux lits jumeaux.

La maison est située à quelques pâtés de maisons des commerces, des restaurants et des divertissements de Coligny Plaza. L'accès aux nombreux kilomètres de pistes cyclables de l'île est à seulement 100 pieds de la porte d'entrée. L'accès à la plage est à seulement 30 mètres de votre porte d'entrée. From the large in ground pool, the screened in back porch, the finished lower level, the screened in front porch, the breezeway access to the backyard / pool deck, this is the an ergonomically perfect, quintessential beach home.

Wonderful... The quintessential Beach House!!

Perfect set up for all pool and deck activities! Loved the size of the pool and the location to the beach, Quail street has some of the fewest residents that have access to the beach, so plenty of room on the sand! Highly Reccommend!

Backyard pool has some shade during the day, which proved to be a real benefit. We especially enjoyed the rear screened porch for relaxing and dining. Its a short walk to the beach, easy bike ride to Coligny. We will be back!

Perfect Beach House

This house had everything our group needed, and we were a BIG group. It was a family reunion, so we actually stayed in 3 locations, but this was where everyone congregated and it was perfect. The screen porch was where we all congregated to play games and read. The kitchen set-up accommodated our big group and we never felt cramped. I cannot recommend this house enough.

The house was really nice inside. Exterior was okay. I did not know I had to pay for the pool to be heated. We were there for 2 days before we were able to get the heat turned on. The walk to the beach was very short. I’d definitely rent this place again. We had a great time.

Great location, great communication

We had a great time at this property. The location to the beach was excellent and coligny plaza was a short 20 min walk away. the comforters were sort of dirty and dusty. We still had a great time and enjoyed our stay despite that issue. The pool also never really heated up, despite us paying for it to be heated.

Great location, not the cleanest

Great location, only four houses from the beach. Pool is nice and big and outdoor area is nice. House has a nice open layout. Only issue was the cleanliness....the kitchen counters, rugs/carpets, screened in porch and pool all needed to be cleaned. We did some of it and called the rental company, and they took care of the rest. But for the cost of the house, cleanliness is not something we should have to worry about.

Nice house, we had drain problem with the bathroom drain and the storm drain outside the patio basement door which backed with a big rain storm. Had to soak up water till the plumber came to unclog it. Also the door lock was broken, and garbage was not picked up for a couple days, but was done that evening.

September 2023 HHI Stay

The property was wonderful. It was updated and decorated so beautiful. Management company was so helpful and we were even able to get access to the house a little earlier than regular check-in. And the owner's welcome gift was so nice. The house provided so much space for everyone to spread out with multiple screened in porches and a family room upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was stocked so well with everything we needed. Access to the beach is so close. Unfortunately neither my parents nor my husband's parents could come due to medical issues but we still had a good time. And we are so hopeful we can find another time to visit with the entire family and would stay at this lovely house in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed at 4 Quail and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible updates to the property made since we booked! The updated kitchen was sleek and was well equipped for our group and we enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck! The close proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy morning walks and we saw loads of dolphins! Island Time was incredible to book with and we can't wait for our next visit to Hilton Head. This was our first time staying in the North Forest Beach area and we will definitely be back as we loved the proximity to Coligny!

Access to the beach and bike path is a short distance. House is about a mile from Coligny, so plenty of room on the beach. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 10. The screened in porches were great for morning coffee and evening gatherings. The bedrooms downstairs are a little tight and the bed sizes seemed smaller than advertised. The outside shower did not work and the hose connection was cracked/leaking. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would recommend the property.

This is our second time staying at this property and the fifth time renting a home on Quail Street. It is truly a hidden gem and the perfect location. The beach is basically private since it is so far down from public access. This house has plenty of space for two families to share, with a large pool and patio area. The front screened in porch is so nice and a great place for morning coffee, winding down the evening or during rain storms. This home is clean and well maintained. We absolutely love it!

The house has been recently updated adding some nice touches to the house but if you are looking for a laid back home steps from the beach, this is the house for you. Small bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample closet space allow you to sleep well after being in the beach all day. The front porch and back pool-side patio allow you to enjoy the outdoors taking a beach break. The well-stocked kitchen has every tool and appliance you’ll need to make great dinners while enjoying your vacation. Island Time is responsive, attentive and has a wonderful cleaning crew because the house is spotless (including no bugs). Plenty of towels for your stay, nice complimentary toiletries and starter kit for the kitchen. This is a no-frills house allowing for casual comfort while enjoying HHI.

But the Queen bedroom had a very small bathroom (not shown on the website), ceiling fan & light didn’t work & the dresser drawers had bottoms falling out. The hall bathroom cold water faucet is very loose & hard to turn off. The kitchen & living area was nicely equipped. The screen porches & pool were great. Downstairs was roomy but the Queen room had bugs. Someone came & sprayed but that didn’t solve the problem at all. It had a great living area but the bathroom was tight. The pictures don’t accurately show the sizes of each room, so they all are smaller than shown. We did very much enjoy our week there, but wish it would be checked often to fix problems that arise

However our first night there the upstairs bathroom leaked into the downstairs living space. When we called to report we were told it would wait from Saturday until Monday to be fixed due to weekend rates. Monday we were told they would not fix until house was vacant. There was evidence the leak was not new so I would recommend future guests verify this was fixed. Due to multiple families, this was very inconvenient.

The location of the house was wonderful unfortunately it was not very clean

The location of our home was terrific only a few steps to the beach! The pool was very nice and very clean. Unfortunately there was no real patio furniture to enjoy the pool with. There was two lounge chairs. There were three chairs that were broken. We had to bring chairs from the covered patio downstairs so we would have somewhere to sit. Called the property manager about this they said they would deliver more furniture the following day and they never did. The bathrooms were clean but the kitchen was not very clean at all. The drawers were dirty the cupboards were dirty the dishes werent very clean and we did not feel comfortable using them. The house was not stocked at all. When traveling on an airplane especially it is nice to have some things in the house that you dont have to buy such as beach chairs beach towels , paper products etc. The outside patio and two covered porches were also not kept up very well. They were Sandy dirty and in the backyard there was junk where the outdoor shower was. We did have a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house but we were disappointed with the price that we had to pay and the cleanliness of the place.
