CAN VISTA DEL VALL is the holiday home for those looking for a luxurious stay in beautiful, unique and private surroundings - simply, relax yourself and take in the stunning views of the scenic valley; the nature here is almost stress relieving. The scene of Can Vista del Vall sets you up for a wonderful holiday experience, and the experience is made complete with the lovely pool & spa area. Additionally, a padel tennis court has recently been built, to add to the already long list of facilities.

CAN VISTA DEL VALL has one of the most spectacular views we have ever seen and with the choice of Can Vista del Vall you are guaranteed holiday memories that will consist for many, many years. It is hard to find a house that is more privately situated than this and at the same time of such high standards. The holiday home is, as mentioned before, located in a large valley and lies up a hillside. A small road guides you to the house and as the road ends here, you can be sure that no other people will drive past or to the holiday house.  

As the holiday home lies on a hillside, it has many different levels. On the lower level, there is a wonderful pool area. Here is a large swimming pool, which is covered in the wintertime and during summer, you can open the sliding doors and enjoy the warm sun. There are stairs down to the pool, which is relatively deep. Making it more luxurious, there is a spa/hot tub right next to the pool.

One level up, there is a very large terrace with sun loungers and of course a great view over the valley. Here, you can also play table tennis and there is direct access to a game room with table football and billiards. Furthermore, there is a great fitness room with multiple fitness machines.
On the next level there is an outdoor dining area with tables and benches, and there is a covered area with BBQ grill.

CAN VISTA DEL VALL has a large, very well equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other necessary facilities. There is also a large dining room with a large table and panoramic windows. There is also a large flat screen TV. If this is not enough, you can roll a screen down and with a projector and the comfortable seating, you can transform the living room into a mini cinema.

Spread over the different floors, there are three double rooms and three triple rooms. They are all modern and tastefully decorated and five of them have a private bathroom. Many of them have window with a view, and one of the rooms have direct access to a chill-out area on the top floor with comfortable seating and wonderful views.

Since Catalonia, especially in the summer, generally have much sun, the owner has put solar cells at the house, and during winter it is heated with biomass.

There are only 5 km to the nearest village, where there are some shops and a supermarket, which is also open on Sundays. Moreover, there is only 10 km to the regional capital, Berga. Here the owner has also an agreement with a good restaurant that they can bring the food all the way up to the house. You can also hire a cook who will pamper your palates for an evening.

Lisbeth and I (Bertel) are the owners of the company SYDENS FERIEHUSE. For the last 14 years we have engaged in letting out fantastic Catalan holiday homes, all of which live up to our criterias: they are authentic, charming homes and are all of a very high standard. We help Jauma and his family let out CAN VISTA DEL VALL.

We consider the perfect holiday to consist of two parts - a nice holiday home and some great excursions and activities. For each part of Catalonia we have made an activity document with our personal recommendations.
