My stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The refrigerator didn’t work had to store 300$ worth of groceries in a cooler overnight. They brought in a spare refrigerator that took up half of the space in the dining area. Very inconvenient.

Nasty

When first arriving the condo it smelled like old cigarette smoke and lingered throughout the week. Linens were rough and terrible quality. Dishwasher did not work properly. Fan in guest bedroom was loud. Maintenance on unit was lacking. Complex was trashy, loud and very inappropriate for families. Golf cart service was never available. Would not recommend this property.

Great Location - could use some maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice little condo overall but there were some issues. The ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom was covered in dust. Looked as if it had not been cleaned in some time. The toilet seat in the shared bathroom is unable to stay up without holding it due to a new flush handle that was not designed for this toilet. The skillet had loose screws and actually fell apart when we went to use it. The location itself was amazing and just a quick walk to the beach, or if you wanted to go to the designated part, there was a golf cart to carry everyone. The company was very courteous and professional and helped me retrieve my daughter's cell phone that they left behind. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES which is why I am leaving this review at a 4.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were so utterly filthy that we had to literally wash our feet before climbing into bed each night.The apartment lacked a mop or broom with which to clean up small messes.Holes in the walls where fixtures or hangings had become dislodged and not hung back up.Dried blood or fecal stains on the sheets, unsure which. Didn't really investigate too closely for obvious reasons.Dryer made a horrendous screeching noise when running, could not safely run the unit.Dishwasher door was broken and barely attached to the unit.Zero plastic cups or bowls, only glass or ceramic.

Good, but questionable beach access.

Our family of 4 were very comfortable in the condo, rooms are great and location was great. Although the beach access was questionable. The condos only own a small sliver of the beach. Plan to spend extra to rent chairs on the beach front. Beach was easy to get to from condo, short 5 minute walk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Best part was no stairs and the beach was quiet, easy to find a place to set up for the day. Unit was clean and decorated nicely. Bedroom set up was perfect for 8 people comfortably. I would stay there again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy access to the beach was nice but the condo was subpar... we killed at least 8-10 roaches while there 🤢. Pulled a knife and spoon out of the drawer with food still on them and there was black mold on the shower curtain in the hall bath. And not a huge deal but only had two mirrors for 8 people which made it difficult to get ready to go out.

Great condo that was a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our small family plus my mother. Clean unit! Would have loved a few rugs in the master bedroom.

Spring Break 2019

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is on the top floor of a 3 floor building. It is a couple minutes walk to the beach. The best thing is that you don’t need to cross 30A or go down a huge set of steps to get to the beach. The tennis courts and pool were in good shape as well. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. The only issues we had during our stay is the lack of basic supplies like soap, trash bags, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. I will say they delivered a hair dryer and more two rolls of toilet paper since I went out and bought soap. The tv in the family room, and it’s remote need updating as well. Again, great location in Seagrove and to the beach.
