That said, we sre truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues with the floors and the presence of bugs in the bathroom, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We appreciate hearing back from each guest about their experiences with Benchmark Management. During your stay, we had multiple guest complaints about very loud music and guest being very rowdy. We reached out to you to discuss the matter at hand, and we were not able to reach you. Therefore, we sent out the property managers to speak with you regarding the matter. The 30 A Community follows very strict Noise Ordinance rules which are stated in our rental agreement, We also state that any guest under the age of 25 must have an adult over the age of 25 with them. We had multiple guest complaints that many guests staying in this unit were under 25 and had no adult supervision. Because of these complaints and the sheriff's office having to be called on the guest occupying this unit, we had to follow our policy and evict you. This is never a decision our team takes lightly. We understand you feel you were treated unfairly, however, we made multiple attempts to resolve the situation with your party before coming to this conclusion. In the future, remember we are always here to answer any questions, including those you may have about our policies. We'd love to have you back for a stress-free vacation for all.
