Margarita Days - Situé en bord de mer - 4 couchages

Margarita Days est un charmant chalet de plage de 2 étages niché derrière Bella Vista sur la rue Tupelo à Seaside. C'est l'escapade parfaite pour un couple ou une petite famille car elle peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes avec une chambre queen et une salle de bain complète au premier étage, et une couchette dans le salon pour 2 enfants si nécessaire. Il a une cuisine et un salon / salle à manger au deuxième étage avec un petit balcon dans la cime des arbres.

Le pavillon Tupelo n'est qu'à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc préservée. Passez votre journée à la plage ou profitez de la piscine privée et des installations de remise en forme du Seaside.

* Location du samedi au samedi pendant les vacances de printemps et d'été.
* Quatre nuits minimum hors saison.
* Parking pour 1 voiture.
* Désolé, pas d'animaux.

Le tarif (hors mensuel) comprend jusqu'à 4 passes d'agrément au Swim and Fitness Club. Si nécessaire, laissez-passer supplémentaires disponibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

Cozy house near the beach

My family and I enjoyed the house , it has everything you need for your stay and it was well maintained. Conveniently located, walk 2 minutes and you are at the beach which we enjoyed every day!! A lot of options for food and snacks without driving. We had a great 4th of July weekend!!

The location of the property is the best part of it! As guests who had to fly to this destination, there are things that would have been nice to know when thinking of packing space. The rental provides a welcome packet that has a small soap bottle and sponge (wonderful! but wouldn't have packed them had we known.) The rental only comes with 1 roll of toilet paper (different from any others we have stayed in). There was not only 1 but 2 blow dryers (again wouldn't have packed one). The 2nd bed is a sofa bed upstairs but there are no curtains on any of the windows which doesn't work well with kids. The listing says there's access to the public pool but there is hardly any information on it, where it is located, etc. And our passes weren't even in the rental, we had to call and wait for them to be delivered. Location is hard to beat and just wish there was better communcation.

We love staying at Margarita Days. Second year we’ve stayed here. Perfect for 2. Easy access to the beach and all that Seaside has to offer. I definitely recommend this place!

Great location and cozy space

My husband and two kids and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a small space but we were across the street at the beach or in the Seaside square most of the trip. We loved it. Having access to the private beach was a big bonus.

It was just enough space for my mom and I to stay for a long weekend and they had all the supplies you needed in a quaint cottage!

Family Vacation from Texas

Perfect location , easy access to the beach and food vendors in town. There was no need for a golf cart. We had a great time! Maintenance was timely and fixed any issues. All in all a great place!

Met our short list of needs

The little cottage met our needs! Cute and clean; very minimal of course. Could turn this into 5 star review with better beds, bedding and pillows. Benchmark was more like a 2/5 stars as they have a policy not to deliver additional blankets or pillows, which we needed with our infant. Additionally, we extended our stay but they forgot to extend our code.

Great Location but No Internet Connection & Construction Noise

Walkable to Seaside Center - Great location.... I didn't have an internet connection during my stay (4 nights & 5 days). Be aware of construction noise next door.

Great Location!

Very close to the center of Seaside. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Just know that it is tiny. Once you open your suitcase there isn’t much room to walk around your bed. The only complaint I have is that there were no beach towels. Every beach house I have rented has had them. We flew. Beach towels take up a lot of space in a suitcase. Had to go buy towels.

We got exactly what we wanted. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and to town. Not super clear directions about pool access, but there is access to two pools, so take advantage of that. Cute. Comfortable.

Small sweet

Location is prime. Not mentioned is that the shower is located under a stair case making it difficult for a 6 foot plus tall person to shower. Kitchen does not have dishwasher which is inconvenient.

Have stayed in various cottages at Seaside for 40+ yrs. One has better options. Did like the location.

Terrific Tiny House!

Our first visit to Seaside was awesome! We had a great time! I’ve been obsessed with tiny house for years and the house we stayed in was so cute! It was the perfect size, it was clean, and the location was perfect. We were right across the street from the beach pavilion which was so convenient. I really enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The only complaints I had were that the parking instructions weren’t clear (don’t park on Tupelo St, go down the street labeled Rosewalk-Private Drive and you can park right in front of the house), there were no directions to the community pool (but we stayed at the beach most of the time, so that wasn’t a huge issue), and the pavilion code in the rental info emails didn’t work (we had to text the management company who very promptly gave us the correct code). Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely visit again!

Not worth it

First off the oven didn’t work, they gave us a toaster oven. All of the dishes were dirty, and the microwave didn’t look like they it was ever cleaned. The bath tub drain had a hard time draining , so we were standing in a foot of dirty water.the mattresses were old and hard. It’s great walking distance from everything.

Good, but...

Great location, clean and good place. But, thermostat was upstairs above bedroom and did not allow us to set the temperature low enough to be comfortable at night. I do not like the temperature restriction. Also, I found it a bit ridiculous that there was a mandate for us to clean and put away all our dishes... especially with COVID going on, how can I trust the last guest to have actually cleaned the dishes? I believe that if I’m paying to stay at a location like this that I shouldn’t be required to take out my own trash and trust the precious occupant cleaned the dishes.

Great Seaside location

Really good space for 2 people in Seaside. Just across the street from the Tupelo private beach access. The space is small but worked well for our two week stay. This was our 31st consecutive Summer stay in Seaside and we typically rent a much larger house, but there were only the two of us this trip. The fees are much lower on this VRBO house than when using Seaside’s Cottage Rental Agency. We used both companies in the past and the Cottage Rental properties are typically in better condition but this place was an exception-it was in really good shape. We will rent it again next year if it is just the two of us. The space would be small for more than 2 people for more than 2 weeks with just the one bathroom. Tip: We rented beach chairs from Cabana-Man the first week and used RentGearHear the second week. RentGearHear was almost half the cost for the same umbrella and chairs, but the access point was about a block and a half further away at the Hickory Street public access. The cottage is so close to the Tupelo St private access, I would probably just stay with Cabana-Man next time unless budget was an issue. The only negative I can think of is the couch is a bit old and probably needs replaced soon, but otherwise, I would recommend the rental highly for 2 people.

Beach Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location being just a few steps from Tupelo pavilion leading down to the beach and it was an easy walk to the center of town. We did have a few disappointments and concerns about the property itself. As senior adults, we were concerned about there being no grab bars in the shower. In addition, there was a GFI receptacle in the bathroom pulled completely away from the wall just inches from the bathroom sink. Also, the toaster oven on top of the fridge did not work. We tried to relocate it to the counter, however, could not move it. It seemed to be plugged in behind the fridge, but we never got it to work even leaving it on top of the fridge. This was our third stay in this property. Our first was in 2014. Furniture and furnishings have not been updated since our first stay. The sofa just felt dirty. These are probably considered minor issues, however, we paid a premium price to stay at this property and, with a premium price comes high expectations. The price for this property has risen significantly since our last stay in 2019. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations.
