Wonderful experience! Right in the heart of Manitou Springs....! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting a fun and relaxing time with friend or family. Thank you Jeff!
Great stay! Loved being right in town. Old kitchen and appliances but had what we needed. Could definitely use a new toaster for breakfast items! All we needed for our low maintenance family!
Perfect apartment for our family. It was great being right downtown and being able to walk around with the family instead of having to load up and drive around.
Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Awsome location for enjoying restaurants, breweries, and shops on the strip. Parking is tight. If you bring a pickup (F150), be ready to shuffle it around to let other cars out.
Nice historic building apartment. Shared balcony great for people watching. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. 5 minutes to Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon.
Charming historic building, close to all activities. Spacious and comfortable. Balcony is a wonderful added bonus. Quick response from host. Check this one out!
Things to know: there's a steep flight of stairs to get to the unit. The parking is behind the building. The alleyway to get there and the spots are tight so big vehicles won't fit. My husband's Tacoma did but anything bigger wouldn't. Walking is easy to all the shops and restaurants.
Great location close to great shops and restaurants, and the balcony was a great bonus!
First time to Manitou Springs and we will definitely book at this location again! Jeff and Molly were wonderful, the place was clean, well equipped with some of the staple items, and has an awesome shared balcony that we enjoyed each morning and evening! Great locationâwalked to shops and restaurants and close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. If you are looking to stay in Manitou look no furtherâbook this location today!
The apartment was spacious and cozy and right in the middle of downtown manitou where you can sit on the balcony and watch all the activity shops were cute and the restuarants were awesome with good food amd friendly service
We spent two nights in the apartment. It was clean and quiet and perfect for our needs. The comments on the stairs are fair⊠They're a little steep, but we had no problems really. And I thought the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
The property is in the best possible location for Manitou Springs. As a warning, there are some steep stairs to get to the apartment and a very steep driveway for parking and access to get to the main street.
Other than that, the apartment is exactly as advertised and Jeff and Mindy are great!
The Manitou Loft Apartment we stayed at was phenomenal! It was clean, super comfy, safe, and walking distance to everything. We also had a balcony with a beautiful view, a great way to unwind. The owner, Jeff was truly helpful, he was kind, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this beautiful Gem. I hope to be returned soon.
We were sold from the moment we saw the photo of the idyllic third floor balcony overlooking Manitouâs main street. And it lived up to the hype! Coffee shops, brewery and ice cream all within walking distance. The perfect mid-point between Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak and Fort Carson. Our three kids (11, 8, 6) slept on the trundle bed in one room (though we could have put the air mattress in the living room for them, too). My husband and I loved the memory foam mattress after a long day of hiking. Couldnât have asked for anything more!
Steep stairs with no safe railing since one side is unsteady and other side I got a splinter from worn wood just to enter apartment. I was worried every time our 10 & 12 year old went down the stairs. Outside patio to enter apartment was dusty and walked into spiderwebs. The alley behind apartment was very dark and very tight parking. Queen mattress was very uncomfortable with a slope so that u rolled to the middle. My sons sheets smelled like a skunk and we had to contact owner to get new ones thankfully he did respond quickly and corrected it. Wish it had a dishwasher because we didnât know who had previously cleaned dishes and we opted not to use any dishes.
Property is in a great location, however had a few issues. Queen mattress was very uncomfortable (big dip in middle of bed), parking was also difficult. We were in a Ram 1500 and we blocked other parking spots due to size of the available parking spot, Iâd say not suitable for any full-size SUV or truck. Several burned out light bulbs, missing sheets for one of the beds, and no extra trash bags. We also had tripped a circuit breaker when running the microwave (due to two window AC units on the same breaker), but Jeff was quick to reset the breaker for us. Balcony is also shared and our neighbors at the time left it quite messy with food/drinks. Overall with some more polishing and care, this could be a great space but didnât meet our expectations this trip.
We were so happy here! Lively location, comfy lounging between adventures, simple space, and we appreciated the privacy (no cameras) We didnât mind the stairs â they have railings & make you feel like youâre heading into a secret hideaway âŠ
Entrepreneur/Restauranteur, native Coloradan with a very unique property that I'd love to share with you. I am a small business man, happily married, father of 5. I also own the Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant (Colorado Springs Premier Special Occassion Restaurant) that is located in the lower portion of the building.
Downtown convenance.....walk to shopping, dinning, and entertainment while also the beauty of the Mountains all around! Pikes Peak just 1 mile away! This very unique property is a gem! The fun of Manitou Springs and mountain hiking, adventures all in one property
