Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situé au centre de Holmes Beach et à moins de 100 pas des eaux scintillantes du golfe et des plages de sable blanc. Ce condo offre une piscine communautaire chauffée avec terrasse couverte et terrasse sur le toit avec terrasse et balcon privé où vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin ou un cocktail en soirée. Barbecue au charbon près de l'aire de pique-nique. Plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine sur place et bar pour le petit-déjeuner.

Cette unité est seulement l'un des 4 dans le bâtiment qui ajoute à son attrait privé. Avec des tonnes de lumière naturelle et une sensation ouverte et spacieuse, le salon / salle de télévision est joliment décoré et possède des portes coulissantes donnant sur le balcon vitré. Profitez du WiFi dans toute l'unité. Juste à côté de la cuisine se trouve une grande table à manger. Le entièrement équipé a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer le dîner en famille ou une collation rapide. Fantastic Time!

We had a fantastic time during on stay. The unit was so nice and stocked very well with anything we would need. My family and I had not rented through SeaBreeze Vacations before but definitely will in the future. From reserving the room to checking out everything was handled so smoothly. We had an amazing time on the island and hope to be back next year!

Awesome Property!

This property is awesome! The location is steps away from the beautiful beach (just across a small street). The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The only downside is the front load wash machine is excessively moldy and we were unable to use it.

A stylish home near the beach

Sea Breeze Vacation Rentals were excellent to work with, provided a beautiful condo which was super clean and nicely decorated. It was a great location, close to the beach. Hope to use their services again when planning another trip.

Excellent Communication!

The communication was excellent...from my initial inquires through check out, which was greatly appreciated! The few questions we had were resolved immediately and our feedback was appreciated. The property was beautiful! We especially appreciated the Ninja for smoothies, great kitchen set up for cooking, the beds/pillows were very comfy. We also appreciated the beach wagon, tent and chairs...so convenient! We had a perfect week of memories! Thank you!

Great condo

We have stayed other places on Holmes Beach, but this was our favorite. The condo is quite large and in a great location very close to the beach and publix. The unit is updated, clean, and comfortable. We will stay here again next year.

This property is a very short walk to the beach. It is very clean and laid out well. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Close to grocery store, restaurants and convenience stores.

Nice beach week

We absolutely loved the location! The beach is right out your door and only a few minute walk. Publix is right behind unit and plenty of stuff to do I'm the area. Check in was easy and the condo is beautiful and clean. Everything we could need was provided. They also have beach chairs, sand toys to use while there. There is a grill as well. The pool was a bonus! Would definitely come back!

AMI Gem

AMI Gem! Wonderfully updated large Condo that is warm and welcoming! Beds were comfortable, excellent closet & dresser space, fully stocked kitchen – w/Keurig, lanai area with very large wraparound windows, bathroom essentials and beach towels for use. Covered parking, private pool, grill area and rooftop sitting area access. The location can't be beat, just steps from the sugar sand beach on the Gulf with access to the units; wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and toys for our stay!

Property is great and location is outstanding. SeaBreeze Vacations not as great. We were on AMI during a hurricane and communication about who was responsible for outside pool furniture was lacking. While we were told it was the associations responsibility and not ours or theirs, someone need to communicate with that association as nothing was done and all the renters had to pitch in and do it. Also, be sure to bring your own toiletries. While most everything you need is supplied, there was no soap or shampoo in the showers. Again, I put that on SeaBreeze. All things considered, we’d rent this place again with the hopes that SeaBreeze Vacations does a little better job going forward! Enjoy AMI - it’s beautiful!

Family Memories Galore!

Location (literally 57 steps to the. nicest beach I've ever been on), amenities (pool and every beach accessory a family could want!!), & family memories galore! We loved everything about our stay in this Airbnb!! Can't wait to come back again!!!

Tropical Sunset was amazing!

We loved this condo! Never have we felt so salt home quickly before in a rental but it was absolutely perfect! The large windows and screened in patio is were I spent most of my time! Also it was nice having a designated parking spot and short walk to the beach!

This location was amazing. The easy access to the pool, beach chairs/toys that are available on-site to use, and the very short walk to the beach made this stay fabulous for my family. We would visit the beach in the morning for a walk, during the day to swim and at night for the sunsets. We did venture to the roof for a sunset and it was nice when kids were tired but we just preferred to take the short walk to the beach at night. It is a little bit more of a walk to the Free Trolley stop but it's really not far. The home was accommodating and it was nice to have a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms/showers and 2 bedrooms. Our microwave stopped working suddenly and they had an extra microwave to use delivered within hours after I reported it. Otherwise this is a trip to remember and we hope to be back. Thank you!

We love Tropical Sunset for our semi yearly girls trip . Perfect size condo and proximity to the beach with a quiet private pool . We've stayed in both number 1 and 2 units. We will return again and again !

We loved it and would stay again

We had a lovely time at Tropical Sunset. The apartment was easy to find with the lights outside, even though we arrived at 9pm. Check-in was really easy. The apartment was big and had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen and extras like jigsaw puzzles for the children. The beach is beautiful and about 30 seconds from the apartment. There are all the beach things you could need, chairs, umbrellas, body boards etc and a trolley to carry them. Pool was lovely and warm! We loved it and would stay again.

A great week in this condo

This was a nice condo with plenty of room for our family of five. Very close to the beach. It was nice to have a quiet spot on the beach that wasn't too crowded. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and the pool area was nice. We had a great week!

Great Stay!

This is a great place to stay. The location is is great. Only a half block from the beach. Easy access to Publix and to the free trolley to explore the whole island. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!! Clean place with lots of beach toys and a wagon to transport them. I loved the map to mark where you are from and seeing where past visitors were from. The rooftop is great in the evening to hang out in a nice breeze. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for all of the thoughtful touches!

Very comfortable

The house was well stocked and the location was great. My husband and I along with our three sons enjoyed our stay very much. When did up having an issue with the toilet running and the maintenance came out the next day and promptly fixed it. We have no complaints at all. We would definitely stay there again.
