Hightower Haven est l'escapade parfaite en montagne! Glissez-vous loin de la réalité en visitant notre chalet situé dans une vallée avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes Blue Ridge. Vous vous souviendrez d'une époque plus simple où la vie était vécue à un rythme plus lent tout en profitant de toutes les commodités d'aujourd'hui.

Le chalet peut accueillir 4 adultes confortablement avec des lits queen dans les deux chambres et 1 salle de bain complète. Détendez-vous dans les chaises berçantes sur le porche avant ou écoutez le ruisseau de montagne pendant que vous vous détendez sur le pont arrière. Vous trouverez la cuisine entièrement équipée, ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz à l'extérieur, un coin repas extérieur et un foyer. Profitez de toutes les commodités de la maison, y compris le wifi haut débit, 2 télévisions par satellite et une laveuse / sécheuse.

Adorable cottage

This is our second time staying here. It is an adorable little cottage with a pretty creek running right beside it. It is picture perfect and well appointed. We will be back!

Very Comfortable

A friend and I had a girls stay and this was the perfect, quiet getaway. I thought it was the perfect size for two, maybe even three. The location was a little out-of-the-way but that's what we were looking for. You could hear the brook from anywhere on the property, even in the house with the screen doors and windows open. The only down thing I can say is there was a lot of items sitting out which didn't allow much room for the food that we brought along. If you're going to be cooking while there, make sure to bring all your own spices. I would definitely book again.

This property is in a perfect location and within minutes of great restaurants and shopping. The house was tastefully decorated and had everything needed for a perfect getaway. Owner was quick to respond.

Cozy Cottage

This was our second visit to this property. It’s the sweetest little home away from home in an area that’s so peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything we wanted to do and see. These hosts really made us feel comfortable and welcome.

The Best Around

Hightower Haven and Lisa are the Best! It's like a VRBO commercial, when we stay there, it's like our home. We are so comfortable there. Beside a creek, nature, inside decor, outside wonderful flora and fauna! Love the design of the garden outside. Could not ask for a more accommodating venue or hosts! The best!

Romantic Mountain Getaway

This cottage is adorable and so clean. A peaceful, relaxing haven for sure! So comfy inside with a cozy electric fireplace. Very enjoyable just sitting outside on the front or back porch, with the creek running along the back and the firepit. Even had skewers for roasting marshmallows & outdoor games (played cornhole)! Great location too! We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect romantic getaway!!

We spent our anniversary weekend at Hightower Haven. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely clean and felt like home. The gift basket with a personalized anniversary card was super cute and made my day!! The only complaint we have is that we didn’t have more time to stay and enjoy everything this super cute cottage has to offer! We will definitely be back when can stay longer and take advantage of this wonderful cottage, location, hosts, and amazing views!!!!!

Hikers love soft beds, hot showers and clean laundry. This place delivers all…

This is a cute and cozy cottage, tucked away on a quiet country lane. We had such a relaxing time and the property exceeded our needs in every way. We were in the area to complete the Georgia section of the Appalachian trail and our final day of hiking ended just a couple miles up the road. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed were super comfy and the laundry room was perfect. So happy to have found such a nice place to stay and would recommend to fellow hikers as well as anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in Hiawassee.

Hightower was perfect

Every little detail was taken care of by Lisa and Randall. The listing is accurate and the setting of the cottage is ideal for someone looking for relaxing out of the noise of the city. The stream running in the back is another great feature. We enjoyed the fire pit (made some s'mores) and had everything we needed in hand.

Great cottage and perfect location

We love this area is Hiawassee so much! The house was very clean, super cute and had all the conveniences of home!! House is 15 min to the town of Hiawassee and 30 min to Helen. Lake Chatuge is our favorite lake, we spent lots of time there. Rent a boat at Boundary’s, awesome people. We saw several deer on property. Owners were quick to respond. Wi-Fi worked great. Cellular in the area is spotty which is expected.

Perfection

My brother and I enjoyed this home so much! It reminded us of much simpler, slower times. The home is decorated so nice! May sound strange to some but one of our favorite features was the back screened door. Made us think of our grandparents. The brook is magical. We had coffee on the porch each morning and enjoyed the sounds of the water flowing. The flowers in the front are so beautiful. Thought I'd mention there are not ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I know alot of people sleep with fans on. There was a small desk fan in the smaller bedroom but not the larger bedroom. I recommend this home 1,000%. Thank you to the owners for allowing others to enjoy.

Cozy Retreat Cottage

I have stayed her numerous times because of how peaceful the setting of this house is along the stream and how very cozy and comfortable and restful this sweet cottage is. This will always be my north GA retreat home away from home.

I grew up on Upper Hightower, so it has always been home to me. When we had first dibs on buying this little house, I jumped on the chance to own a little piece of Hightower again. Family and neighbors are still close by so I still feel like I'm home each time I go to what we now call, The Cottage~Hightower Haven
Randy and I did all the work ourselves and keep adding to the outdoors to make it more special with all our guest in mind

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The cottage has recently been completely remodeled, we think you will enjoy the way it is decorated inside and out. You can sit on the porch, sit at the outdoor table or fire pit and listen to the small creek that runs beside the house. We think you will enjoy the way it's nestled in the valley with mountains surrounding it. We really want it to be a little haven for all our guest to enjoy.
