My family and I had a nice stay, but will be looking elsewhere to stay during future visits to Sunriver. The house could be amazing but so much of it is in a state of disrepair (faucets, outlets, bikes, etc). There was also substantial dirt/crumbs visible under chairs. This place would be 5 stars all day long it it was taken care of better
The house is decent, with 2 bathrooms, a functional kitchen, a king bed, queen bed, and 2 bunk beds. The hot tub was a nice amenity and there are plenty of bikes, a foosball table, and an adjustable basketball hoop. The appliances and fixtures are basic and acceptable, but thatâs about it. The TVs donât have cable - at least to what we could determine. The house is within a short walk of the SHARC and Village shops, and the street is quiet. It was a nice place for a short weekend, but I could not see this being a multi-week rental. Good for the price, though!
What we loved:
- great amount of space
- clean
- hot tub!
- comfy beds
- blackout shades!
- near the bike path
- pack n play provided
- large kitchen
- the wagon + bikes!
Could be improved:
- high chair couldn't be found
- not enough kitchen towels
- would be nice to know which items would be provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, coffee filters were all there - but we bought all this because we didn't know - also the bedroom blinds are blackout, this is AWESOME but we didn't know so we brought our own for our kids)
- hot upstairs (fans were nice!)
- washing machine is super loud (not a big deal but was alarming at first)
- no tools to attach the bike trailer to use it could be found
We came here with three kids and some extended family. This house had everything you could want for a mixed family. The guest service was also great. We would definitely recommend.
We love Sunriver and have stayed multiple places. I would say this was not one of the nicest places. It was fine and big and comfortable, but it was very dark and dingy inside. It had very few lights and the lights it did have were incandescent and gave off a lot of heat, which was rough on already hot days. It is listed as No AC, but I missed that, so just heads up there! Most places in Sunriver do have AC, so I wouldn't have thought to look for it.
The upside is the location is excellent and the kitchen appliances, pans, and utensils were much better than your average rental.
Overall house and location were okay. Bikes were old and rickety. Hot tub didn't work and we were told the owners wouldn't want to spend the money to fix it. Smoke alarm battery went off for 12 hrs before my husband decided to go to the store and fix it himself, even though we were told someone was on their way.
The property was great for our family of five. There were bikes and helmets for all, it was close to the village and SHARC. The SHARC passes were a hit!
A spacious, well located and well equipped house in Sunriver. Had plenty of bikes for kids and adults and questions were quickly answered during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Home is very well equipped! Lots of movies and games. Plenty of nice bikes for adults and kids. Kitchen had everything needed for our week-plus stay with our three adult children.
My family and I loved this house. It had everything we needed after a long day of bike rides through beautiful Sunriver. It was perfectly located for easy access to the Village and SHARC. We definitely want to come back here for future visits.
Loved the house, perfect size for our group of 7! Hot tub was great living/dining room was great. Had the sun river village right down the road, great deal! Definitely will be coming back!
We loved the proximity to the Village and SHARC, as well as Fort Rock Park, but in a quiet neighborhood off the busy roads. Plenty of space for our group of 8, with a clean hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, and bikes! We enjoyed the fireplace too!
7 Little Court was conveniently located for easy access to bike paths, SHARC, and Village. There were plenty of bikes to choose from, lots of DVDs & games to pick from, and easy to use amenities like the hot tub and foos ball table.
Very comfortable and equipped vacation home for all 8 guests. Perfect for families or adult groups. Located in a quiet area, about .5 mile from SHARC and the Village. Bike trails just down the roadâeasy access everywhere.
We loved the ease of access to sledding hills, Mt. Bachelor, & Bend, as well as being able to take advantage of the SHARC passes. Further, it's an extremely comfortable home which accommodated our two families easily.
