Clean, peaceful, just right for the four of us.

We have stayed at The Seasons before. Great location near the clubhouse. Clean and had what we needed. Mark answered all our questions quickly. Would stay there again!

Worst night sleep ever.

The condo very clean and organized but it didn't have all the general kitchen supplies you would expect. There should at least be some wraps and baggies or rubbermaid containers. There were no condiments. They offer a washer and dryer but no detergent. If you needed more towels than they offered which is possible with 3 of us then how can you wash them? We had to go buy laundry soap. We shouldn't have had to do that on our vacation. We had stayed at other places and they had all that we needed. But the worst of all were the mattresses. The queen bed was hard as a rock with no box spring, just the cheapest mattress. And because it wasn't a solid board underneath you felt the slats as lumps. Worst night sleep ever. You go away and want to relax and it was so uncomfortable that we woke up through the night with backaches. It was bad enough that we would never stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable and well organized

Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and lovely living room area. Two suggestions: 1. upgrading mattress in master bedroom and 2. moving bunk bed away from beam in second bedroom as the person in the top bunk is very squished. Otherwise a very nice unit.

Great spot, great stay

Our main reason for going to NConway was for Storyland. Couldn't have been easier to get to. The office even sells tickets so you don't have to wait in line at the park. Lots of places to eat around. Its close to Attatish, too. Clean, comfortable and would definitely stay there again. Mark was very responsive, which i appreciated.

Great place

We loved it! Having access to an indoor pool and game room was a great option for the rainy days. Location was close to North Conway and Storyland. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were even board games in the closet for kids.

Great location, Perfect for families

Stayed here recently for 5 days with my sister and 6 year old son. Bartlett is a great central location if you are planning to explore all the different things the White Mountains have to offer. The condo was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Coming from me that's saying a lot! I'm neurotic when it comes to clean and bring along an army of cleaning products whenever I stay somewhere so I can clean the place to my liking as soon as I arrive. Did not feel the need to do that when we arrived at this condo. It was immaculate! Great place to stay with kids mainly because there is a sign in the shared hallway of the condo building that the Seasons resort strictly enforces a Quiet after 10pm policy. Also having the clubhouse with an indoor pool was great for keeping my son entertained evenings and rainy days. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Having a washer and dryer was a nice convenience too. This will definitely be my first choice of lodgings next time I'm planning a White Mountains vacation :)

Great Family Getaway

We stayed two night in June so we could take our 3 young children to Storyland. Mark was easy to work with, answered questions promptly, and we received our security deposit back fairly quickly. The condo was easy to get to and really close to Storyland (5 minutes, no traffic) and the Kancamagus. Fairly easy to get to North Conway as well. The single level with two baths was great with young toddlers we don't trust to be independent on stairs yet. We were nervous about the glass on the coffee table and it was a piece of cake to move into the huge walk-in master bedroom closet. The condo was neat and comfortable with wonderful towels and firm mattresses. It's not a 5 star hotel, but 5 star value and we plan to come back. We could easily fit our preschooler and two pack'n'plays in the second bedroom, which was great. The playground is great for younger and older kids and only about a 5-10min walk (depending on whether our kids walked the whole way or were carried). Kitchen was nicely stocked as well. We plan to make this our home base for Storyland for years to come.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved everything about this place. Plenty of room for our family of four. Having all the amenities from home is super important when traveling with little ones. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. The pool and playground were an added bonus. And the location is great! Will definitely book again next time we're in the area! Thanks so much!

Cozy and comfortable!

Owner was extremely accommodating, as we made last-minute reservations. Great communication and was available to answer an off-hours question too. Easily fit 7 people, though we brought air mattresses anyway. Made our vacation feel like living at home! Access to/from sights and tourist areas very convenient. Usage of the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi a huge plus. Parking was a bit tight with all the families there but manageable. Definitely worth considering again for a future trip to the mountains!

Great place!

My kids and I stayed here 4th of July weekend. The property was great and the grounds were great. The kids loved the pool and the bunk beds. I'd recommend this unit.

Clean condo in great location!

Wonderful cozy condo. Very, very clean and inviting. Kitchen well equipped. Nice living area and dining room table for dinner and games. Beds all comfortable and great to have 2 bathrooms. Perfect location for skiing.... Attitash 5 minutes away and is great! Mountain views and hiking everywhere! Some great restaurants....red fox bar and grill in jackson, horsefeathers in conway. Would definately recommend a stay here.

Great condo!

We have rented many many condos over the years and this is one of the best. We are a family of 5 and this gave us enough room to spread out a bit and be comfortable. The condo is super clean and our boys loved the pool, hot tub and especially ping pong (of which I am the family champ!). We have stayed here twice and will certainly make this our go to place when heading to the White Mountains.

Clean & Cozy Condo

We found this condo clean and cozy! It feels like it's in the woods but close to everything. Condo is well stocked including Wi-Fi. Club house is nice with pool table etc & swimming pool. You can even rent movies. The owner is very well organized so you won't find any unpleasant surprises. Only one minor complaint is that the towels looked very old. Other than that renting this place is no brainer if you want a nice, clean & calm place. Kids will love it!

Clean, Comfy and in a Great Location

We're a family of 4 and stayed only a few nights but would do it again on a longer trip. The condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need to feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and overall, the community was quiet at night. Can't beat the location as it's in the heart of the White Mountains, close to: Story Land, North Conway, Crawford Notch, Mt. Washington, the Kancamagus Hwy, and a number of great Ski resorts - including Attitash about a mile away. We had fun, don't think you can go wrong staying here.

Great, clean Condo!

This was a great condo for my family of 5. Children 1,4,&6. It was very clean and spacious! I l really liked that it was all on one level and I didn't have to worry about stairs with my toddler. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer right there. The staff at the club house where very friendly. My children enjoyed the game room and pool. It was so nice to be walking distance to the club house, though I did take the car when visiting the pool at night. We visit the Storyland area every year, we have stayed at different condos in the area (mostly The Nordic Village). My husband and I agree that Mark's condo has been the best (&cleanest!) we stayed at and we have finally found one we want to return to every year! Mark was great to work with and very accommodating!

Delightful Bartlett stay

We stayed here for a week in early August with our 2 kids (ages 2 & 6). It is a fairly quiet local close to all the major amenities (Grocery store, shops and site seeing attractions... kids really loved Storyland). The condo was well maintained, clean and kid friendly. The kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The kitchen was well equipped and we found all that we needed rather easily. If we plan to revisit the area we will definitely book here again.

Excellent stay!

We had a great time at this clean, well furnished condo. It's conveniently located to storyland and a short drive to North Conway. The kids loved the clubhouse and we used the indoor pool daily. Mark was great at responding to questions in a timely manner. The only small negative was that the wifi in the bldg either didn't work or had a weak signal but that was beyond Mark's control and more to do with the condo resort. Would definetly stay there again!

Perfect!!

This condo has a great floor plan. Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. Minutes from Storyland and the North Conway attractions. There are several condos in each building and you cannot hear a sound from the other visitors. We stayed with our two children who loved the bunk beds. Large master bathroom. If you are considering renting this condo you will not be disappointed. This will be the property I rent every time I visit this area.
