Nouveau sur notre programme, cette maison de luxe de six chambres / six salles de bain nouvellement construite, est à environ 50 pas de la plage de sable blanc comme du sucre et de l'eau vert émeraude de Pensacola Beach. Incroyable maison construite sur mesure conçue par le propriétaire Kevin Hubbard, elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 22 personnes avec des équipements luxueux, y compris une piscine privée de gunite et une terrasse sur le toit parfaite pour admirer les magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil de la plage. Cette maison a été conçue pour les grands événements familiaux pour faire toute une vie de souvenirs.

5 Calle Traviesa est géré par des professionnels par Paradise Beach Homes.

Avec des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe et le son sur les trois niveaux, cette maison moderne et spacieuse dispose d'un grand espace ouvert avec un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine comprenant des appareils tout inox de qualité commerciale (four double, machine à glaçons, réfrigérateur) avec des sièges de bar (sièges quatre) et une grande table à manger (sièges neuf). Ce salon est baigné de lumière naturelle et s'ouvre sur une belle terrasse couverte.

La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée comprend un lit king-size avec une salle de bain personnalisée comprenant une baignoire et une douche vitrée. Le placard principal comprend un lit simple sur deux lits superposés. Également au niveau principal, se trouve un refuge «secret» (sous le placard) avec un jumeau, plus un jumeau sur une couchette double, avec une salle de bain complète dans le couloir.

La 2ème chambre est située au niveau supérieur avec deux reines et deux lits superposés jumeaux plus une salle de bain complète. Les 3e et 4e chambres disposent chacune d'un lit king-size et partagent une salle de bains Jack-and-Jill. La 5ème chambre a un roi et salle de bain privée. Un couloir dispose d'un lit superposé double.

La 6e chambre comprend un loft avec un escalier en colimaçon.

Toutes les salles de bains sont dotées de comptoirs et d'éviers en pierre et en granit.

La grande piscine extérieure en gunite offre un accès facile à une demi-baignoire. Avec plus de 6000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie extérieur et de terrasse avec un aménagement paysager personnalisé et un éclairage extérieur, c'est un endroit merveilleux pour divertir la famille et parfait pour les mariages et les réunions.

Cette maison comprend un ascenseur qui vous amènera aux trois niveaux. Il comprend également une laveuse et une sécheuse, un gril à gaz, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un parking pour 10 à 12 voitures (cinq sont couverts).

Great home, updated inside and out, very short walk to the beach via quick access path a block from the house. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but close enoigh that it isnt a hassle to get food or shopping.

Perfect getaway for a large group

We loved our stay. The accommodations were perfect for five families with kids, with plenty of beds and space. Just steps to the beach and a comfortable pool made for a relaxing retreat.

This home was absolutely disgusting. The homeowners do not keep this place up, and I do not recommend it for the money that you pay. The home was not clean. There was sand in the bed. All of the cabinets were sticky and paint was coming off all of the dishes were still wet with crumbs and still dirty. They were barely any dishes, considering the amount of people this home would hold you wouldn’t be able to feed everyone with the amount of forks and pots and pans and plates paradise home host this house and they were wonderful to deal with but renting this house I would not recommend.

This was our first time in the Florida panhandle. This house was great. Loved the close proximity to the beach & the pool & putting green were also enjoyable. Could use a few beach chairs for guests to use at the beach. The Kitchen area where the toaster & coffee maker were kept was a little dirty. Also, there was no cutting board that we could find. We did love the large island & the great amount of counter space. The area where the 2 Kitchen garbage cans are needs a good cleaning. This house location was great & the furniture & beds were comfortable. The awesome use of space for extra sleeping areas was a great touch! Our 82 year old mom greatly appreciated the elevator & it worked perfectly! We had a family wedding at the Pier Event center & the house was only a few miles from there. We hope to come back to this area for a longer stay as we really loved it. We highly recommend this house for any family vacation. We give it a 5 out of 5.

Beautiful Beach House for big group

This property was great! 5 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. Bunk beds everywhere. Great use of space. Nice pool and short walk to the beach. View of the beach from sun deck. There were 16 adults in our group Plenty of room.

The grandchildren had a blast and they loved all of the bunk beds in all of the cubbyholes. The beach was only a two-minute walk so it was easy going back and forth to the house and the beach to replenish supplies or grab lunch. Nice area, nice sidewalks for a morning run. No complaints. The beach was beautiful and big enough to fly kites.

2025 Family Vacation Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our stay, easy access to the beach, away from the crowds. We booked for the 6 bedrooms, but the '6th bedroom' was not really a bedroom, it was a small room on the bottom floor near the parking and a little creepy to stay in so we had to make it work with the other 5 bedrooms, which turned out fine due to all the other built-in bunks available for the kids. The space is great, it does need some upgrades to the furniture, but overall ok for a beach vacation home. The pool and putt-putt kept our grands busy for hours. We would for sure stay again.

Perfect for a long weekend full of laughs, chaos and good friends. We used every square inch of the property and I love the upgrades, updates and floorplan. Very creative use of space. My only hesitation is that it is not conducive for six adult families. One of the bedrooms accounts for 10 people sleeping in it.

The older crowd were very thankful for the elevator to go up and down in throughout the house. The beach is such a quick walk from the house. The pool was such an added bonus for the kids to entertain themselves with. The only recommendation I have is the need for more towels and blankets. We look forward to renting this place again!

Great Beach House!!

There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widow’s walk (crow’s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Group Vacation

5 Calle Traviesa was a super location for our multi generational family vacation. The walk to the beach was short with easy access. It was extremely helpful to have the elevator in the house to lug luggage, groceries, and people to all levels of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to have some outside covered areas to sit while it rained. The family room area could use new couches ( not in great shape and not comfortable). TVs were in every bedroom but the only ones that worked were the family room and one bedroom (bedroom only got about 5 channels). There were lightbulbs that needed to be replaced( especially downstairs elevator area- was pitch black with outside door and elevator door closed…I should have called and had that that replaced). We appreciated the easy check in ( not having to come by office was terrific). Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and my family would happily stay here again.

Nice Property...overall I give it a 4 Stars.

Property in good condition...some light bulbs needed to be replaced and some furniture in living area needs to be replaced or recovered, all beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of dishes, sitting area, towels and kitchen well stock with everything you need. Beautiful home.

This home had everything it advertised for a large family plus close proximity to the ocean. The property was very clean and the kitchen extremely well supplied with cooking utensils and numerous cooking pans. The extra cubbies were a great sleeping area for our little ones. The pool was a refreshing break in the afternoon and evenings.Paradise Beach Homes is a terrific company to work with. We’ve used them on all of our visit and have been extremely pleased with their service.

Family get away vacation

The house had excellent sleeping accommodations The kitchen was big enough for our family. However, the elevator caused daily problems for my 94 year old father who is confined to a wheelchair.

Island Time is an amazing home and the pool is a great addition. We're glad you all had a great stay. We are sorry to hear about the elevator giving you problems though. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. If we had known there was an issue with the elevator we would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the property to repair that for you. We hope you'll come stay with us again very soon. Beach trip June 21

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Multi family vacation. Awesome house and location. Quick walk to beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Ice maker very convenient. Pool was awesome. Could have used some outdoor chairs and furniture on decks as there was no where to sit on any of the decks. Also could have used more poolside chairs too. Overall great house I would rent again.
