Ce condo confortable de 3 chambres à la base de Snow King Mountain offre une vue imprenable sur les Tetons. L'unité comprend plusieurs couchages, une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et un coin repas séparé, un grand salon et un ascenseur. Deux balcons privés spacieux à chaque extrémité de l'unité offrent une vue magnifique. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans toutes les chambres et dans le salon, et deux places de parking couvertes.

Vous adorerez l'emplacement du Grand View 5020 pour un accès facile et pratique au vélo et à la randonnée à Snow King Mountain. Cozy Winter Getaway

Beautiful view, cozy atmosphere and lovely furnishings. Roomy and comfortable - we so appreciated the jazz music and fireplaces lit upon arrival. Will definitely be back!

Quick trip to Jackson Hole

This was a great condo. Very spacious, well equipped and great location. Check in process was so easy and we had no problems or issues with the reservation. We could walk into Jackson and it close to several attractions.

Our stay was just perfect! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Location was within a short walk to Snow King activities and a short drive to town. We will be back!!

Fantastic Condo

Condo was clean, and well appointed. Was an easy walk to town (15 mins) and close to all area attractions (20-40 mins to various Teton trail heads and 1 hour to Yellowstone). We had 5 people in the condo and it was very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Our VRBO was more than I expected. Attached parking. (Awesome) well stocked unit. Access to our planned day trips was helpful. The appliances were just what we needed. Beds comfortable!!!! Very clean and quiet surroundings encased in the beautiful mountain range

Large space

Disappointed to find that there were not the typical basics that you find in a house/condo rental. Not even salt and pepper, or coffee filters that fit the coffee pot. Other than that the condo was roomy and clean.

These absolutely should have been provided and we apologize for the oversight on our part! Occasionally guests accidentally throw these items out or take them with them, but our team should have caught that. They would not let us in 45 minutes early as they said it wasn't inspected. We watch the inspector drive away at 3:15. We had to wait for the automated text at 4:03

Hi Patricia, Thank you for providing us with feedback regarding your recent stay at Grand View 5020. We are so sorry for the issues that prevented you from having a 5-star stay. We completely understand your frustration. You are correct that the unit-ready text message you received is automated. Our system sends these messages every hour on the hour, so, when a unit is ready for check-in between 3 PM and 4 PM, the text will send at 4 PM. We acknowledge that this is an unfortunate software limitation and we are truly sorry for the unwelcome start to your vacation. Reviewing our records, we see that you called at 12 PM regarding an early check-in and our teams had not finished preparing the unit. You are correct that the home was ready at 3:20 PM and we regret that we did not personally follow up to inform you of this. While we would have been happy to assist you with early access had we been made aware that you were waiting outside of the home, we acknowledge that we fell short in our communications and follow-through and we are truly sorry for this. We hope that despite this issue, you were able to enjoy your time in Jackson overall. Please let us know if you ever return to the area. Long Ski Weekend

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was also well equipped with all the things that are nice to have when renting a home. There were a couple of issues that should be addresses. One is that the heat in the second bedroom does not shut off during the night. We needed to keep the windows open in order to regulate the temperature. And the TVs were extremely difficult to use. Even when following the written directions we couldn’t get them to work. Even with those issues I would stay there again. It was so beautiful.

Stay in Jackson

What a beautiful property. We had a great time in Jackson, visiting the Grand Teton and Yellowstone. The condo was very clean and new looking. The management company was also excellent in their quick responses and communication. Overall i would highly recommend this property when staying in Jackson.

Love ridge condo at snow king

Nice place, great view. They gave me the wrong door code but figured it out. the A/C did not work at first because the outside breakers were off but we fixed it shortly. I’d stay there again.

Super Nice & Comfortable

This place was super nice and cozy, well appointed and exactly as pictured. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It had all of the amenities that we needed and never had any issues with the hot water! It is located not far from everything that you want to go visit…the town, restaurants, grocery store and both ski mountains. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jackson Hole. Thank you!!

Everything you need and spacious

We had a good stay in this condo. Two washing machines and plenty of space. Beds and pillows were comfy, and very clean. If had to find fault- not south facing- so a little dark in the winter, and a little too cookie cutter in decorations - clearly set up as an investment property- not someone’s home. The property managers take a little while to answer questions and requests.

Hi Colleen, We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Grand View 5020! We are terribly sorry to hear that you felt our response time was not fast enough, however. We take this feedback very seriously, as we pride ourselves on our customer service and speedy response time, so we looked into our team's communication with your group. It appears as if we returned your only call to the office within 5 minutes of missing it, and in terms of email and VRBO communication, all responses were very quick, with the exception of your late checkout request message that came in at 9PM. We do have an on-call after hours team to respond to emergencies, but any late checkout requests need to be coordinated with our housekeeping manager, who does not work overnight hours, which is why we could not answer until we got a hold of her. Our team member did respond at 6:51AM the following morning, however, well before our standard opening hour of 9AM. We also have an email from you asking about the dishwasher, but 15 minutes later you replied saying to disregard, before a team member could assist. We sincerely apologize that you didn't feel our team's responsiveness was top notch - there are some challenges associated with not being onsite as we would in a hotel, but we always want our guests to feel well taken care of. We hope to have the opportunity to show you our five star level of service if you ever return to Jackson Hole! Sincerely, The Outpost Crew

Beautiful spacious unit in gorgeous complex/setting

Very clean and well appointed, spacious condo. Fit our needs perfectly with a split floorplan and plenty of bedroom space. Unit was fully stocked for our vacation. Plenty of paper towel and toilet paper in cabinets. Washer and dryer were very welcome as we had some heavy hiking action a couple of days. Will definitely be staying here again. Host was fantastic and very responsive. Very easy check in and check out. Extremely happy with our experience.
