Villa MaryJane est un tout nouvel ajout au répertoire TC Villas. Récemment rénovée, cette villa de 4 chambres en bord de mer présente un design accueillant et moderne - construite sur la magnifique rive nord de Providenciales, aux îles Turques et Caïques. La seule villa en bord de mer dans les villas exclusives du quartier Blue Mountain, MaryJane offre à ses clients leur propre petit coin de paradis. L'élégant salon à aire ouverte de la villa joue à merveille avec le paradis tropical immersif qui l'entoure. De nombreux sièges intérieurs et extérieurs, y compris une véranda donnant sur l'océan avec une petite plage de poche, créent le décor d'une expérience relaxante.

La Villa MaryJane est située à 30 pieds au-dessus du niveau de la mer, offrant une vue idyllique sur ses environs. La terrasse de la piscine offre beaucoup de zones ensoleillées et ombragées et dispose d'une piscine à débordement accueillante avec des vues élevées spectaculaires. Le wifi est disponible partout, y compris sur la véranda avec vue sur l'océan.

L'électricité est mesurée afin de décourager l'utilisation avec les portes et fenêtres ouvertes, éliminant ainsi la nécessité d'un taux de location plus élevé pour couvrir les déchets électriques. Vous recevez les premiers 450 $ par semaine d'électricité sans frais, au-delà de cela, vous serez facturé des coûts réels pour la consommation d'énergie.
La petite plage de poche est parfois couverte par la marée haute entrante. Dès que la marée se retire, le sable blanc et doux se révèle à nouveau.

Excellent house and location

The layout and location of the house was great. Plenty of room and great amenities. Wish the hot tub heater woked it was broken all but 1 day we were there. They could also heat the pool in winter as it was pretty cold.

TC Villas, During our stay at the Mary Jane Villa, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of comfort and luxury it provided. The spacious and well-appointed villa allowed our group to unwind and relax by the inviting pool. Beautiful villa

We had 4 couples stay at Mary Jane Villa the last week of January 2024. The villa appears very new and clean. The views were incredible. The outdoor sitting area, pool and grill were fantastic and we spent a lot of time outside. All 4 bedrooms were comfortable with in-suite bathrooms and king beds.Mary Jane provided a cleaning service every other day which was a nice touch.and the villa was well equipped. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel to the T&C.

Breathtaking Views

Booked Villa Mary Jane for a relaxing Labor Day weekend and it did not disappoint. The views were spectacular and the villa was immaculate. We never got to swim in the ocean as the small private beach never revealed itself due to high tide and very rough water but we enjoyed sitting above it.

Even better than the photos!

We had a great time at Villa Mary Jane. The property is large and roomy, stunning ocean views, and direct access to the ocean. We also had wonderful ocean breezes (we were there late winter/early spring). The property managers were quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. We got help getting kayaks and arranging a chef to cook dinner for us one evening. The property is also kept very clean and tidy. The location makes it easy to get around and get to anywhere else on the island. We had such a great visit!

Turks & Caicos Seaside Villa

The MaryJane villa is a spacious and luxurious property right on Grace Bay. This was a family vacation - everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The villa is large and well-appointed, with 4 ensuite bedrooms, which include two primary suites. The highlight of the property is the amazing view of the infinity pool overlooking the water. We spent much of our time on the spacious outdoor deck-the property also has its own small beach so you have access to the water. The pool is not heated, but there is a hot tub alongside the pool, which we used every night. We also hired a chef to come in and cook dinner for us-the kitchen had all the equipment we needed, plus an outdoor grill. It is a short drive to the town of Grace Bay, so there is easy access to several restaurants and shops. They have started construction on additional villas in the area, but the owner was very upfront about this and offered us several options. The communication was excellent. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Family time

The house is moden, beautiful and private. There was plenty of room for my family of 8. The pictures are accurate! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. We snorkled every day out of the little private beach. Location is great.

Tremendous Time In Turks $ Caicos!

We had an outstanding week at the Villa! Great location and beautiful house with everything you need. It was 5 minutes to Turtle Cove for great restaurants there and 15 minutes to Grace Bay where there are several more great places to eat. Grace Bay is awesome for a nice walk , food & drink. Just be aware that everything you buy for food and alcohol is twice as much as it is in the states, but all the restaurants are great and you willl have a great vacation there. We highly recommend the Villa Mary Jane! 5 Star and more.

We stayed here with a group of friends and its fantastic. Beautiful house that is very well kept. All bedrooms are nice and the outdoor spaces are great. Would definately recommend and revisit.

Fantastic stay at Villa Mary Jane

The beauty and location of this property is actually understated in the listing. It’s a well appointed and spacious villa with a breathtaking view. The pocket beach was small but beautiful, and we found vibrant snorkeling right in front of the villa. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The kitchen was equipped beyond expectations, and the outdoor cooking area and house-wide sound system were great. We visited with a group of four couples and found all four bedrooms to be spacious and private. The sunrises are amazing! We will certainly be back.

Amazing place. The house is spectacular.

Having four separate rooms you can retreat to is nice. The common room with the big nice kitchen makes the house perfect for a large family gathering. The pool is the show stopper with the amazing view. The pool deck is spacious with covered and uncovered areas. We snorkeled from the house almost every day as well. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. I would highly recommend staying at this property

Stunning views!

The location was perfect. It was not too far from beautiful Grace Bay Beach, close to several good grocery stores and also a very good fresh seafood market. The views from most of the property are unbelievable. Unfortunately two of the bedrooms have no view at all and were a little dark. It was very hot up on Blue Mountain and when there was no breeze, the heat and bugs were intolerable. The house opens up all along the back to the outdoor living space, the pool and the ocean, so it can get really hot in there. We did not close up and run the air to keep the heat and bugs out because we wanted to get the whole experience and when we got there we were told that we had a $400 allowance for air conditioning and if we went over it we would have to pay per kilowatt. Also, it had to be turned off after 8 hours for at least 2 hours because of the system. So, we only ran it in our bedrooms at night from the time we went to bed and turned it off right when we woke up. Without it, we would not have been able to sleep. The linens were nice, beds were comfortable and the house had basically everything we needed to cook dinners, take beach adventures and enjoy the outdoor areas comfortably. All in all we had a great time and really enjoyed our week at Villa Mary Jane.
