River Dance est situé dans la subdivision de Heartstone, toujours populaire, et offre un accès à la rivière dans deux parcs de la subdivision. Conçu pour une vie spacieuse à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, River Dance est idéal pour recevoir jusqu'à douze invités. Il y a une arrière-cour herbeuse à l'extérieur avec un grand porche couvert, une piscine privée et un patio avec un anneau de feu de roche et un coin salon. La maison dispose de quatre chambres et de trois salles de bains, toutes joliment décorées.

A long needed vacation.

We had such a great time. The house was clean and the location was great. The only thing I'd had liked to have was wifi and working cable but it wasn't a deal breaker. We will be back.

The property was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The pool is a plus, especially if the river is low. Access to the river is close. We do still rent a golf cart to get our stuff to and from the river.

A great bonus was that each bedroom had a restroom. The river access was not too far from the house but the river was low in this area. We did find a great spot a short drive from the house.

Will certainly stay here again! Only on suggestion to upgrade the mattresses to something little more comfortable. Everyone was so helpful.

River Dance in Concan

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was unable to stay due to a surgery but my four brothers were able to enjoy the weekend there. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Check in went seamlessly,the manager provided good friendly customer service. It is just steps away from the river and in a very beautiful and quiet area. My brothers enjoyed the fire pit Saturday night. Positive recommendations for this property to friends and relatives for groups of up to 10 people. The price was in line for the area but wish it was more reasonable(don't we all). I am not sure what restaurant they went to but it was good but due the time of the year, the only one open. They did go down to the river which they said was kinda low right now but still flowing.

Amazing Getaway

Great location close to the river and in a perfect neighborhood. The house is very well kept up with and has a great view with huge windows that over look the back yard and hill country. Can’t wait to stay again next year.

While we did experience an issue with the air conditioner not cooling, the manager on duty was very prompt in addressing our concern and had a repairman there the next morning. Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in the hill country! The home was the perfect size for our extended family. The house was very clean, and the swimming pool was a great bonus! The staff were very helpful. We did have a few issues arise. The coffee pot didn’t work, but someone dropped off a new one right away. The dryer wouldn’t get hot to dry the clothes, but we were able to use a dryer a few houses down from our rental. I would also note that the oven did not work. The cooktop & broiler worked, but not the oven part. There is also a grill. There is a very strong septic smell when you run the shower in the bathroom closest to the laundry room. Overall, the house was great! You have 2 river access points inside the gated community within walking distance. There is a convenience store close by. Great Location! A few extra things you will need to bring: beach towels, extra washcloths, kitchen washcloths & pot holders.
