The houseboat was super cute and clean. Our host was very responsive and kind. The location was perfect with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It was a perfect stay!
Everything was as advertised. Check-in was easy. The houseboat was clean. comfortable and well-appointed. The downtown area, with its many eateries, bars and shops, was a short walk. The drive to Pensacola Beach across the long bridge was relatively quick with a beautiful view of the bay. All guests couldn't be more pleased with the experience at Seville Harbor Marina.
We really enjoyed staying in this boat house. It was very clean and we were able to park our boat right next to it. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Two restaurants are on site- Fish House and Atlas Oyster Bar. Both were great. We planned our trip with boating in mind. We trailered our 20â boat to Pensacola and unloaded it at the Mahogany Mill boat ramp. Itâs a free boat ramp 10 minutes away and pretty nice. It has a wash down hose on site. We parked our SUV and boat trailer there for most of our stay. The house boat owners will allow you to park your boat trailer at the marina for the first or last night of your stay, but any longer and they ask you to store it at their off site storage facility nearby. Since we were only there three nights, we chanced it and left our suv/trailer at the boat ramp and either walked or took our boat. We loaded our luggage onto the boat before splashing it so it was easy to transfer to the house. On our last day, we loaded the boat and took it over to the marina. They allowed me to wash and flush the boat at the end of the cul-de-sac by the marina office and then park it in the back of the adjacent gravel lot. They have dock carts you can use to ferry your luggage from the parking lot if need be. It is 100 yard walk from the entrance gate to the unit. To us it wasnât a big deal, but Iâd recommend checking the weather and bring a rain jacket so you donât get soaked walking to the unit. For boating, this place is ideal.
Everything work except the air mounted on the wall above the television, but there was a unit in the window worked fine. I would stay here again, the only problem which was small was people keeping the carts at their locations on the docks, but we managed and it was still a good stay,
Amazing place to stay and bring your boat! This is our 4th year to vacation here and itâs always the best! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. The houseboat is always clean and has everything we need! Thank you guys so much for always taking such good care of us! See yâall next year!
Perfect property for our boating vacation. Convenient to local attractions by water or land. Boat slip and trailer storage was definitely a plus. House boat was very clean, well maintained and furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very quick to address issues and/or questions. We plan to return in the future.
A Perfect Boathouse Getaway! Need I say more, our host Jo Dee was incredible. I never encountered someone so responsive to questions and guidance as we prepared for our trip. You send her a message, and she literally responds in minutes. This trip was 10 months in the making. We had a group of friends staying in 3 of the boathouses. We drove our boats through the Gulf of America from Bay St. Louis, MS to the marina in Pensacola to see the Blue Angels Airshow. The boat ride was such a great experience, and then we arrived at the boathouse. The stay just kept getting better and better. Our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. Not to mention you dock your boat on a floating dock right in front and steps from your front door. The little touches made a big impression. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket full of goodies and snacks along with information about the marina and the area. The porch was our favorite spot, ideal for sipping coffee, enjoying the sunrise or sipping on your favorite cocktail, or a glass of wine in the evening soaking in the sunset. The restaurants on the property are also fabulous and a must. Thank you, Jo Dee, for a magical stay and we look forward to next year for the airshow.
This was the perfect find as we wanted a house and a boat slip. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The bedroom AC worked like a dream but the main living room AC struggled to keep the place cool. It was full Florida summer, so it was crazy hot outside. We kept all curtains closed and this helped. Great communication from the management company regarding storage of our trailer and in general. The Fish House located at the dock is very good and we had dinner there on 2 nights. We walked into town for the monthly Friday night art walk. We brought our own boat which we docked right next to the boathouse. Although the weather was squally we managed to go deep sea fishing on one day and then stayed in the intra coastal for the rest of our boating time. We had a wonderful time, from start to finish. We were celebrating all our July birthdays and the management company left us a cake and gift card which was a very nice touch. Thank you for a lovely stay. We enjoyed our time in Pensacola!
We loved our stay here! Itâs such a fun, unique experience. We had some rainy days and still enjoyed being on the water rather than just having a wasted beach day. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, we saw large fish, crabs and even a dolphin right under our house! Close walk to downtown shopping and food and right by the bridge to drive to the beach. Iâd love to stay again!
Our family of 5 stayed for 7 days. The accommodations were nice and clean. AC worked great (June in Pensacola!). What an amazing place to stay, on the water. We took out 22' boat for a quick getaway to the beach and fish.
Unique, clean, safe, fun, slept like a baby, relaxing, convenient!Only complaint were the gnats inside the unit. Not that there were that many but the ones that were liked getting in our food.
This was our third stay. Marina staff is always very helpful. Launch ramp is about a mile away if you bring your boat. We fished for three days and the best fishing was off the front porch of the houseboat!Downtown Pensacola is a short walk with many restaurant options. This is a great place to enjoy the water and local life.Highly recommended!
My mom and I rented this house as the "luxury" part of our 2 week trip, as its outside of our normal budget. It did not disappoint. The instructions to get in were very clear, and despite a complete downpour upon our arrival, the house was well prepared to help us dry ourselves out and regroup. The kitchen/bathroom/laundry are well stocked for use. The house was very clean, the instructions clear on what to do when exiting. The living room is a perfect space for relaxong, and the porch would've been better utilized had there not been severe thunderstorms during our stay. We were still able to watch some fishes in the quiet moments, enjoy a race and parade on the road from our harbor vantage point and say hello to the blue heron as we entered and exited our temporary home. We enjoyed this being the lovely end to our long trip. Would've been great to enjoy a little longer. I would highly recommend.
