Dock Holiday, the latest addition to our "fleet" of 4. is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing east). This one-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (queen bed + queen sofa sleeper), full bath (shower only), and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, the bar/counter and dining table provide plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the bay, or a glass of wine at the end of your day.
You are a short walk away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Take in many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).
Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.
Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.
Of the four, Dock Holiday has the best view of the bay from the marina and with that comes the most exposure to some swaying with an east wind. For some, it will gently rock you to sleep and for others, plan accordingly.
Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout).

Loved our houseboat at the end of the dock. Very peaceful and relaxing. Another benefit is the location is within easy walking distance to downtown Pensacola and the many restaurants. Hope to be back next year.

Absolutely FABULOUS stay. Houseboat 4 has the best location in the marina with views of the water and bay. Privacy too as it's at the very end of the dock walkway. Clean, comfortable and modern. Stacy made our check-in perfect and made us feel very welcomed. We brought our 19ft boat and docked right across the front porch. Easy access in and out of the marina. Fantastic sunrise facing east.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this houseboat! The views were stunning and so peaceful waking up on the water felt like a dream. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a true home away from home.We especially loved the serene atmosphere at Seville Marina and the unique experience of staying right on the water. One of the highlights was fishing right off the dock and even catching rainbow trout such a fun and memorable surprise!It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We’re so grateful for the memories made here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!

Never stayed on the water before in a house boat. This house was perfect in every way and you wouldn't have known you were on the water. Host was very responsive and the amenities were great. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Would 100% stay again

So enjoyed all the perks of the houseboat. Relaxing! The place is beautiful at first until you see the couch. A big let down. Worn out and looks terrible. I was embarrassed for my company to see it and sit on. When we checked out for payment 175.00 was not disclosed until we paid for it. For that will not recommend.

Everything was perfect! You won’t find a better place to stay in the downtown area. It’s exceptionally clean, very safe, and everything is better than advertised. There is a well known restaurant adjacent to the marina and the shops and restaurants on Palafox are within walking distance. The Blue Wahoo ballpark is within walking distance, as well. The manager/ hostess JoDee is always available and responsive. There are no issues. There is a great view from the boathouse and shade in the afternoon. It doesn’t get any better than this!
