Comfortable, tidy home in Indy

We rented a lively home in a quiet neighborhood in north Indy. Near to fairgrounds (10-15 min drive). Near plenty of nice restaurants. The home was spacious and had every necessary amenity. The rooms were tidy and very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. We enjoyed our stay! And our hosts were quick to respond when we needed them! We will rent this home again, if we can! It was perfect for my large family! (2 adults, 5 kids, and my mom).

Clean and loved the stocked kitchen. We had a nice Thanksgiving at this home. Extra blankets for colder guests and fans for warmer guests was really nice. Thank you!

Nice neighborhood

This house was very clean with comfortable beds in a nice neighborhood. We stayed here while attending Taylor Swift's Eras Tour and it was perfect for our needs.

Perfect stay

This property is very well maintained and the perfect location. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and it was convenient to downtown. I also appreciate that they did. It price gouge with the concert in town!

Great place for a visit to Indy

The house is wonderful, well-equipped, easily accessible, and in a quiet neighborhood. The property managers were quick to respond when we had questions. We had a wonderful stay and would return.

Family weekend trip to see the Total Solar Eclipse

Great location in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to be our home base while we were in town for the Solar Eclipse. Basic amenities were available, including kitchen equipment, coffee filters, laundry detergent, towels and linens. The couches were comfy and there was enough space for 5 adults and 2 kiddos to mingle throughout the house. The hosts had clear instructions on check in and check out, and were responsive with any questions we had.

Home away from home. We had an amazing stay. If you’re looking for a place that has everything you need this is the place. The beds are so comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place.

Spacious get away

My family and i rented this home for new years 2024 and everyone had a great weekend. The home was just as described, it was spacious and allowed everyone to be together without being on top of each other. I will say that the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, a crockpot and seasonings, where some of the homes that we have rented had the bare minimum so this was a nice touch. The bedrooms were also a nice size. We would stay there again.

Christmas vacation back home in Indy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was clean, cozy and well stocked. Our family had plenty of space to rest and relax. Carlotta was very responsive and attentive. Was very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra day! We felt very at home celebrating Christmas away from home! We will definitely stay again when we come back!!!!

Nice, but could be better

My husband and I stayed with another couple for 2 nights while attending the NHRA drag races (about 30 min away). The house is pretty nice. Not the best, but FAR from the worst. I agree with others regarding the temperatures upstairs being too hot. We had to put the air on 62 to get the upstairs to be comfortable for sleeping. The beds aren't comfy, but did the job for 2 nights. The house wasn't spotless, but also wasn't gross...just dusty floors mainly. I would suggest putting towels in the bathrooms. I missed the note about them being in the hall and found out the hard way when I got out of the shower soaking wet - haha! Enough coffee for the first morning would be a great extra touch too. When we arrived, the code we were given didn't work. I understand mistakes are made (numbers were mixed up), but I called the owner 3x, texted & messaged through the app with no response. I had to call through the VRBO rep to reach the owners. Overall, the response time wasn't awful, but it was hot and we were all ready to be in the house so the delay was inconvenient. If my calls or texts were answered right away, it would have been a non-issue altogether. We felt safe in the area and absolutely LOVED having the garage to park our motorcycles in! Plenty of dishes, towels, & space. I would stay in this house again if I had an event in Indy and had a group staying together.

Beautiful, clean and spacious

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home, and will definitely book again if in the area. The rooms were spacious, everything was immaculate, comfortable and in great condition. It is a very pretty home. Quiet and nice neighborhood; very close to a grocery store and easy to get to large thoroughfares. Thank you!

Clean, plenty of dishes, warm in second floor

The house was very clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of dishes and silverware and a nice coffeemaker and stove. Beds were comfy. My only complaint was that the AC was not balanced. It was much warmer on floor 2 than floor 1. It got a little better after day 1, but did not fully resolve. We reported the problem but no one came out to try to resolve. We ran a box fan and pointed it up the steps to try to circulate air.
