Upon arrival at the resort, the front desk will welcome you and provide an electronic key and all the instructions needed for your stay.
Credit card & ID must match the name on reservations or accompanying guest to check-in.
No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be released immediately upon checkout and may take 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank. -
