The house was nice. Clean. Beds were comfortable. The host was responsive. The jacuzzi was nice and heated very quickly and was easy to figure out. For our group it would have been nice to have a better hang out area. There’s a pool table right off of the kitchen with couches on either side but you wouldn’t sit there unless people are playing pool. But then if everyone is sitting there you’re in the way of the game. Then the sectional couch area is far from the kitchen and a bit removed so hanging there isn’t as central. The outdoor table situation was great and we had great weather. The house didn’t come with any silly rules that made you feel like you were going to be in trouble for hvaung a good time, so that was nice. We had a chef come over one night to make us dinner and the kitchen worked well for him. Some details that were missed were: soap but no sponge to clean dishes, no laundry detergent, only 2 dishwasher pods for the 4 days we were there. No conditioner. No hair dryer. No lotion. No extra roll of paper towels. I would have expected these details from a house at this price. It left me driving to the store several times which wasn’t a huge deal as the store is super close. Oh and lights didn’t work in the master bedroom even after we had them come over to switch a couple breakers on. Overall we had a great time but it would have been nice not to have to deal with some of these things.

We enjoyed our stay here. Place was really comfy for our group and we had a great time. Owner was very responsive to requests and I would recommend it to anyone exploring Palm Springs.

Great Palm Springs Getaway

From booking to check out, Karo had the best communication of any host I’ve ever had. He quickly responded to help us through the check in process and the only minor issue we had. The property was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Perfect for our bachelorette getaway!

Great stay, great location!

Place is actually bigger than the pictures would seem! Perfect for a group setting and really close to the downtown area (Uber is just like 5 mins away from the night life). Karo is a fabulous host with great communication. Check-in is a breeze, check-out even easier. Would totally recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Palm Springs.

Karo is a great host. Responsive, communicative, and gave us all the info we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. House was clean and comfortable, and exactly as described. Be mindful of the noise regulations, but they weren’t an issue for our group.

Palm spring stay

This property is very nice and clean. The only problem was the beds underneath the double beds had no room to open up in the small bedroom and you can't use the futon in the room with the king bed, its not comfortable to sleep on but the rest of it was great.

Really nice stay for our group of 7. Fun with the pool table, ping pong, and of course the pool and hot tub. Outdoor kitchen and dining were awesome. Excellent communication with owner. Simple check out process very much appreciated.

A nice stay

We had a great time, and the house was clean and well-furnished. Check-out instructions were simple and easy to follow. One surprise we ran into was that in the two bedrooms with four beds, the two twin beds are roll-out trundle beds, with mattresses that are much more flimsy/uncomfortable than the larger beds.

Large home perfect for big group

This house was perfect for our large group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and it did not feel crowded. Backyard is a dream. We went in January so didn't get to enjoy the pool but definitely got plenty of use out of the hot tub! Karo was very responsive when something came up. I'd stay again.

Wonderful home and host

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean and spacious. Great backyard environment. Open spaces for large group to interact and enjoy each other’s company. Home was located close to stores and a quick Uber ride to restaurants and bars. Host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice vacation spot.

So much to do!

The entire outside of the property was abundant fun! Beautiful pool, hot tub, lights in the evening, ping pong, firepit and enormous cooking kitchen. We used all of it IMMEDIATELY! Plenty of space so that no one got in anyone's way. Nearby to grocery store and went on a great hike only minutes away.

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything we needed and more for ourselves, four grown children, and three grandchildren plus we brought our dog. The home was very warm and inviting! Beds and furniture were comfortable and we felt at home instantly! The kitchen had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving week! Our grandchildren played in the front yard everyday and the salt water pool and spa were perfect! We highly recommend this home for your Palm Springs vacation!

Lovely stay for baby shower

Had a great weekend celebrating at this wonderful house. The Pool area is lovely, well shaded after 4:30. I took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen. I will note that several of the ‘high occupancy’ rooms are Very crowded with the trundles pulled out, walk to wall people. Technically you can fit a bunch of people, but ~14 is the maximum if you’d like your adult guests to be comfortable

We booked this home to celebrate a bachelorette for my friend. The home is super spacious and clean. The home is equipped with more than enough utensils, dishware, and cookware. The whole area lost power on our second night due to the rain and flood in Palm Springs. We lost power from 2:30pm until 6:30pm. We had to use our phone flashlights to cook our dinner in the dark, and we ate outside in the patio with our flashlights. The host was super responsive to this matter and he sent flashlights and candles with Instacart. Although the power came back on when it was delivered, we were very appreciative that he made the quick and kind gesture to take care of us. The home is beautiful and the Jacuzzi is amazing in this weather! We really enjoyed our stay and the power outage is going to be a huge memory for us for this trip. Thank you for being an amazing host!

The house is gorgeous. Checking in was confusing - the welcome email never came and I had to reach out to the manager to get in. Good part: they were VERY responsive, so that made it better. We had 12 women in the house and one of the showers wasn’t functional -plus there weren’t enough towels. BUT - once I escalated the problems, the owner had someone out for both problems same-day. Bummer that we had all showered and gone out before it was all fixed. Overall, the house was great and the owners were SUPER responsive. Wishing they took account of the number of people, towels, and that we didn't require maintenance in the middle of our weekend.

Nice place close to downtown Palm Springs

Karo is an excellent host! Very responsive and polite. The house was very clean, except some of the bedsheets were stained. We ran out of trash bags too. Two of the rooms did not have working power outlets, which was inconvenient. However, the backyard is amazing! We ate by the outdoor kitchen for several meals. It was too windy at night to use the ping pong table. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the floaties provided in the garage. The adults really enjoyed the air conditioning. Everyone tease use of the pool table (the tips of the sticks need to be replaced). Thank you for a fun weekend!

Clean, nice house

Probably the cleanest house rental I've stayed at. The backyard is nice, has a lime tree, and gets shade in the afternoon, which is a luxury in Palm Springs. Well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking equipment.
