3rd year staying in one of the homes on the property. Great area, amazing homes. You truly feel like you are on a grand vacation. Cleaning was a bit of an issue when we got there, but overall the house is great.

The property is pet friendly. A pet fee is assessed for each pet. I would recommend this property as it is near the beach and grocery store.

The house was very close to the beach. It definitely needed to be cleaned. Our feet were black after going barefoot for a short time. The beds were very comfortable. The ceiling in the Jack and Jill bathroom was leaking. The outside shower is broken. Tracking sand inside constantly. The house needs some updating..

Family vacation

Great experience! It was so close to the beach and the private access was amazing! Only thing that could be improved upon was the seating for meals. Not many options for a house that can sleep as many people as it does.

Awesome

My family & I truly enjoyed our stay at St. Tropez. The property & neighborhood were both extremely gorgeous. The home's beautiful in person were just as the photos online. The process of book & communications prior to arrival was extremely professional. Would definitely rent again if traveling to Miramar, Fl.

Very Nice Place

listing says 4 baths and there are really 31/2 and bunk bed room does not have a door. Otherwise nice and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to Wynn Dixie and Oyster Bar was good.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Vrbo's website does state 4 bathrooms which it does have and then breaks it down underneath that as three full and one half bath. We just want to clarify for future renters in case there are any questions. We hope you stay with us again!

Family Vacation

Location, location, location. This property was within walking distance to the beach and the property swimming pool. It was also close to Winn Dixie and the outlet mall. We loved the location. The house was ideal for our family to f 12. It was a little outdated and needed some minor work but it is a rental property. The pool was a nice size but had some weeds around it that should have been taken care of by the HOA.

Perfect for Thanksgiving multi-gen, family of 7 Weekend

Great location in a quiet gated community that provides beach access via with a short walk across the street. The home was perfect for our family that included our three adult daughters and two grandchildren. The walk-in closet was a perfect place to set up the baby crib providing a quiet place for naps. The main level balcony was large enough for us all to sit and enjoy the breeze . We stayed during Thanksgiving and the large refrigerator fit everything. The kitchen had the utensils' and pots and pans we needed We would stay here again.

Our family of 12 visited for 4 nights. It was great! The kitchen is well stocked for some meals at the house. I was able to whip up a huge batch of spaghetti one night and breakfast every morning without needing anything. We made brownies one night as well. There's 2 microwaves and the coffee maker is kcup or a full pot (regular filters-it's a dual maker). There are scissors, knives, serving utensils, & many, many pots and pans to use. There are lots of plates and silverware. We bought some paper plates for easy clean up.There were enough towels for everyone. The washer and dryer are nice samsung frontloaders. Helpful tip for towels add the extra spin and put them on time dry and add mins to get them fully dry. The pool is in the middle & behind the arch at the front. Gas grill and a beach wagon on the back porch. You get 2 beach chairs & an umbrella at the beach. We added 2 more beach chairs and an umbrella on a good beach day. Well worth the additional 50. You just pay the guy at the beach. Give the guy a cash tip. Beach access: take a right out of neighborhood & cross left at crosswalk and keep going straight. Next to the Surf Hut parking lot.The rooms were really nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Be proactive with the bedrooms and cool them down with the window units and keep the bedroom doors closed a couple hours before bed. We did that and they were nice and cool. We had a great time and it was a wonderful stay! It's a beautiful house!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're thrilled your family of 12 had such a great stay and made the most of the home — from the big batch of spaghetti to brownie night, it sounds like the kitchen got put to good use. 😊 We also really appreciate you sharing such thoughtful tips for future guests, from the towel drying trick to cooling the bedrooms down ahead of time with the window units. Little details like that make a big difference, and it's clear you settled right in. It was a pleasure having you, and we'd love to welcome you and your family back anytime you're heading to the beach!

So we teuly enjoyed this home. It felt like a vacation getaway just being in this home. Very comfortable for 10 people. The location is very good. Close to everything. Not that far to walk to get to the beach. Beds were comfortable. The gost seemed nice and responded to my questions promptly. We would definitely stay at this home again. The only issues we had that we would.like to mention. First we would have liked more control of the thermostat we had several hot natured people and we couldnt cool the house down as you are only able to adjust the temp by 2 degrees either way. Mkst rental home allow you to adjust as you please. The 2nd thing was that the water temperature was only like warm it never got hot. It would be nice if the temp was turned up moreand allow the quest to adjust the temp for themselves. You had to turn the water all the way to hot to just get it to be warm. But again we truly enjoyed our stay

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay in our home! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the space, found it comfortable for your group, and appreciated the location, walkability to the beach, and responsiveness during your stay. We truly love knowing it felt like a vacation getaway for you. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the thermostat and water temperature. The thermostat is limited to a small range to help protect the system during peak seasons, but we understand that comfort preferences can vary, especially with a larger group. Your comments are noted and helpful as we continue to improve the guest experience. Regarding the water temperature, we will be checking the settings to ensure it’s operating as intended and providing a more comfortable experience for future guests. Thank you again for your stay and your honest feedback. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Overall a nice place, but a few issues

The check in and check out process was easy. They provided a few basic supplies, but you will need to buy more if you plan to stay for more than 3 days. There was black mold in the downstairs shower and the paint was mismatched around the house which was disappointing given the cost.

Great location, enjoyed the stay.

The listing and photos described the property accurately. Easy walk to the beach. Community pool / hot tub were also nice. We would stay again. We enjoyed the main floor living area because of the kitchen. Loved how the sliding glass doors really opened up the floorplan. We had to prepare several meals, so this fitted our needs perfectly and made our kids feel like home. Bed comfort was not the best. Bottom floor bathroom vanities are below avg. The 2 additional full baths and 1 half bath were excellent. Bunk bed room, the ceiling fan did not work. Overall, very minor issues. Excellent stay

Enjoyable Stay

Overall the property was nice. Location to the beach and stores was as expected and found the community pool to be very nice. We did have a lot of family staying, and while it worked, there are a few things to be aware of if a large group. Dining area is a 4 chaired table, so no big group dinners. Kitchen is not stocked with large pots, etc so making meals for a group required some planning/effort. The second floor A/C struggled at time to keep cool when cooking and people are gathered. The couple occasions we had to contact the management company went well, very responsive. (Insider tip: walk to the oyster bar next door to Winn-Dixie, nice escape with very fresh oysters)
