I booked this place because she allowed parties/events. I saw plenty of people have hosted parties there. I told her that I was having a family gathering. As the night when on, she told me the I needed to turn the volume down considerably. We had one speaker that wasnât even on at full volume, and I couldnât even hear the music upstairs or in the living room. Come to find out she was actually staying downstairs. I didnât know, and she never stated that anywhere. I ended up having everybody leave, and I cleaned up the place. I did not stay there that night. She also asked me to send her extra money, on the side, not through the site,(Zelle), because there were âtoo manyâpeople there. Nobody was actually going to be staying there except me, and only me. We werenât even very loud, if she wasnât staying downstairs, nothing wouldâve bothered her. Also, we were playing Jenga, maybe thatâs where most of the noise came from. Again, I told her this was a family gathering, she never asked exactly how many people I was expecting. I believe she came from downstairs, and also said something to my guest who was outside, quietly, and not to me herself. Thatâs unprofessional. Address me, not my guest. In reviews, she mentioned people have had baby showers, NEW YEARS EVE parties, and birthday parties. If you say those are okay, then let it be okay, or make sure you put the maximum allowable people. Also, there was a old bag of ice in the freezer, milk, bread, and a Uncovered container of old red beans and rice in the fridge, and old coffee in the pot. Also, Iâm almost positive she cleaned the house herself, so I donât understand why the cleaning fee would be so hard, it wasnât professionally cleaned, and I was never given a key, what if I had to run out.
