Clean, spacious and comfortable with just the right amenities. Close to great dining areas and DC favorite spots such as Politics and Prose bookstore, a national treasure! Host was kind and attentive.

I was traveling with my son and his best friend- 16 and 15 years old. We were on a fall break road trip throughout the northeast, and needed someplace to stay in the DC area. I booked Tianni's place just a couple days ahead, and it ended up being perfect for what we needed. It was cozy and clean and communication was quick. The area was very nice and transportation to all the major attractions was simple. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is such a cute place and it had everything we needed for our brief stay in the area. Communication was super clear and we appreciated the free parking vs hotels in the area. Highly recommend! Do be aware there are a few steps down to the entrance, not a problem for us.

Omg this was the perfect place to stay in DC. It really was beautiful the style. I was absolutely obsessed with the decor, big enough and very comfortable for my family of five easy to get into DC and love the location. It just is so cute. We’ll definitely wanna stay again. Easy parking.

I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely return on future trips to DC. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean in a nice neighborhood. Tianni is a fantastic host who definitely cares about the guest experience. Lots of little touches throughout to make your stay enjoyable. The home is close to wonderful restaurants, just a couple of blocks away. We tried four of them and also the coffee shop in the bookstore, all were outstanding. You are close to the metro for easy travel throughout the city. The host also provided great suggestions for unique things to do in the neighborhood. Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible beautiful property and very great communication with the host. The area felt very safe to walk lots of transport options. We really love the coffee pods that were available. That mattress was probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I'm seriously going to buy one now that I'm home. I truly cannot say enough good things.

This Vrbo was excellent. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants near by.The only drawback was that it said there was onsite parking but there was only street parking. We were able to park on a side street directly across from where we were staying but it was still a bit of a hassle. Overall it was great and we would absolutely stay again, and will be recommending it to family when they go down!

Thank you for the great review, Allison! Unfortunately there is only an option for hosts to select on-site or none and neither really fits our property, but saying there is no parking is definitely not it. I'll take it up with VRBO to see if there is a better option to clarify it for the future.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was comfortable and convenient. Check in and check out were easy with great host communication, the bed is comfortable and my kids reported the bunk beds were also very comfortable. Great couch for curling up and watching a movie. The apartment is nicely appointed and feels cozy, it's close to some nice shops, a CVS, and a few bus lines. Parking was easy. All of this made for a great stay!

The Den was such a perfect spot and Tianni is a wonderful host. The bed was extremely comfortable and the teens said the pull out beds were great too. Parking was readily available and close by. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Our stay was great! The rooms were very clean. There was plenty of spare pillows and blankets for all of our guests which we appreciated. The host was very responsive and very helpful with our stay. There were some great coffee shops/restaurants nearby and within walking distance that we enjoyed. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Tianni is an outstanding host--terrific communications & most accommodating. This unit is nicely furnished with excellent amenities. The only word of caution here is that this unit is in the basement of the owner's home so there is overhead noise/foot traffic. However, if that does not bother the renter, it was a very pleaseant stay, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Excellent, safe neighborhood as well. Note parking is off side street but very convenient. Thank you, Tianni!
