Cette luxueuse villa de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains comprend 1 484 pieds carrés d’espace de vie plus 215 m² de véranda qui offre une vue magnifique sur l’océan. Avec les lagons et l'océan Pacifique à notre porte et le parcours de golf de championnat Ko Olina à l'arrière, venez vivre l'une des vacances les plus mémorables de votre vie.

La chambre principale, avec son propre accès privé à la véranda, a une salle de bain complète avec grande baignoire, une douche séparée et deux lavabos. Le maître offre une intimité, car il est complètement séparé des deux chambres à coucher. Chaque chambre a 2 lits doubles et sa propre salle de bain complète.

Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine spacieux offrent beaucoup d'espace pour permettre aux clients de se détendre et de profiter. L'un des meilleurs atouts du Beach Villas est les portes en verre Lanai qui s'enfoncent dans les murs et s'ouvrent complètement pour une détente intérieure / extérieure!

Commodités à gogo! Les clients du Beach Villas ont accès à une piscine chauffée chauffée avec un bain à remous, une piscine familiale avec bains à remous et section de piscine à fond sableux, un centre de remise en forme avec sauna et hammam, des barbecues à gaz et un bar de plage. Profitez de certaines soirées avec de la musique en direct tout en regardant le coucher de soleil! Notre propriété se trouve à quelques pas de la plage!

Dans la station balnéaire de Ko Olina, vous pourrez prendre un verre et dîner dans l’un des nombreux restaurants et salons tels que Roy’s, Ama Ama, le Fish House, le Longboards Bar & Grill et le Monkeypod Kitchen. Les restaurants décontractés comprennent le Pizza Corner, les Just Tacos, les cafés, un glacier et plus encore!

La pêche, la plongée et l'observation des baleines (en saison) font partie des activités nautiques proposées dans notre port de classe mondiale, Ko Olina Harbour. Le port est une belle promenade non loin des Beach Villas. Ou vous pouvez simplement vous détendre dans le lagon ou peut-être même nager à côté de notre honu (tortue) à trois pattes que nous avons baptisée «Hop Along». Le soir, prenez un luau dans la station!

Beautiful condo. Amazing kitchen. The Beach Villas has great amenities. Love the lap pool, the lagoon pool is wonderful, large workout facility, beach is steps from the property. Tiffany was an excellent host. She met us at the property during check-in. Showed us around the property and condo. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

This is our third time at this resort. We love the location and the condos are affordable. So close to a nice calm beach and the condos are fully stocked with beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc.

Family Vacation

Great communication, very easy process! Great unit with an even greater resort. Safe area, we felt safe letting ours kids go off and explore. Lagoon area was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again already looking for when we can go back!

Graduation Celebration

Celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation and my father’s 71st birthday. The place was absolutely amazing. The only thing I wish it had was more bath towels. Small washer made it hard to keep up with 8 people. Everything else was amazing. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends

Our best VRBO experience ever!

Wow! This villa was amazing. It was better than the pictures. First let's talk about the villa itself. It was decorated beautifully. Every detail made sense. We loved the Hawaiian feel. The beds were very comfortable. It was super clean, and it had an exceptional view. We spent so much time on the lanai. Everything was in great working order. We loved having three bathrooms and lots of beds. Our host, Tiffany, was super responsive and accommodating. Now let's talk about the grounds. The pools are outstanding, especially the lagoon pool. We loved the sandy bottom area for when our 5 month old grandson visited. The beach lagoons were relaxing and worry free for us as grandparents. We practiced snorkeling there for our visit to Sharks Cove. If you get a chance, walk to Secret Beach which is just about a 10-15 minute walk away. We had dole whip several times next door at Disney's Aulani hotel, but loved that our resort was so much quieter and less crowded. We preferred the location for the resort (this was our 4th visit to Hawaii). Yes, there is a lot of traffic at certain times of the day. We just avoided driving during those times. I didn't cook as much as I intended because they have some good restaurants near by. We especially enjoyed Egg's and Things and Monkeypod. Our entire family thought our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villa's was exceptional. We were there in May for our grandson's high school graduation.

So comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were so impressed when we walked in to this unit. The doors open wide and the lanai is furnished with cushy chairs. We spent most of our time out on the deck each morning and evening. Our grandkids loved the pool and the beautiful beach. Everything about the building and the grounds is very well maintained, the people are friendly and its far enough away from Waikiki that you don't feel the crowds at all. We all enjoyed our stay.

Celebrating my daughter’s 25th birthday with family and friend! We all loved the accommodations, the description and photos we spot on! Only thing I wish was that the pool stay open a little later. Maybe 10pm/11pm, other than that it was perfect! My brother in law was already talking about returning before we left.

Beautiful home and location, great host!

Cherie is an absolute pleasure to deal with! She made the check in process seamless and was quick to respond to texts when we had questions about the area. This location is great-you can walk to the Marriott, Aulani and the four seasons and access any of their wonderful restaurants and cafes along a nice beachside stroll. Great restaurants also across the street. The pool is nice and warm and the unit is at a nice high level and well equipped (beach toys and such). Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property and Amazing Host

We stayed for a week and it was hard to say goodbye. The unit was exactly as advertised and immaculate. The amenities were absolutely wonderful from the pool to the beach to the daily fish feeding for the kids. It was never over crowded and my family and I had the time of our lives. The host, Cherie, was very responsive and reached out before and throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay with expansive, well appointed units. Having a closet of beach items and beach towels provided was a lifesaver! It's beautiful with 24 hour front desk staff if you have questions. In addition to the lagoons, there are great food options nearby, a convenience\small grocery, and some cute shops. We were there in the off season, so it was pretty quiet. It helped that the pool below the towers is a quiet pool, and the larger lagoon pool is separated by greenery so you don't hear the noise, even when there are lots of kids in it. I'd say the only drawback could be the location. The local town has any shops you'll need, but Honolulu is 20-30 minutes away, and the North Shore is at least an hour. It's only a drawback if that bothers you. Luckily for us, my partner loves to drive and didn't mind at all.

Perfect Family Time

The property was beautiful. This unit was spacious for my family of 7. We haven't had a family vacation with everyone together in years, we had an awesome time. This was a very peaceful area. The staff was very friendly. my family and I loved every minute of our stay, my son proposed to his girlfriend, I was able to spend time with my daughter, who is stationed in a nearby location. This was perfect timing for our family. My husband and I plan on visiting again probably next year.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful and in a great location. The grounds are well maintained, as was the condo we stayed in. I don't think the pictures online do it justice! The beach is closer than what I think the pictures show and I believe it's the best beach out of all the area properties. We even had seals on our beach one night. Great place, very family friendly. A couple of suggestions however - our unit needed new pillows. I also think we should be able to control the thermostat when we are paying $800 per night. At times, it got plenty warm and there were no fans (floor) to assist. However, the unit was beautifully decorated with updated appliances. As for the overally property, it would be nice if the bar was open later each night and if there was onsite food sources, even if just a vending machine for some chips, pop, etc. There is a store fairly close but when you want something quick and small for around the pool. The music at the bar was nice and really appreciated that and could hear it from our balcony. There was a dog next door that was fairly obnoxious one night with barking so didn't really appreciate that. But it was quiet between units and couldn't hear others except when on the patio. Very safe area. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there and recommend to others!

Just relax

This place was perfect. My favorite part was starting my day with a cup of coffee on the lanai and ending the day with watching the sun set on the ocean. You can hear the ocean sounds and birds singing. My 7 month old loved to nap on the lanai. It was equipped with everything needed from kitchen gadgets to beach things. The lagoon isn’t as busy as the others which made it easy to let kids run free. Tiffany made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the best experience and stay!
