Small living room/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was great, but far from ideal if you are looking to buy from the local grocery store and do your own cooking. The upstairs was great and very spacious for the kids! Too bad they couldnât spring for shampoo and conditioner and body wash for use after hiking at the parks! They did have a two-in-one soap. No closet or place to hang clothes in the master bedroom but both upstairs bedrooms had spacious closets. Only 4 chairs for the diving table. The space was well decorated but the living room was not comfortable for hanging out in the evenings since the old tv was hung so high and the couches didnât face it correctly. The best part was that the complex was in a quiet beautiful neighborhood about 15min south of Arches.
We were in the area to hike at Arches. When we booked we hadn't checked the map carefully enough so had to drive through Moab each day to get to the park. We didn't spend much time in the unit but it seemed to be well stocked. We would have appreciated a heads up about not wearing shoes in the unit at all. Hard floors after lots of miles on the trails.
This was a great condoâjust south of Moab, so easy access to all the national and state parks. Three bedrooms, comfy beds, two bathrooms and a nice living space to relax at the end of the day. Kitchen included everything you need and the parking is easy and safe. We didnât use the pool but it is nearby and looks clean and inviting. Check-in (and out) was easy and weâd come back anytime weâre in the area. Owner was available by text/e-mail or phone, if need be. Great place!
We had great experience when we arrived property wasnât clean but we called right away he sent cleaning people and gave us one night discount. Over all real good experience and service
Clean, quiet, comfortable stay about 10 minutes south of Moab. We'll stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed and within easy drive to Moab and national parks while also being quiet. Loads of fun birds to watch while enjoying am coffee on the patio or evening drinks.
My husband and I stayed for a week. The condo was perfect for us. Used the washer and dryer so we didn't have laundry on the way home. Back patio was nice to sit at in the morning before we hit the trail. Close to town but just far enough to see the stars at night. Thank you!
If you're looking for a base of operations for all of your outdoor activities than this is the perfect place. Complete with a garage which worked out perfectly for us as it provided a place to keep our dusty hiking boots, back packs and golf clubs. It's on the outskirts of Moab so you're away from the crowds but still a quick drive to restaurants, national parks etc. There's desk space if you're working or going to school remotely. We had a few questions early on and found the host to be very communicative. If we had one recommendation for the host, and this is not a ding, it would be to have all of the home information in a binder or folder for quick and easy reference. It makes it much easier than having to go back to emails.
This condo was the perfect spot to come explore Moab. I loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood, with gorgeous views. The kids loved having the pool access and it was a perfect setup for our family.
We had everything we needed here. Kent, the host, was prompt in responding to all messages. My boys dirt bike, so having a garage with parking right in front was so convenient. Loved the large washer/dryer with space to hang dry clothes. There were plenty of dishes and utensils - enough so our family of four could have 2-3 meals before having to run it. Labeled light switches were extremely helpful. I saw lots of appliances, including a crock pot and blender. But, we only used the waffle iron which was a treat. The rooms had plenty of drawer space and 2 rooms had desks which came in handy. There were 3 remotes for the TV which was confusing because only the large one was needed for power and volume (suggestion to remove the other 2). Google chromecast worked fine on the family room TV; never used the other TVs, so cannot comment on those. We enjoyed Miguelâs, Thai Bella, and Miltâs - all recommended by Kent. Only suggestions would be to add a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, provide a dish sponge for the sink, and more towel bars in the bathrooms. Would have liked more pressure in the upstairs shower, but not bad. Also, water can get really hot, so just be careful with it at its max.Overall, we loved our stay here and would be happy to return. Thank you, Kent, for opening your home to us!
Property was just as described- it was clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood- just close enough to town and Arches to be convenient, but just far enough away to be calm, quiet, and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Having access to the garage was a nice touch. We would stay here again for sure!
Great little townhome. It was clean and organized, and made for an easy vacation. It was nice to be a bit outside of town. The host was responsive and helpful. We hope to return!
Close to all the things we wanted to do and see but just enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful. Nice shady patio for an afternoon glass of wine. Communication was great and condo as described. Would stay here again next time.
Beautiful and quiet condo complex. Layout of condo was great with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super accommodating and responded to our questions immediately.
