This is a brand new development (various phases of construction have finished between Spring 2019 and Winter 2022) of townhomes that are furnished with top of the line amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Because we manage the majority of the 32 townhomes that are currently in the development, it is easy to customize the number of units that you rent to make it fit your group perfectly! Located in the center of Garden City there is a vast variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment. Within walking distance to shakes, restaurants, and entertainment. Spend a day on the lake only 2 blocks away or spend a day on the slopes at Beaver Mountain ski resort. The public pickleball courts are directly across the street. This development contains a mixture of 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes, each with 2.5 or 3 bathrooms. Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortably large living area, spacious bedrooms and plenty of beds to sleep each member of your group. The towhomes are all right next to each other, so while you'll have a little space to spread out, you will always be conveniently close to each other. There is plenty of outdoor space and grass to facilitate family picnics, yard games, or simply gathering with everyone in your group.
