Récemment rénové, studio au bord du lac. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Salle de bain luxueuse avec bain tourbillon pour deux personnes et douche double pour deux personnes. Profitez du coucher de soleil. Invitez vos amis et votre famille pour des s'mores au foyer. Venez faire un mini séjour. Sortez les kayaks ou apportez votre propre bateau. Fuyez l'agitation de la ville. Regardez le vent souffler l'eau. Dérive avec les nuages. Les clients doivent savoir que nous sommes dans le comté de Denton non constitué en société. Lorsque vous tournez sur Doe Branch Road, vous passerez devant des maisons mobiles et des voitures indésirables. Je partage cela avec vous afin que vous ne jugiez pas mes voisins. C'est extrêmement calme et sûr ici. Si vous cherchez à échapper à la jungle de béton, vous avez trouvé votre paix et votre calme ici. Great Little Place

Wife and I stayed here for the weekend and it is absolutely beautiful. Sunset over the lake is incredible and its a great little spot. Definitely will be back

Sweet little retreat

Very clean and comfy, had everything we needed including friendly owners. The walk down to the shore with the sunset and grilling food was a fun time. Highly recommend this place, be sure to be there before sunset.

Great stay

Very clean and well stocked. Beautiful bathroom and porch was extremely nice. Sitting area and table with ceiling fan and a floor fan to help with the heat and bugs. We had a weather warning while there and they were nice enough to call us to make sure we saw it.

Perfect Quiet Getaway

I was looking for a quiet peaceful place to spend a weekend with my wife for her 40th birthday. This property was perfect. The studio was very well equipped and cozy, the amenities provided are the best I've encountered in any short term rental. It's tucked just far away from the metroplex that you can easily forget where you are, but close enough to go for entertainment or necessities. We will absolutely be staying again!

Peaceful, adorable, relaxing

We loved staying in Diana's Studio! It was so peaceful and private and a relaxing way to spend the night after a busy weekend and before our flight home. The Studio is perfectly decorated, and I loved the view of the lake from the comfy bed. The bathroom spacious and perfect and the kitchen was fully stocked. Parking was easy and convenient right next door, the deck was wonderful and Diana responded so quickly whenever I sent a quick note. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Stay by the Lake

We loved our short stay at The Studio! The property was beautiful and very inviting. Everything was clean and the home had all the amenities we needed. The host was communicative and made both the check-in and check-out process easy. We enjoyed fishing by the lake, canoeing, and roasting marshmallows by the fire. Perfect peaceful getaway!

Quick little weekend getaway

My husband and I (and our sweet baby) stayed a night here to celebrate our anniversary. We loved it! We would love to come back and enjoy it more, because we really didn’t get enough time to enjoy everything. But if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to getaway, we highly recommend!

Relaxing Overnight Stay

The studio was a relaxing stay. The property was very well equipped with just about everything you could need. It's a nice quiet stay, the only issue we had was the countertop ice maker (which is a nice feature, part of the well equipped) can be...surprisingly loud when it cracks ice and kicks on the compressor if you're a light sleeper. Everything else was great, plenty of extra linens, a stocked kitchen. I wish we had more time to look around during the day but the waterfront property looked quite nice and the deck was also as well equipped with motion activated lights to help out going to and from the car at night.

We love this relaxing location on the lake. Our kid's schedules have kept us so busy it's been way too long since our last visit. We remembered how much we love coming to relax here and will definitely be back in the summer. Thanks for sharing your beautiful slice of the lake with us!

Paradise away from home!

My expectations were blown out of the water. Not only was the studio a wonderful place to stay, but so were the hosts. Both caring people, and did an amazing job preparing our stay. It felt like a paradise away from home. We’ll be back again!

Perfect Lakeside R&R

My wife and I took our dog for a three day weekend in the winter. The weather was too cold for swimming but the studio has a perfect view of the water! The size was perfect for the three of us and our dog enjoyed the spacious outdoors for walks. The studio itself has great water pressure, easy to keep the temperature comfortable in the space, a spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. Hosts were kind and understood that we’re still working on our pup’s manners.

Great get away spot!

The studio was very nice on the inside. It has updated appliances and interior decor. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed for cooking and linens. Its the perfect couples get away.

Diana is the owner of Design to go. A company that specializes in kitchen and bath remodeling. She is the mother of five incredible adult children . Married to the love of her life, Ken Garner, their passion is sharing their lake front property with others. They have two properties they share. "The Studio" and The Cottage". Both located on site but separate from their home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

In 2013 Ken and I were living in Frisco Tx. We both wanted to escape all the congestion of Frisco, TX. Too many people!! We were blessed to find this hidden gem located 10 to 20 min from everything . Located on 2 1/2 acres of mature oak trees and 235 lineal ft of sandy beach is a small slice of heaven waiting for your next staycation or get together with friends. It is our biggest delight to share it with you. We have two properties. The cottage and The studio. See you soon.
