The mattresses need to be replaced, and some of the white towels were stained. Two keys were allowed for access, but only one worked. The house was comfortable and well-suited for walking and journeys into town. The laundry facilities are good, and overall cleanliness was first-class.

Close proximity to town by walking trail, bike or car. We used the hot tub several times; it's very clean/good temperature, but the jets are pretty weak. Fantastic stay overall!

The house was very well kept. Pet friendly with enclosed fence. We had nice weather so there was plenty off outdoor space. There is one thing that renters should know. There are cameras everywhere outside. Even in the hot tub area. There is also 2 cameras inside living room, which privacy is an issue. Very uncomfortable feeling.

The house was perfect and the weather was perfect! Unfortunately our whole group got sick with 101 temperatures (including the baby. We really spent most our week in the house and it was perfect!

Location was great, house is easily accessible. We had a 91 year old with us. Kitchen has everything you could need. Could have been cleaner, sheets and bedding needs updating.

Great house in good location.

Wonderful cozy house which was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. Bedrooms were big and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking meals every evening. The lounge area was roomy and relaxing. We loved the pool table and the hot tub, great bonuses to an already super house. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs to run although the front gate was broken so we had to temporarily fix it. The property is in an ideal location very close to the coastline and a walkable distance to the town center. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Christmas vacation.

When I booked this house, I did it with stormy weather in mind. We made use of the hot tub accept during the sixty mile in hour gusts. For this reason, we chose not to use the fireplace. The pool table was a lot of fun to play. We would have walked to the beach, but the wind was blowing too hard. We were able to cook prime rib with all the fixings for Christmas Eve.The potential for tide pooling in the area will encourage me to come back and book another stay in the future.

Perfect house in a perfect place

Our first trip to Yachats in over 20 years. This is as good as VRBO gets. Lovely 3 bedroom very well decorated and appointed house with every detail well conceived and well done. Easy parking, easy covered and protected breezeway entrance, quiet side street location only 2 blocks from ocean and the marvelous extensive walking pathways of Yachats. Easy stroll along the ocean (15-20 minutes) to "downtown" Yachats which has several fine restaurants and other shops and services. Large and very functional kitchen really had everything a good chef would need including plenty of countertop and island surface for prep work. Bedrooms very comfortable, quiet and good shades. Large bathrooms, one with tub, very nice dining room with a through and through fireplace that joins the large comfortable living room. TV's in every room for those who wish them. Beautiful full sized pool table in separate front room for those who know how to play. Full size laundry with large washer and dryer and laundry sink. House looks dog friendly with some accessories tucked here and there. Lovely fenced in back yard with picnic table, large gas barbecue grill, hot tub (which we didn't use) and well maintained plantings. Nice front deck with good sun exposure. We had perfect weather this week which made it all the more enjoyable but house was well equipped with lots of books, movies, games, etc. for those potential rainy days. We will be back!
