Great house & even better location

This house is extremely clean, very bright, plenty of space and steps from the beach. It’s just far enough from the causeway for P&Q but not too far where it’s a chore to head back on land or to the southern beaches.

Spectacular vacation home

This home will blow away your imagination in regards to location to the beach restaurants and anywhere in Annamarie Island. The owner has not skimp on any expense to make the house one to remember. We will surely stay again!

Family Vacation on AMI

My family and I had the best time on this vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating. The location to the beach couldn’t have been more convenient as well as the amenities that the property offered (bikes, beach canopy, umbrella, chairs, etc)! We would love to come back.

Trendy Beach House

House was modern and roomy. Four king bedrooms with in suite baths was perfect for our family. Beach was literally a one minute walk. Only disappointment was the pool was never tested or cleaned while we were there as promised.

Beautiful, spacious, well appointed

This was our second time renting this house. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. The bulters pantry is a wonderful extra as are the wine fridge and soda fridge. Nice linens and plenty of pool towels. Kitchen is well stocked and the internet access reliable.

Beautiful House!

Really enjoyed the house. We had 4 couples and each had there own king bedroom and private bath. Had a few minor issues at check-in but they were quickly taken care of with a phone call. We were a little concerned about being on Gulf Drive but the way the house is set up it was very private. The outdoor and pool are are wonderful. Very short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house.

Sunshine & Good Times

We had booked "Surfside" but just the day before we arrived we were moved to a different location/house "Sunshine & Good Times" this was due to the clean up on Anna Maria hadn't been completed at "Surfside". The S> house had exactly the same requirements that we had originally picked out, elevator, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a pool. A beautiful property. Which all six of us enjoyed immensely.

Siblings trip

Rooms were all very spacious and clean. Had some elderly family members with walking issues and the elevator came in very handy. Spent alot of time in the hot tub and pool. Liked having bikes available to ride around the neighborhood and the trolley stop was very close. Glad there was a wagon available to bring our stuff to the beach. Beach chairs werent the best but we did make use of them. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Stunning home. Short walk to the beach

Perfect home for four families with a bonus room for their teenage girls. Enjoyed the roof top for sunsets and the pool/hot tub after the long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was such a bonus too. Girls loved riding the bikes up to Bean Point or getting Ice Cream on Pine Street. The beach access was so close and convenient. Perfect location for our senior Spring Break! The house had everything we needed as we made most of our meals. Our rental company took great care of us! Renters beware “noise complaints after 10pm” are strictly enforced at AMI.

Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our family. The layout was fantastic with each bedroom having it’s own private bath and an amazing open concept kitchen/ living area. The pool area was a perfect area to still have fun during tropical storm Elsa. The beach is only one block away which made it convenient if anyone in our family needed to go back and cool down. Be careful when using the beach chairs- a couple of us have permanent rust stains on our swim suits. There are a few that need replacing. Overall- a great location and beautiful house!

Amazing

This house honestly could not have been any better. It is directly across the street from the beach. The house is beautiful and in immaculate shape. It was SO clean. The backyard is beautiful! The pool is heated and the hot tub is awesome. There is a seating area with a gas fireplace and a TV. There is another area with a grill and dining table with 8 chairs. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There is also another room downstairs with 4 twin beds in it. The elevator makes moving luggage from floor to floor very easy. The rooftop deck is great to watch the sun set. The kitchen has SO MUCH it in. Stocked with seasonings, some storage containers, coffee. Management responds immediately if you have a question or need something. We will be back.

Vacation of a Lifetime

We had the perfect Anna Maria Island get away in this house. It was spectacular! It looks just like the online pictures; magazine worthy. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need, down to the last sand toy. It's the perfect home for a large family: a beautiful great room with a very large table for family dinners and playing board games- but plenty of space to find your own quiet corner. It was a very short walk to the beach, basically right across the street. The code for the access, the check in screen in the house, good communication with the management company, all made for a seamless stress free stay. We LOVED not having to scrub bathrooms and mop floors upon departures like some other places. We would return here FOR SURE!!!

The house was in a perfect location right across the street from the beach. The cleanliness was sub par. Outside area, pool were dirty and sun flower seeds all over inside and out. Overall I would recommend

I want to rate this house higher

First the positives: the house is a great size and layout for a large party (we were 10, incl 4 kids), the location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the beach, the pool area is great including shady outdoor seating. Now the areas for improvement: the elevator did not work which is a challenge for older visitors or people who don’t want to carry luggage three floors, the dishes were dirty and the pots and pans in bad shape, the oven didn’t work. Net result: we enjoyed our stay as we could work around the areas needing improvement, but this house could go from good to great with some attention to detail and repairs.

Hi William We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay but disappointed you didn't mention any of the items you listed below to us during your stay. We did receive a call the first Sunday you arrived about the elevator and someone was there that day to fix it (it turned out one of the children closed the elevator door without also closing the gate, which locks the door). As for the other items - we have never had any complaints but would have been happy to replace pots and pans if needed. The oven works. It is a Thermador and has a number of safety features. When maintenance looked at it, they had no issues turning it on. Again, a quick call could have solved this problem.

Terrific Vacation

This property is beautiful, well appointed and equipped. They thought of everything from the beach cart, beach chairs, bicycles and beach towels for the pool. Just a very short walk to a gorgeous beach. We all loved the roof top deck for morning coffee, sunset viewing and cocktails. We all hope for a repeat next year.

Amazing Vacation

My family and our parents loved the house and our stay in the island! The house was more than we could’ve imagined! It was clean and so spacious! The beds were so comfortable after swimming in the pool and a quick walk to the beach hitting the waves. We absolutely loved this house and can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Place to Rejuvenate!

After 16 months of no travel due to Covid we were in need of a get- away and especially beach time. This was our first stay in AMI and a substitute for our annual May Anguilla trip. We splurged on this property and so glad we did. The home and weather made our stay a 10. The house is just as pictured. We so appreciated touches in the house -unusual in a rental - such as the fabulous artwork, Hunter Douglass electronic controlled blinds, top of the line appliances, great linens, beautiful landscaping. The BBQ area was spacious and perfect for dinners. The big roof top deck showcased sunrises and a perfect spot for morning coffee. The pool was amazing - large, great temperature and a most lovely place to chill after the beach which was a short cross the street walk. We thought maybe being on Gulf Drive would be noisy but we were just north enough that noise was not an issue. We highly recommend this property!

Spectacular house

This was our first trip to Anna Marie and the vacation home was spectacular! It had everything we needed for the week! The house was decorated top notch. It worked out perfect for 3 family's and even 2 little children. Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub which we utilized daily. The pool guy even came to check it out while we were there. It was a great location to shops , restaurants and quick easy walk to the beach right across the street! Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this house and consider staying there again..
