Property was perfectly located between Zion and Bryce. Everything we needed was there. Cozy beds, nice linens, well equipped kitchen and quiet location.
This is a quiet, secluded home conveniently located to Zion, Bruce, and the pink coral dunes. If you are looking to get away and be in nature this is the perfect spot.
Great location between Zion, Bryce and Kanab. Home exactly as pictured. Very clean, quiet and comfortable with all ammenities you could need to cook, even grill spotless. Terry's grocery/hardware just south in Orderville was well supplied. Enjoyed our stay!
Property was well maintained, nicely situated between Zion and Brice. House was very clean and has all the basic amenities.(except tv) Loved the wood stove as it was a little cool in April. Furnishings were a little dated but comfortable-all in all very pleasant stay.
The location of this property was perfect - easy access to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the peace and quiet at this cottage. Our evenings spent on the back porch were really fun watching the local turkeys strut their stuff in the orchard. Owner encouraged us to take advantage of the abundant fruit trees - apples, pears, & plums!
Simple clean quiet home base for surrounding area. Under an hour to Bryce and Zion. 10 minutes from Orderville and ROAM adventure tours like Canyoneering, Via Ferrata, etc.. 30 minutes to Kanab and plenty of places to eat and things to do. Has all the basic necessities and extra touches like welcome snacks and host provided a few extra local products. Easy to communicate with host.
House was clean and comfortable. Nice sideporh. Good water pressure and stays warm. Fantastic location -- easy trips to Zion, Bryce, Vermillion Cliffs and North rim of the Grand Canyon. Oners were very responsive.
Quiet, very safe area, convenient to Bryce Canyon & Zion NP. Appreciated the info offered by the host regarding restaurants and grocery stores. The house was adequately equipped for cooking. The host was very quick to respond to any questions prior to coming. It was nice that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house so we didn't disturb each other and rooms were spacious. I loved having a washer/dryer in the house.
We were very happy with this rental. Everything about it was perfect for us. Although we are only 2 people, this property can easily accommodate 4 or more. The 20 acre property is very nice and peaceful. It is located between Bryce and Zion. Be prepared to prepare meals as restaurants are scarce.
This property is in a very good location. About 30 minutes to Zion, and just under an hour to Bryce. Two bedroom with one bathroom, so the group needs to be able to share. Just us noted in the write up this place has a pond, fruit trees, grape arbor and, while right along Highway 89, is far enough off the road to be quiet. Owners house is on the property. Owner is very responsive.
Candy was responsive and kind .
Property was just as advertised.
House was clean and had everything we needed . Good pillows and fluffy towels.
A clean gas grill !
Quiet property in a beautiful country setting . We had 7 wild turkeys in the yard every morning!
We would definitely go back .
This was my first ever vrbo stay, so not sure what else to expect. It was me and my brother, so two 50-year-old+ guys. The place was quaint, maybe a little dated. Maybe the 1960-70s feel is part of the charm. Super clean. Amenities were adequate. We would've liked a TV that we could plug a Roku into, but that was the only thing missing. The only complaint was that there must be a hornet nest nearby because we killed one on the counter, and my brother was stung by another. I did a little search and found flying bug killer in the outside storage, and we got the sucker.
Overall it's a nice property and worked very well for us, as we just needed to sleep and eat while we hiked from early morning to evening each day.
Away from the madness of the national parks during the day, you have your own private paradise of peace and quiet. Perfect location to bounce back and forth between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Highly recommended
Excellent location between Zion and Bryce Canyon and other areas. Lots of scenic roads to drive. Home is well kept and maintained. Very cozy and comfortable! Landscaping is beautiful! Creek running thru property, water fall, turkeys and horse. Amazing! Check in simple, Candy is very helpful and responds immediately! Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The hummingbirds were lots of fun. The deer and turkey came by every morning, which was enjoyable. We were able to visit Zion, Bryce, North Rim Grand Canyon and Cedar Breaks from this location. Great spot, and would come back again!
This home was such a beautiful setting to unwind in after visiting Zion, Bryce & Escalante Grand Staircase. The home was comfortable & completely equipped. The property was lovely with deer visiting in the meadow in the back & constant hummingbirds visiting the feeder. Relaxing on the porch & eating inner outside was so nice. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you, we hope to be back soon!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean, well stocked, and in a very tranquil location, among blooming apple trees. The host, Candelaria was quick to reply to questions and offered useful information about grocery stores and activities in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this lovely place and gracious host.
My senior aged Mom and I used this house as a base spot for our national park adventures. It was in a perfect location, distance wise, from everything as well as being very private. The house was bigger than we expected and all of the furniture super comfy after many a fun daysâ hike. They also had quite a few neat boots to peruse! Thanks for letting us stay. If weâre ever back in the area weâd love to again.
This house is located in a perfect place to visit multiple parks and national monuments. We enjoyed our time here and kept our cost down by making our meals. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the games and puzzles and history books in the home. There was no TV and the internet was down but this helped us interact more and disconnect more. A wonderful vacation. Also love star gazing in the backyard in the evenings. Although the hosts were gone while we were there, they were very responsive to our questions (thanks Candy).
