The property was clean. It is basically a bed, bathroom, and galley kitchen. The front porch is a great space to relax in the chairs provided. The kitchen and bath were fully stocked with quality items. The washer and dryer is a good addition. Only 5 minutes to west entrance of Glacier.
Super cozy and simple. Perfect for what we needed for our weekend Glacier National Park trip. Safe area tucked away. Directions and communication from host was clear and thorough. Very friendly and nice.
Loved this place! Although the train noise was noticeable, the property was exactly how it was offered. The property owner left a thoughtful birthday wish for my wife, and fixed a small issue with the coffee machine. I've already bragged this place up to my family and they plan on coming next season!
Great little cabin. And our host was very kind and welcoming. We even were met with a written greeting and candies. The location was great for visiting Glacier National Park. The exterior area around the cabin wasnât overly notable, with a half finished home and another cabin next door. But we werenât there for much more than sleeping.
Flooring the very beginning I was in communication with the owner. She was very responsive and friendly. The cabin is so cute with a great porch to sit and relax on. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in and the a/c kept us nice and cool. We will most definitely stay there again if we are in the area and I would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Located just minutes from West Glacier, our host was great with communication, amenities all worked fantastic, would recommend to any couples that are looking to get away to a cozy cabin.
Our hosts worked hard to make our stay perfect. Super kind and caring. The little touches made our stay even sweeter. Very clean and cozy just as described.
A smallish, clean cabin reasonably close to Glacier NP. Titled âin the woodsâ and there were trees for sure, but not in the woods as I interpreted the phrase. More like a wooded neighborhood with a lot of trailers in various conditions. It was warm enough that we needed A/C and there is a small window unit but it was right next to the bed and loud. But the most striking thing was a busy railroad about 100 yards away with numerous trains blowing their horn multiple times a night.
All in all the location near GNP made it acceptable. It met our needs completely except for maybe not enough sleep.
Not sure how to answer some of the above questions. We never stayed. We had no contact with whoever was running the place. Couldn't find where to check in or how to get into the place. Never received an email or phone call from them. They should offer me some kind of refund.
Comfortable home base to stay while visiting Glacier National Park
We were only there to sleep for two nights while we saw Glacier. While we were there it was very easy to check in and out. Nice little house, clean and comfortable. Could cook and get clean and rested. The porch on the front is nice to sit on and enjoy coffee. There is a train nearby and another rental cabin, a camper, a mobile home, and an under construction house around it.
Small but clean & nice. Convenient to West Glacier & Coram. Did not like that you could pretty much reach out and touch the railroad tracks. Trains ran all night.
I liked that it was literally out in the woods but there are other cabins and homes in the neighborhood. The cabin's kitchen was fully equipped, hot water was instant, great towels. You could hear and feel the trains as they went by but no big deal. I got the Internet on my phone without doing anything special.
Cabin was fine for 2 people. Some problems with internet and TV service. Wish location was better. No scenic views. Lots of construction work and trash around cabin.
Cute little cabin, comfortable bed, nice kitchen with all appliances, reasonable bathroom. a couple miles from the main road, but ok. The only problem was the TRAIN - tracks VERY close and train seemed to come every half hour - hour 9 am until 1230 am, blowing its horn at the nearby crossing.
If you don't mind trains, this is a great little place. Host helpful and lives nearby
