Bienvenue à Casa Linda à Conchas Chinas. Le condo Rojo est une unité inférieure de 3 condos séparés et uniques, chacun avec son propre style et design. Le condo mesure environ 900 pieds carrés avec un patio privé d'environ 300 pieds carrés. Il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, avec une nouvelle literie, de nouvelles serviettes et des ustensiles de cuisine. Les grandes chambres donnent sur le nord-ouest et bénéficient d'une vue sur une ceinture de verdure regorgeant d'animaux sauvages et de la baie de Banderas. Prenez nos chaises de plage Tommy Bahama gratuites et faites une courte promenade de 5 minutes à Playa Conchas Chinas ou accédez au bus local à quelques minutes de la vieille ville de PV. Une grande piscine, un barbecue à gaz et des chaises longues vous attendent pour la détente et le plaisir! De nombreuses autres commodités et la solitude de Casa Linda rendront votre expérience à Puerto Vallarta inoubliable!

Lovely retreat

The property was nice. We really enjoyed the open air aspect and the large balcony. The kids loved the pool. The hill coming back from the beach was quite a workout.

Great place to stay

This property is well located if you want to stay in the nature with the jungle and mountains. It is a lovely place, we enjoyed watching iguanas in the tres and many kind of birds around. You can easily go to the PV romantic zone by bus or taxi. The beach at 10 min by walk is the best. Rodney is a very attentive owner who take care of everything to make sure you feel at home.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The unit is very nice, well equipped and in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the beaches, restaurants and entertainment and when we wanted quiet time we just walked down the stairs to the pool. There were fireworks most nights and we were able to watch whales on several occasions. We can’t help but recommend the condos to anyone that is tired of the all inclusive visits.

Our Stay Jan 5-15, 2025

This was our 2nd year at Casa Linda and we thoroughly enjoyed it. everything from being greeted by Mercedes and Ian, the wonderful view from the large balcony, or just the condo itself. whether it was a leisurely morning coffee and seeing the whales in the bay, or a relaxing evening drink. A short walk down the hill to the bus stop (10 peso bus fare) and 5 minutes later you're right in the middle of the Zona Romantica where you'll find lots of shops and great restaurants. We definitely stay at Casa Linda again.

Accurate description, Rodney’s Awesome!

Everything was great, except for Mercedes. She has a thing or two to learn from Celia and Ian, when it comes to hospitality. They were really amazing and super polite & friendly, while she chose to be moody and even a little rude at times. Communication with Rod was absolutely flawless, too bad for Mercedes turning into a liability.

Mercedes and the rest of my staff are wonderful & incredible to work with. She shared her frustration due to the multiple changes in your arrival time at the condo for the check-in & her having to adjust her schedule throughout the day.

Nice condo. Only hesitation is one must have a car or use Uber or taxi. The road to town or beach is not walkable- many places with out sidewalks. The photos on the vrbo site are accurate

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at Condo Rojo. The beach is accessible by walking down the sidewalk and crossing the main road. Unfortunately, there is limited sidewalk access to town & we suggested alternative types of transportation (Uber/taxi/bus).

Gorgeous, relaxing luxury

Stunning house, fancy pool, great views. I felt like we were living in luxury. Only "downsides" for us were that the pool never gets sunny in the winter and the balcony is dangerous for a toddler, but we knew this before going. The house was wonderful and we would love to come back. Added bonus: walking up and down the hill was a great workout. It was a cheap and easy bus ride to town, and it was nice to get away from the city when we wanted to relax in luxury.

Condo Rojo

Although this was a little further from Zona Romantica where we have usually stayed, we were very pleased with the condo and the great view of the Bay. The condo was very good and had everything we needed. Taxis were available up where the condo was but we enjoyed a short 10 minute walk down to the highway where there was easy access to taxis or a bus. Thx for touching base with us Rod. Mercedes also was a big help.

Amazing Condo in Conchas Chinas!

Condo Rojo is an amazing and beautiful place to stay during your visit to Puerto Vallarta. It's clean, well maintained and looks just like the pictures on the listing. Rod did a great job communicating with me from the moment I reached out to him asking for information. Once the booking was made he promptly provided all the information and was available to answer additional questions. The house keeper Mercedes arranged a cab to get to the house from the airport. She also did some grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival. The check in was smooth and Mercedes was waiting for us show us around. We had wonderful views of the bay from our balcony. Throughout the day we could hear beautiful bird calls. Otherwise the place was very quiet. A public bus is available at the bottom of the hill and you can get an Uber in less than 5 minutes. An OXXO is located close by and Zona Romatica and the Malecón is close by. We had a wonderful stay at the Condo Rojo and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta. We highly recommend Condo Rojo!!!

Absolutely Lovely

Our stay at Casa Linda was lovely. The view is amazing and the "little rainforest" just out in front is full of iguanas, colorful birds and amazing sounds. Check in was easy . Mercedes was there to meet us and the house was so well supplied, most vrbos do not stock salt, pepper, several other spices. We had dish washer pods and detergent, shampoo was supplied in both of the bathrooms as well as body wash! All this made it very convenient our entire stay. The villa is spacious and beautiful, our beds and pillows were like a luxury hotel. Very clean and no interesting odors were lurking in any of the rooms. The owners were staying there during our stay and they were friendly and so welcoming I would like to make just a quick note about the stairs and bath though. There are 54 steps to the entrance of the Rojo condo and from there to the pool, 20 more. The the tubs/showers require a very big step to get into. I mention this only because some guests may have difficulty with stairs or stepping and may not have been made aware as to what might be a safety issue only to be disappointed upon arrival, however, we were not. The walk down to the beach might well be challenging for some, but there are always taxis and Ubers ready and willing and very near by. Lots of activities around to do as well. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend Casa Linda

100% Accurate

My wife and I spent 6 weeks in Rod’s place. It was just as advertised, which is what everyone wants when you stay at a place for the first time. There where no surprises. The unit was equipped with beach chairs and umbrella and the local beach was beautiful. Rod responded positively to any request we had. The kitchen was well equipped and much of the cookware/dinnerware was new. The entire property was well maintained, the pool perfectly heated and maid service was great. PV is a beautiful town with great restaurants and wonderful people.
