Bienvenue chez vous dans ce charmant condo de deux chambres au 2e étage. Étapes menant à l’arrêt de bus Summit Stage et à quelques minutes en voiture de nombreux restaurants.

Ce charmant et abordable condo 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain a de nombreux équipements. Le condo est idéalement situé pour tout ce que le Haut Pays a à offrir et se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture ou en bus de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins de la région. Il y a un arrêt de bus gratuit à proximité qui vous mènera à de nombreuses destinations du comté de Summit, notamment les bassins d'Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge et Copper Mountain.

Le condo dispose d'une cuisine bien approvisionnée, d'un bar et d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ainsi que d'un bar. Le condo dispose de nombreux équipements, y compris une laveuse / sécheuse, une cheminée à gaz, une grande télévision HD, de confortables meubles de salon, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et bien plus encore. Great Location

This was our first time staying in Silverthorne and really enjoyed this property. The views from the family room are awesome and it was very easy to get into town for groceries and other supplies.

Very nice place in near many hiking trails, stores, and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a bit of a walk to the hot tub and pool.

Beautiful views and spacious stay

The place is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous interior and FANTASTIC views. We were here for the pbr hockey tournament and we could see the Rinks from the living room. Absolutely great!

Nice getaway near Keystone

This property has the views! Overlooking I70, Silverthorne and Dillon Reservoir, we had the best sunrise. The property is clean and cozy. The 3 level of stairs give you a bit of a workout, but we would definitely book again!

The kitchen and living room area was great and the views were amazing.

Overall my experience was excellent. My only suggestion would be to put a bed in the room with the pull out couch.

This was a great place to stay. Lots of stairs if you have issues.

2 miles out of silverthorne. Management was great to work with. Solved the couple issues quickly. Could use a map to find the hot tub/ club house.

Good but need improvement

Communication, location are all excellent, but sheets are extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned. Basement heater doesn’t work and that’s where the majority of bedrooms are located, it was also never fixed.

Family ski vacation

The location and view were good. Kitchen was relatively well stocked. TV, internet, WiFi worked well. Significant maintenance and updates needed: lightbulbs, shower curtains, beds/bedding, flooring in kitchen, bathroom fan in master, cracked window in master, no entry rug. Lacking or inaccurate description: levels of house, hot tub location. Heating was difficult to regulate— the last 2 nights and day of stay were very cold (60 degrees and non responsive to/incongruent with thermostat setting (for the multiple thermostats throughout unit).

Perfect for our family vacation

We loved our stay! This condo was so spacious and perfect! Plenty of room for our group of 7. Everything we could have possibly needed was supplied. It was very clean and so cozy! The pool and hot tub were a nice perk especially for our 2 kiddos! We couldn’t get over the incredible view. Would definitely like to return in the future! :)

Good vacation

Overall a great stay. With in a hour of ski resorts between Winter Park and Vail. Plenty of room for 2 familys. One thing i wish they had was a rug when you walked in from the garage and front door to help with the sand. That is pretty minor. All and all a good trip and place to stay.

Great house!

The house was clean and of ample size for our party, which consisted of six adults. SkyRun was extremely communicative and particularly helpful after I foolishly left something at the property after checkout. The pipes can be a bit creaky but that may just be a house in a very cold area.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed staying in this property. Living area (living room, kitchen, dining room) was spacious and comfortable. Three bedrooms downstairs and one small bedroom/office upstairs. Fabulous view. Very convenient to be able to use the garage. Located close to many ski areas - Vail, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. and close to shopping and restaurants. Only downside was four flights of stairs between bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs.

Great home w/ a great view

Loved the location. Easy commute to Keystone, Vail, and Breck. Large, heated garage was a huge plus as far as convenience. The garage is also tall enough to allow for roof boxes which was convenient. The entire house townhome has in-floor heat which makes for a cozy stay. The sleeping options were very nice plus there is more than enough space for air mattresses if needed. The 3 full bathrooms were very handy. The kitchen and living room space are very open and a great place for relaxing. Outstanding view of Silverthorne/Dillon out the living room window.

Amazing views!!!

The views of Dillon lake were amazing from the deck and the living room windows. Very clean. New Appliances. Easy check in. Be sure to check the pictures and the descriptions of the bedrooms. It says 4 bedrooms and it is. One bedroom is a pull out couch. It does say the couch in the description but we missed that and went with the pictures showing 4 beds. We enjoyed our time and had plenty of room. Very close to Silverthorn, Dillon, Frisco and more. Thanks for the stay.

Bedrooms separated from main living area by 2 flights of stairs, but great views

We rented this beautiful townhouse during the last week of Sept. The view of the fall colors from the top floor balcony was spectacular. The living area was comfortable with plenty of seating with beautiful views from every location. The fireplace was nice in the morning when temperatures were cool. The kitchen was very functional though it is always challenging to cook in someone else’s kitchen. The most important thing for renters to know is that the three bedrooms are in the basement and the main living area is the top floor. The middle level is the same level as the garage and has the owner suite and balcony which are not included in the rental. Adjusting to altitude along with two flights of stairs between the bedrooms and main living area was challenging in the first part of the week. But after lots for nearby hiking, we eventually adapted. Yes, we would stay here again. The management company was very responsive and the view was worth the hike from the basement to the top floor multiple times a day.

Lives up to the hype

The house is incredible and has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The wifi was great for remote work (averaged 100mps) for 5 people.
