L'emplacement est parfait pour rejoindre l'une des cinq stations de ski de classe mondiale (Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin et Loveland) toutes à moins de 20 minutes. Vail et Beaver Creek sont de 30 à 45 minutes. Shopping et gastronomie sont disponibles à quelques minutes, et un arrêt de bus est situé juste à l'extérieur du complexe qui donne accès au service de bus gratuit pour tout le comté de Summit (y compris les stations de ski).

Notre spacieux condo 3 chambres (+ chambre bonus), 3 salles de bain complètes est niché à côté de la forêt nationale d'Arapaho et situé au-dessus de Silverthorne, dans le Colorado. Montez sur le pont arrière privé et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur la chaîne Ten Mile, le lac Dillon, le Continental Divide et toute la vallée de Dillon. Notre condo est l'unité d'extrémité située au troisième étage (dernier étage) et offre un cadre calme et tranquille. L'unité comprend une chambre principale, une chambre avec lits superposés, un grenier, une salle bonus et des plafonds voûtés qui laissent entrer ce magnifique soleil du Colorado. La chambre principale (Queen) a sa propre salle de bain. La deuxième chambre (chambre avec lits superposés) est une couchette pleine / double avec salle de bains adjacente. Chambre Loft (Queen) est à l'étage avec beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire et salle de bain privée. La quatrième option de couchage (Full) se trouve dans la chambre bonus du loft. Grand téléviseur LCD dans le salon avec câble et WiFi inclus. Le club-house dispose d'une piscine intérieure, d'un bain à remous, d'un sauna et d'une salle de jeux avec table de billard, baby-foot et plus encore. Ce condo est incroyable pour les familles et les amis et nous aimerions le partager avec vous.

Great price, great location

We stayed at this condo with our kids and some friends. Very clean. Adequate room and having 3 full bathrooms was great! Very accessible to multiple ski resorts. Enjoyed the amenities.

This is a great place to stay! The view was unbelievable! The accommodations worked well with 5 adults and 2 children. It was unbelievable clean and comfortable. A big thank you to our host David. Every time we messaged him with a question or concern, he immediately responded!

Great place

Super clean and plenty of room to settle in. Convenient and close to skiing. Recently remodeled. Nice clubhouse very close. One of the nicer places we’ve stayed in same area for ski vacations. Would definitely return.

Great town to stay in if you want to hit multiple mountains. It is about 7-10 minutes up the hill from silverthorne, but other than that it’s great.

Great location and wonderful views!

David was great and his property was just what we needed for our short stay. Plenty of space for the family, beautifully decorated and clean...and the views, just gorgeous. It was very quick to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Wish we had stayed a little longer.

Silverthorne Condo

Loved the condo, it's furnishings and how spacious it was for our family of five. The view from the deck was stunning! Loved the location! Loved being in the mountains and so close to Frisco and Dillon. Everything you need is close by. Great experience!

Great deal for the area

The place is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had so much room. The condo is well kept and maintained. The view is amazing. You see the sun rise over the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked so look at whats already in the cabinets before hitting the local grocery store. Would definitely go back.

Cozy, spacious condo

Super spacious and comfy condo. We had three adults and two kids and loved the ability to enjoy the coziness of the living room, dining room, and kitchen together, but had great space and privacy to spread out in the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Loved the wonderful loft and beautiful views. Clubhouse amenities were fun for the kids and hot tub felt great after skiing. It's a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

The condo itself is lovely, and the view is amazing.This unit is on the top corner of the building, resulting in the loft space you see in the pictures, and amazing natural light from many windows. The pictures do not do the view justice. The building was built in 1980, but the unit itself is nicely updated with appliances and furnishings and is very comfortable.As you can tell from the map, it's located a short drive from various ski spots, which makes it convenient for ski trips.A couple minor drawbacks to keep in mind:- The property is a good ways up a hill, so bring a vehicle with good traction (although I don't know how you'd get to Silverthorne without one anyway).- The property is at about 9500 ft elevation, so be sure to plan for acclimation and possible AMS.- There's no washer/dryer in the condo, you have to use the coin-op machines in the clubhouse, so bring some quarters. The walk isn't too far, but it can be inconvenient in heavy snow, so be prepared.- The pipes tend to make random ticking/knocking noises, which can be annoying at night, so consider bringing earplugs.

Beautiful View

This condo is perfect for family. The views out every window are spectacular. We had an amazing stay and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I stayed there with our 4 adult/teenage children and 2 of their significant others (8 total). It was a bit tight on space in the living/dining area but they said that in the description. We made it work and would definitely stay here again. (Maybe just rent another unit in the complex). This condo is a great location for the ski resorts and there is plenty of other activities if you don’t ski/snowboard. Thanks again for a great vacation.

Everything needed for a vacation stay

We had a great experience with this property. David provided all the information ahead of the trip and was quick to respond to the few questions we had. The condo unit had plenty of room for our family of four. The loft and 3 bathrooms were a nice bonus. The pictures accurately represent the space. We used the clubhouse twice. The pool was functional and clean, but is old and in need of renovation/repair. The clubhouse common space was a nice place to meet with another family we were vacationing with. The location was quiet and convenient to the towns and ski destinations we were visiting. Thanks for offering your home!

Comfortable, Clean, and Beautiful View

Everything was as advertised and the interior was warm and cozy. We stayed with our two adult daughters so everyone had their own room and space. The cowboy decor is fun and homey. The location is within a 20-30 minute drive of the slopes. It is minutes from the grocery store and retail. The community center has a nice heated pool but the hot tub was clobbered with adults trying to tire out their kids for over an hour. The kitchen is well equipped but could use a new non-stick fry pan. Bring your own dish washer detergent, bath soap, and coffee filters. I'd also recommend a portable humidifier for those affected by the altitude and dry air. Overall a great stay and hope to be back.

A very good size condo in a great location with fabulous views.

We came to Summit County to spend a few days with family and this condo was a good option for us. It was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the fact that the owners had certain supplies available to us such as condiments in the fridge; tea, a couple of cereals in the pantry, etc.; very nice. There were also a variety of games in the cabinet for us to play. There was no hair dryer in the unit and I think it would be nice to offer that. The beds were comfortable except for the bunk bed; the mattress was far too hard. The building could use a bit of maintenance but our family would stay here again. It was a good value in a great location.

The unit was wonderful, the altitude was a killer.

We loved this condo. It was very well equipped and everything was in perfect working order. I would highly recommend this condo. We had trouble with the altitude. My son who has been to Keystone several times with no problem but he ended in the hospital on oxygen and fluids. We thought we had prepared well before leaving home but suffered anyway. None of the that has happened to do with the condo, just a couple psa!

Beautiful views! Overall good place for the price!

Praises: The views are absolutely spectacular! We appreciated a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of games in the dining room cabinet, easy check-in and clear directions. At our stay, the complex was very quiet. The clubhouse was very nice. Communication with the owner was excellent. No complaints there. Biggest complaint: The unit was "average" clean. Could've been cleaner. Looked like rugs hadn't been swept upon arrival. Observations: For six adults the living room seating wasn't adequate, but we made do pulling in dining chairs. Not very comfortable but did the job. Bedding could use an update (faded, ill-fitting duvet cover upstairs, bleach spot on denim comforter). We couldn't find sheets to fit the upstairs futon bed so made do with comforters. Both downstairs bathroom tubs were very slow to drain.

Great condo at a great price

We had a wonderful time in David's condo. We were two families with a total of 5 children and it fit us all perfectly. The loft bedroom is nice and spacious and has a futon pull out for the kids. We brought an air mattress for our older daughter and it also fit nicely in the loft with us. The noise carried a bit from downstairs but we just turned a fan on and the kids did fine in the loft. The kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils, nice pots & pans, tupperware, etc. The pantry even had basic supplies that we needed like salt, sugar, etc. which made cooking very convenient. My only suggestion would be to advise guests to bring extra pool towels with them so they can have them for the club house pool & hot tub as there aren't many extras in the condo. I happened to bring enough for our kids but our friends went out and bought some at the local home store. Other than that, everything was just perfect. David is very friendly, easy to get a hold of by email and was flexible with allowing a few extra hours for check-out. Thank you!
