BRAND NEW Luxury 3 Bdrm Townhome Ski-In / Ski-Out

Vous serez peut-être le premier invité à séjourner dans notre toute nouvelle unité à Echo Landing. Cette unité de ski-in-ski-out est à proximité du tout nouveau télésiège Orient et du télésiège Morrisey, vous permettant ainsi d'accéder facilement aux 3 montagnes. Aussi bien situé juste en face du centre nordique pour tous vos besoins de ski de fond et de raquette.
Il remonte également sur le 15ème fairway du parcours de golf.

Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour l'aménagement de cet espace. Tout dans cette maison est flambant neuf et une extrême attention a été portée aux détails pour que vous passiez des vacances extraordinaires à Sun Peaks.

Cette unité de 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bains peut accueillir 8. Les chambres (chambres lit king-size, chambres queen et lits superposés) sont toutes dotées de draps en coton biologique de 400 fils, de matelas Endy et de couettes en coton biologique. La chambre avec lits superposés dispose de lits superposés avec lits jumeaux et lit double supplémentaire pour 4 personnes. Les chambres queen et king disposent également d'une grande télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi beaucoup de rangement pour toutes vos affaires.

Le niveau supérieur a une laveuse et une sécheuse et deux salles de bain complètes (une est une salle de bains de la chambre des maîtres).

La magnifique cuisine comprend un grand îlot pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et une table à manger pour 8 personnes, une cuisinière à gaz et un réfrigérateur côte à côte avec filtre à glace et à eau.

Détendez-vous dans notre salon pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, une cheminée à gaz, une télévision connectée et un lecteur DVD (avec une sélection de films), des livres, des jeux et des casse-tête.

Le garage a un parking pour une voiture et un parking pour un véhicule supplémentaire sur notre allée (donc pas besoin de se battre pour le stationnement des visiteurs). Il y a de la place pour tout votre équipement dans le garage.

Cette maison de ville est parfaitement conçue pour les familles et conviendra parfaitement à deux familles car les espaces de vie sont grands.

Veuillez noter que la dalle de ciment située à l'arrière de la maison en rangée n'a pas encore été coulée - mais le constructeur nous a assuré qu'il devrait être prêt pour la saison de ski. Il y aura un bain à remous et un barbecue à cet endroit dès que le tampon sera prêt.

Perfect location and well stocked

Great property that was well laid out - we planned to eat in most nights and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all equipment as well as cooking supplies (olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee etc).Great for a family and super easy access to the lifts with ski in and out access. The kids loved the hot tub and bunk beds. Would stay here again!

Great Vacation and beautiful property!

My family and I had an amazing vacation at this property! Christine was very helpful and made the entire process very easy. We had Sun Peaks Cargo deliver and stock food in the fridge prior to our arrival as well which made things easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

Christine’s place was very clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a great ski vacation. It is easy to ski to Morrisey or Orient chair from the unit and you can practically ski back to the front door. There was room for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Christine was also communicative before and throughout our stay. We would stay again. Thank you!

A family Christmas vacation ski holiday

This is an exceptional property to rent for a ski vacation. We loved the ski in/ski out! The kitchen was so well equipped. The townhouse was spotlessly clean, and we loved that the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub after skiing, especially as it was a bitterly cold week of skiing. Christine was so quick to respond and lovely to communicate with - we appreciated the heads up about the fireworks on New Year's Eve and being able to watch from the master bedroom as it was too cold to go out! We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property and true 5 star gem

There is nothing that the owners have over looked to make this property the absolute best. Impeccably clean with the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen made every meal a pleasure to prepare. Gathering around the large island, generous kitchen table or cozying up in front of the fire are just some of the pleasures found here. Extra thoughtful touches such as the bin of towels by the back door, games and puzzles and informative binder are only a few of the treasures to find. I can’t wait to return in the winter to use the garage that include ski racks and benches with matts to put on equipment with ease. We arrived during an unforeseen power outage however Christine’s impeccable planning with a power outage kit made it entirely uneventful. She kept us well informed about the duration of this and communicated quickly. I did not want to leave and can’t wait to book again.

Sun Peaks Gem

From booking, through to checkout and beyond, Christine has been welcoming, responsive, helpful and accommodating. Christine and Craig's lovely townhouse lives up to expectations on all levels. The check-in process is so simple, it's perfect. With the door code system, everyone had easy, secure access to the unit with no worries about keys. The oversize single car garage area was perfect for our skiies and would be for bikes as well. Our daughter uses a sit-ski and there was plenty of room in the garage for storage and assembly of this equipment in addition to our vehicle. The kitchen was very well equipped, with lots of storage and premium appliances. An open concept main floor made this area a perfect hub for our family vacation. The hot tub was a huge hit with our family and well organized with flip flops and dedicated towels for this area. We are looking forward to our next trip back! Thanks so much Christine and Craig!

Modern new conveniently located townhome

This lovely home is brand new, and is very well stocked for cooking and relaxing. The beds are comfortable, and the heated garage made loading/unloading a breeze. The hottub and BBQ are ideal for relaxing after skiing, and the TVs have Netflix and multiple other apps. We had a lovely time in this special home.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Your home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed your thoughtful placement of towels and slippers for the hot tub as well as the little things like shampoo and conditioner in the showers to the cleaning supplies for the kitchen. The house was comfortable for 2 families with such a spacious layout, games to play and a fully equipped kitchen. Thank you, we will be staying here again.

Class & Comfort with all the Little Touches

I have been to Sun Peaks many times and this is by far the best property I have ever stayed it. It was the perfect fall girls getaway. The townhome is GORGEOUS!!! And nothing really compares to staying in a brand new space. The layout was one of the best I have stayed in. The living/kitchen area was very large which was a nice change from some of the other places we’ve stayed at. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans etc. And maybe the best part was how well we slept. The mattresses, pillows and bedding were so comfortable. Very high quality linens. The location was around a 10-15 minute walk to town but it looks like it will have excellent ski-in/ski-out access in the winter. There were beautiful views out of every window. Christine was very responsive in her communications and was very knowledgeable about Sun Peaks. Her recommendation of getting groceries delivered to the property was such a great suggestion as there is only a small grocery store in town. I will 100% be back. 5 plus star stay!!!!
