This condo was a 10 out of 10. Very clean, excellent communications with the host. We had a minor problem early morning on a Sunday which was corrected immediately. I can’t say enough good things about the stay and the property. Would definitely recommend it.

Family Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time in this rental on 30A. GREAT location and amazing beach access. We had littles ones, so the pools and easy access to the beach are a must for us!

We had a great stay at Beachside Bliss. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing vacation. Ruined Vacation! Lied to by Blue Swell

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Swell promised us some type of resolution for issues with our stay. After we were off property they completely ghosted us. I would not let anyone I know do business with these folks. Stay Far away, we have no choice now but to pursue legal action. Had to stay at another condo and take more time off of work just to try and salvage something for our kids.

Spectacular and unique getaway

This was a beautiful place to stay. Newly renovated and decorated, on a pristine white sand beach, and near unique towns to shop, wander, and dine. We loved it and want to come back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at Seagrove Beach and Seaside. Loved location - beach is not crowded. Plenty of great places to eat. Property is very clean and nicely decorated. Would happily stay here again:)

First I have to take credit for not purchasing insurance... Didn't expect my mother to die. I rarely ever get to take vacation because I have to work and provide. I've sent my family to Alaska, California Florida and others while I stayed home and worked. So when I finally saved enough to actually get to go myself, I was going and didn't care if my house burned down or what because I was going. Then I got the call my mom was being rushed for emergency surgery. I immediately notified Blue Swell and received sympathy and a reminder that I didn't purchase the insurance and was paying for it regardless. 3 days later the doctor notified us that her condition wasn't conducive with life and I spent the next 40 hours sitting by her side waiting for the end. Then funeral planning... I didn't purchase insurance and Blue Swell offered no options to help in any way. I prefer a more personal approach to business and will not be staying with them again
