Knutson & Associates est fier de représenter Kona Bali Kai # 204, un incroyable condominium DIRECT OCEANFRONT de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans le développement Kona Bali Kai.

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© spectaculaire a une vĂ©randa incroyable avec une brise ocĂ©anique incroyable. Profitez des repas en plein air pour 4 et 2 chaises longues pour le plaisir. La vĂ©randa spacieuse est trĂšs privĂ©e et offre une vue sur le Banyan's Surf Break (l'un des meilleurs spots de surf de la grande Ăźle)! Observez les dauphins en train de filer, les baleines qui traversent (en saison), les couchers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle (toute l'annĂ©e) et gardez un Ɠil sur ces "Ă©clairs verts" fascinants alors que le soleil se couche sous la ligne d'horizon! Les tortues se reposent dans les bassins de marĂ©e le long du rivage, certains arrivent mĂȘme sur terre!

En 2018, les propriĂ©taires ont installĂ© de nouveaux tapis dans le salon et les chambres, tout l'intĂ©rieur de l'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© repeint, le bois autour des fenĂȘtres de la chambre d'amis et de la cuisine a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©!

Lit king size dans le maĂźtre qui a sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e. Profitez d'une nouvelle douche Ă  l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale qui a Ă©galement installĂ© un tabouret de douche Ă  main! Dessus de vanitĂ© en marbre.

Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable et d'une salle à manger intérieure pour 4 personnes également. Une télévision de 29 pouces pour le divertissement dans le salon.

La chambre d'hÎtes a un lit queen size confortable, et les clients séjournant dans cette chambre peuvent accéder à leur propre 2Úme salle de bain.
Un dessus de vanité solide avec un robinet chromé a été installé dans la salle de bain d'invité avec une combinaison baignoire / douche.

La cuisine: entiÚrement équipée pour avoir tout ce dont un locataire pourrait avoir besoin pendant ses vacances.

The ocean front view was amazing.The space was clean but had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived. This unit has a lot of potential, though it could benefit with some updates to make it feel more modern and inviting.

Bali Kai Hi

Excellent location- far enough away from the main tourist strip and close to the best snorkeling in the Kona area. Easy covered parking, lanai looking onto the ocean and local surf break. All the kitchen amenities you need and a cooler to borrow for day trips! The only drawback is the curtains in the smaller bedroom don’t bock out the intense light from the (blinking!) street light so this makes it really hard for light sleepers like me.

The condo had everything we needed and the lanai had a perfect view. We used the pool twice and swam at the small beach by the condo. Would stay again!

Loved the location and the view! The unit was clean and served us well. It can probably use a refresh, but it was in decent shape as is. The management company was responsive and the check in and out was seamless. Would stay there again!

Cozy with a view

This condo was the perfect size for my family of four! The location was convenient and in the perfect spot for watching a beautiful sunset. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the master bedroom was a bonus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Will stay here again!

Loved the location! Easy check in and out process. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, watched the locals surf, saw whales and dolphins, too. It would be nice to have a light out on the lanai. Otherwise, we will be staying here again!

We saw a sea turtle, tropical fish, brightly colored birds , listened to the waves and watched lots of surfers . Condo is conveniently located within a few minutes drive to shopping and restaurants in both directions. We walked to an open shopping market with several vendors and a couple of restaurants down the street. This condo is simple and very dated. It all depends on what you are looking for. Not fancy but we never intended on being inside! The dishwasher broke while we were there , the management company was prompt in sending someone to try and repair it. It was replaced by the next day with a new one because it could not be repaired. All in all a very pleasant trip.

Great location, condo needs some work

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental is perfect! The views are amazing from the condo. The condo itself leaves more to be desired. There has not been much upkeep. We got there late in the evening, the directions were not clear as to where to park. The parking area is under construction and you can currently only enter through the exit only. It would have been helpful if they let us know this ahead of time. When we got to the condo,the counters in the kitchen had little ants crawling everywhere, the fridge and other areas are rusted, an overall musty smell and the worst part the only ac unit wasn't working. We contacted both the owner and the condo management early the next morning. They stated due to the Ironman going on that day, they would not be able to get anyone out to look at it, even tho we were able to go in and out of the condo all day. They did finally come and replace it but 3 of our 5 night stay was w/o ac. It was very nice they had amenities like beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. These all came in very handy for us. I would only recommend this to a friend if they understood the condo needs some work but the views are amazing and the location is ideal.

Generally this place is very nice. A very comfortable setup and well appointed kitchen area. The view is OUTSTANDING! Thebair conditioner is a window unit in the master bedroom. Communication with the property owner was great. Did I mention that view?

Spectacular Views and close to downtown!

Aloha Kona Bali Kai! We stayed in the penthouse and it has a spectator view! This is a perfect unit for a family of 6! The ocean is right below so you can dip your toes or just soak up that fabulous Hawaii sunshine. Mahalo

Great location

Condo is clean and well stocked. It could use some upgrading, cabinets and carpet are very old. Beautiful views of the deck and sunsets are breath taking. If you come talk to Christie she is very nice and helpful.
