Knutson & Associates est fier de représenter Kona Bali Kai # 204, un incroyable condominium DIRECT OCEANFRONT de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans le développement Kona Bali Kai.

Cette propriété spectaculaire a une véranda incroyable avec une brise océanique incroyable. Profitez des repas en plein air pour 4 et 2 chaises longues pour le plaisir. La véranda spacieuse est très privée et offre une vue sur le Banyan's Surf Break (l'un des meilleurs spots de surf de la grande île)! Observez les dauphins en train de filer, les baleines qui traversent (en saison), les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle (toute l'année) et gardez un œil sur ces "éclairs verts" fascinants alors que le soleil se couche sous la ligne d'horizon! Les tortues se reposent dans les bassins de marée le long du rivage, certains arrivent même sur terre!

En 2018, les propriétaires ont installé de nouveaux tapis dans le salon et les chambres, tout l'intérieur de l'unité a été repeint, le bois autour des fenêtres de la chambre d'amis et de la cuisine a également été remplacé!

Profitez de la sensation d'un plan d'étage ouvert .. La chambre principale s'ouvre sur le salon par des portes coulissantes qui peuvent se fermer pour plus d'intimité si nécessaire. Profitez également de la commodité de sortir de votre incroyable véranda depuis la chambre principale! UNITÉ MURALE DE CLIMATISATION UNIQUEMENT DANS LA CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE! Lit king size dans le maître qui a sa propre salle de bain privée. Profitez d'une nouvelle douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale qui a également installé un tabouret de douche à main! Dessus de vanité en marbre.

Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable et d'une salle à manger intérieure pour 4 personnes également. Une télévision de 29 pouces pour le divertissement dans le salon.

La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen size confortable, et les clients séjournant dans cette chambre peuvent accéder à leur propre 2ème salle de bain.
Un dessus de vanité solide avec un robinet chromé a été installé dans la salle de bain d'invité avec une combinaison baignoire / douche.

La cuisine: entièrement équipée pour avoir tout ce dont un locataire pourrait avoir besoin pendant ses vacances.
Profitez d'un nouveau comptoir et d'un dosseret en mosaïque et d'un évier en composite de granit avec un nouveau robinet à tiroir avec Turbo Spray. Il y a du carrelage au sol depuis l'entrée, le couloir dans la cuisine et dans les deux salles de bains.

Bali Kai Hi

Excellent location- far enough away from the main tourist strip and close to the best snorkeling in the Kona area. Easy covered parking, lanai looking onto the ocean and local surf break. All the kitchen amenities you need and a cooler to borrow for day trips! The only drawback is the curtains in the smaller bedroom don’t bock out the intense light from the (blinking!) street light so this makes it really hard for light sleepers like me.

This condo has the best location. Easy to every where. The condo however could use a little repair, and updating. I spent a month staying here and I just looked past the condo issues and just loving the area.

Property managers responsive to concerns. Beautiful view right on the ocean. Waves and surfers. Unit dated needs some simple things. No screen on lanai so hard to sit out much before sunset. Needs bedroom dressers to store clothing. Bedroom bedside stands water damage. Small TV, low to floor. Beach chairs low, need four that are “age” friendly. And a storage box on the lanai for beach gear. Replace patio furniture with more comfortable chairs. Table cloth for table. And a few simple spices

Cozy with a view

This condo was the perfect size for my family of four! The location was convenient and in the perfect spot for watching a beautiful sunset. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the master bedroom was a bonus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Will stay here again!

Loved the location! Easy check in and out process. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, watched the locals surf, saw whales and dolphins, too. It would be nice to have a light out on the lanai. Otherwise, we will be staying here again!

Great location

Condo is clean and well stocked. It could use some upgrading, cabinets and carpet are very old. Beautiful views of the deck and sunsets are breath taking. If you come talk to Christie she is very nice and helpful.

Spectacular Views and close to downtown!

Aloha Kona Bali Kai! We stayed in the penthouse and it has a spectator view! This is a perfect unit for a family of 6! The ocean is right below so you can dip your toes or just soak up that fabulous Hawaii sunshine. Mahalo

Beautiful View.

This place has a very "beach house" vibe going for it. It's not the newest place in town and definitely has some signs of being a little dated, but overall, we loved the place! It was super nice to have the extra room for our baby. The property management were super easy to get ahold of and we're constantly making sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. They pointed us in the right direction for baby rental equipment when they were unable to provide one themselves (not a negative at all, just grateful they know who to call about a pack and play for my son). We would absolutely come back and stay here! Mahalo and thanks!

Great views!

This unit has a great ocean view. It is right on the ocean front. You can watch the surfers and the sunset right from the lanai. Parking on the first floor of the building is very convenient and keeps the car cool. Closest beach is a mile away. However you can find places on the property to lay out in the sun. Oceanfront is mostly lava, but there are some sandy spots and some tide pools. We even saw a sea turtle on the property while we were there. The full kitchen and washer/dryer are great to have. The unit is a little outdated but that doesn’t really matter it is still very nice. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear were provided. Best part of this unit is the ocean right off the lanai!

The second bedroom was toward the road & was hard to leave the window open for the air movement. We bought a fan that did help. The air-conditioner didn't work that well & was very shocking that it was on a timer!! The place seemed smaller than I thought it would be but there was a lot of extras like snorkel gear & a cooler which was great! The rental company was really good about letting me know ahead of time of some scheduled maintenance (bug spray).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a party of 4 staying at Kona Bali Kai during the July 4th holiday week. The views from the lanai were exceptional and the ocean sounds were amazing at night (for the master suite). Sunsets while having dinner outside were perfect. One downside we experienced was the 2-hr timer on the one and only air unit in the condo. It made it impossible to have air conditioning at night unless you woke up to restart it every few hours. It also didn't reach the living area or 2nd bedroom so consider this when making your plans to visit. There is plenty of options for open airflow in this unit however, so using it when there was an ocean breeze was nice. For the guests in the second bedroom, they experienced some negatives due to the street noise - it was loud most hours of the late night and early morning and with the necessity of having windows open for air flow there was no way to avoid the distraction. The cabinetry in the unit could also use some updating / repair but overall the unit met our needs and we enjoyed our visit to Kona while staying here. The management company was easy to work with and communicated with us while we were on site to make sure our stay was comfortable. We loved the nearby snorkeling and downtown area that was a short drive away. Would recommend this to friends, specifically if only 2 people in the group.

What volcano? No issues for us!

We were here May 14-28, 2018, during the Kilauea eruption but experienced hardly any effects of the volcano--no bad smells, no irritated eyes, no difficulty breathing (and I am 4 months post-heart attack). Anyone who has visited Kailua Kona knows that, eruption or not, it can be hazy from volcanic fog--vog--and it was. But we are from Seattle where we are used to overcast--no big deal because here in Kona it is in the 80's! It helps to take a look at the map of the Big Island to see exactly how big it is and how far away Kona is from all that is going on. If it had not been for the news, we would have never known there was an eruption going on. But our experience during the time we were there was great! We loved this condo right on the beach, spending most of our days on the lanai. It was exactly what we were looking for. The building was probably built in the 70's and it does show its age. It has the usual issues that come with being continually exposed to salt air and ocean spray. Although there were just two of us, it is spacious enough for four comfortably. The sleeper sofa would make space for 6 total. If you are looking for a brand new or newish condo with fancy furnishings, etc. this might not be a good fit for you. If all you want is to be right by the beach at a reasonable price, it is perfect. You will probably want a car for sightseeing. We would certainly stay here again.
