This home is beautiful and clean! The A/C made a big difference as there was a heat wave (90 degrees) during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The street noise in October (not peak season) was minimal. Restaurants nearby were abundant, the walk to the beach was just a few blocks (we enjoyed the sunset every day of our 3-day stay), and a Starbuck's just 1 block away. We had 5 guests and the proximity to these amenities allowed us to wake up at different times and feel the freedom to do what we wanted for the first few hours each morning. The host was responsive (we needed the updated access code to gain entry). Grateful for this home and all the warm memories that we created!

House was very clean and in a great location with easy access to beach and restaurants. Kitchen was great and beds comfortable. Bright, airy, comfortable place to stay. Being able to use the garage was ideal. Perfect place to stay if doing anything with/for a USCD student... like helping them move between apartments!!!! Special shout out to the property manager staff, especially Betsy and Kaitlyn for being so helpful in mailing me the personal belongings I accidentally forgot at the property. Good communication and very responsive. Would rent again and will look for properties managed by Surf Style Vacation Homes in particular. A

The place was fantastic—immaculate, cozy, and beautifully outfitted with the best sheets and incredibly comfortable beds. The towels were luscious, and the whole space felt open and airy. It’s also perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Absolutely a perfect getaway spot!

Great stay - restaurants and beach all walking distance. Great amenities in the unit - high end appliances, convenient garage parking, washer and dryer in unit. Had a fabulous stay.

Family fun at La Jolla shores

We loved the house and the location was fantastic. The family loved walking to the beach and restaurants. The beach at the shores is the best for swimming and fun in all of San Diego! Also walk to the coves was gorgeous:)

This home is absolutely gorgeous and has a well equiped kitchen, laundry, bar-b-q area, comfortable beds and bedrooms with ensuites. There is nothing more you could ask for - superb! One minute walk to corner store, 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurants and beach.

Fun Couples Trip

This is a fantastic spot. Close to the beach for those morning walks and to watch the sunset. Accessible to all the attractions and charming La Jolla shops and restaurants. Highly recommended- everything was as pictured.

I would rent this house again. 1.5 miles from restaurants and shopping in La Jolla and walking distance to the beach. Very clean and new.

Wonderful location, feels brand new

We loved our stay. The house has everything you need and offers very easy access to the beach. The home was clean, spacious, and bright. The kitchen has all the essentials and luxury appliances. I would definitely consider this property for my next trip.

Comfortable and spacious living area with plenty of room for everyone to lounge and chill! Lovely large primary bedroom and bathroom, with a nice balcony! Good 1st floor bed and bath. Unit was clean upon arrival and entry was easy. Location is super walkable to everything in La Jolla Shores. The only down side, is there’s no outside space to hang out or dine and the street noise (Buses) is noticeable if the windows or sliders are open.

Great trip!

We had a great time staying at this property. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The property had everything that we needed for our stay. We went to the beach every day and found it easy to walk there. We also walked to the restaurants that were close by!

Exceeded Expectations

We had a great stay here! Clean and great amenities (nice appliances, pots and pans, bedding, etc.), we didn’t need a thing while we were here! My kids were happy to have the boogie boards and sand toys. My kids felt too far in the downstairs bedroom (with us on the 3rd level) so it was so nice to have a comfy couch and included twin air mattress for them to sleep on the 2nd floor instead! Great location to walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants. Garage parking for our full size SUV was nice. Stocked with dishwasher pods and laundry detergent so we were able to keep everything tidy. Would definitely stay here again!

Accurate listing

What was listed in the pictures and description was exactly what we found. Very nice updated home in a great location. A five minute walk to shops and food with the beach a few minutes further.
