Cadre paisible pour cette retraite contemporaine de 2 chambres avec un plafond élancé et beaucoup de verre pour profiter de la nature. Cuisine moderne avec armoires Cherry, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et plans de travail en quartz. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une cheminée, 2 patios, la climatisation, un lit escamotable pour les invités supplémentaires, un gril à gaz et un foyer pour les feux de camp. Route calme mais très proche du lac Devils, de Devils Head, du lac Wisconsin et entre Baraboo et Sauk City. Excellente escapade pour lire et se détendre ou emprunter les sentiers du lac Devils ou de Parfreys Glen. Les bons restaurants sont à 5-15 minutes de la retraite. Une retraite unique avec un excellent emplacement!

Ski Weekend

Daron's contemporary cabin in the woods was amazing. We were very close to Devil's Head Ski Resort and enjoyed a beautiful day of downhill skiing along with Cross Country skiing at Mirror Lake State Park. Everything was perfect!

Quite Retreat

Our family wanted a spot where we could escape all the crowds and still be close to the Dells. This was the perfect spot. Scenic and secluded. Accommodating and responsive host. Would rent again!

We first stayed here for our wedding in fall 2023 and loved it. We stayed again for our first anniversary. It’s a great little place, on a great little piece of property!

A great place to stay

This was our second time in this house and both times our stay has been excellent. The house has a wonderful open layout with huge windows and cozy fireplace. We hope to stay again in the future.

Family Gathering

Unfortunately we could not enjoy our family gathering due to an illness. I did not purchase the travel insurance, and due to the short notice of cancelling our reservation - we were not authorized a refund. However, I communicated with the host, who was very professional and ensured me that there would be no hidden charges - and offered the possibility of a discount next time we are in the Baraboo area. Family members in the area drove by the property and said it looked lovely - and as advertised (at least from the outside!) Note to self (and others)... buy the travel insurance! We definitely will reach out to rent this property next time we're in town!

The house was clean, kind of small, setup ok. But we would not have stayed if we had seen the uncut/ unkept condition of the lawn/ landscape. You have a view of wild untouched wooded lot. Maybe that's what you want?

A Gem In The Woods

I had been visiting the Dells/Devils Lake area for years. After having done all the camping, waterpark complexes and hotels, it was time up grade the experience and this gem in the woods certainly did that. The modern style made my family of three feel right at home. The floorplan was just the right size and the oversized windows and streams of light that poured in made the space truly feel like outside-in living. The kitchen and household amenities were well equipped. Nothing more than groceries and firewood was needed. The only thing missing was a strong internet connection, which honestly wasn't missed at all as this was the least amount of work I had done while away in years. We enjoyed this gem in the woods and look forward to being back again and again

Lovely quiet, private location

The communication with the owner was fabulous! The home is very comfortable and well furnished. Easy to relax and hang out. Fairly close to stores and access to freeways. Highly recommend this unit.

Modern Cabin in the Woods

We enjoyed the amazing windows and modern conveniences at this rental. It is surrounded by trees which provides almost like a treehouse effect when inside. We loved the minimalism style and how the artwork reflected nature. If asked how the property may be improved, we would suggest the yard immediately surrounding the building be more maintained as it took away from how nice the cabin itself was and lent itself to more issues with bugs because of long weeds. We would also suggest expanding the driveway to have more of a turn round area and a sign by the driveway to make it a little more visible from the road. We would certainly consider staying at this rental again for the location and for how nice the cabin was. The beds were also super comfortable as well.

Devils Lake State Park

My daughter has always wanted to hike at Devils Lake State Park. We chose this property because of the proximity to the park and that it’s secluded. It is a beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Spring break trip

Great house with great location. Minutes from great hiking at Devils Lake state park. House is out in the country, very quiet and relaxing. Only about ten minutes to cute town of Baraboo, not too far from the Dells. House is very clean and well maintained, kitchen well stocked and newer appliances. Fire pit and gas grill. Property manager was great. Highly recommend this location for a peaceful getaway, especially if you’re interested in exploring the state park. Would also be a great place to stay if you would like to spend a couple days in the Dells but don’t want the noise/crowding of the resorts!

Had a great stay for our skiing weekend very close to Devils head and not far from Cascade. Love the modern aesthetic and cleanliness of the property and the beds are super comfortable!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location

I took my children to Devils head for a ski weekend, and stayed at this property. The property is gorgeous inside and out on a secluded wooded lot. Inside the home was super clean and had very nice amenities including comfortable beds, and really nice towels and linens. We would definitely stay here again!
